This is more of a moonshiners long time stay site. Motorcycles on jacks, house plants, yard decorations. This is not a camping location this is a place to pop up a tent and call it home.

Pretty but NOT big rig friendly. Every rig over 30’ had boards under tires to level. Our sewer hose was 18” uphill! Noisy from interstate which is immediately adjacent. NO Covid rules in place. Had to go into office to register where a group was chatting with a baby—no masks in site. We will not be back

This was not a Campground. It was an R.V. parking lot 100 feet from the freeway. I was supposed to tent camp for the night but the road noise was so ridicules that I had to leave and find a hotel. I was lead to believe by the website that this was a nice family friendly place, it was far from it. The office closed as soon as I arrived so I just left. It was worth the $37 just to not stay there.

Stay overnight as I was passing though on a trip. Very nice folks. Cabin was simple, clean, with a small AC unit that kept myself and dogs very comfortable during the night. Nothing fancy but nice. Even had a small enclosed dog run area that served well for a little exercise and potty break. Thanks for accommodating us!

Spots are NOT big rig friendly neither are the turns. Employees were friendly and helpful. Price point is WAY to high for the dated accommodations.

Campground is old and roads leading into it are narrow and some trees need trimming. There is a concrete bridge that is narrow and you better be lined up straight so your tow vehicle doesn't fall off the side! Don' think I would come back to this campground. Sites were cramped because park was designed too many years ago before slodeouts.

Too many unkempt permanent vacany trailers. Trailers in storage that were rundown with flat tires. Had an issue connecting to cable that was resolved after the splitter was replaced. Still could not connect the cable box was bad. The maintenance guy was very friendly and helpful. The bathrooms were old and gross. The pool and restrooms were open to the public. I would NOT go back.

Safe, clean place to stay overnight. Level, long pull through, so no disconnection of today. Spots are close. Sewer connection next to the picnic tables. Trees can prevent awning extension. Fire rings could fill neighbor with smoke..

It was just a quick overnight but everything was great, bath house was clean would certainly stay there again. The only thing that could use a change is the main entrance off the road, the curb is very rough on a camper. I am not even sure if this is technically the KOA’s rd or not, so they may not even have control over this

Pulled through to our site then kept on going! Full of trashy trailers and clutter. Park has to be 90% full time local residents. Wish I had not booked over the phone. Lesson learned. Check out the park before you pay them.

Very friendly hosts but we had to change spaces due to unstable electricity and do a lot of leveling due to sloped pad sites.

It’s a great place to get away for a night or two. . It’s quiet and yet you are close to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge.

Clean, friendly staff. Beautiful grounds with nice level spots. Will camp here again! We may also come back to try the cabins on the pond!

Reception at checkin was very pleasant. Just a quick glance but the store looked well-stocked. Exit signs would be nice.

Campsite was small and weedy. The campground had a general rundown appearance. We were promised cable to but when we finally got a cable box it didn’t work, and we couldn’t get another one. The campground needs some TLC.

Our Power kept shutting off repeatedly from the time we arrived to the time we left. Also, there is a statewide mandate for masks at this time and no one was wearing one in the office. This KOA is part of a National Company. Should be following statewide mandates and regulations.

Our site was VERY unlevel. We pulled in, got hooked up and when my husband went to plug in the electric, he got zapped by the electrical box. Owner came by and told us it was the whole row having issues due to old lines and that we needed to turn off our A/C to let the lines cool down...in the middle of summer is not the time to ask that. It needs some major updates to be in KOA compliance.

Hot and the campground electric main breaker kept going off leaving us without power. Luckily a storm came through and cooled things down and the breaker stopped popping. Nice campground. A bit crowded and noisy. Next to freeway noise as well.

The KOA site says the campsites include cable tv but that didn’t happen since they didn’t have a cable box for me. They said they’d bring one out to me if one became available but didnt hold my breath. Go to the KOA in Townsend.

Only spent the night: unable to experience the campground. Welcoming staff was very pleasant and enjoyable to talk with.

Stayed there for a couple days. It was nice enough. There was no wifi at all and was told there hasn't been any for months. Basically false advertising at this point if it's been months without it. People are nice and they seem to be trying to renovate the park or something. Otherwise it's pretty quiet other than the high way, but that can be easily ignored if that doesn't bother you. Oh and those cabins are very cute. Didn't stay in one, but they look nice from the outside, especially with the Christmas lights. The lights should stay up all year, would be cute.
