Close spots, pretty level, trees make it tolerable. I didn’t use pool, the water was not clear.

We stayed in July 202 for only 1 night. The gravel site was level and we had no problems checking in or setting up. The people were friendly. Unfortunately, we found the bathhouse to be less than desirable and in need of cleaning and improvements. The pool water was murky and the surrounding deck area needed repair and cleaning. The deck chairs were dirty and in need of cleaning.

Nice campground, lack of cable tv (or any tv) though advertised was a major negative..otherwise could use a little TLC..also dog barking was an issue

We had a wonderful stay in the Yurt! It was nice to get to the campground after a day of hiking and just get ready for bed, no tent to set up! I really enjoyed talking to Wayne while waiting for my coffee to make! Can’t wait to go back and stay again! This is a great place to stay!

The AC had black mold, notified the office only to be told after viewing the AC & heater no mold was found. Cleaned it ourselves. Toilet area in cabin takes up a lot of space & light in the cabin wasn’t sufficient. Signage thru campground is confusing.

Basically, just needed a full hookup site for security while I toured Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg/Sevierville areas. Parking spots too close together, especially for neighbors using fire pit right next to my bedroom. Too smoky and loud talking when I was trying to sleep. I won’t use this KOA again, but I will tell others to try it.

I didn't like the campground at all, I left the next morning and just lost my money I paid, but will never stay there again

Such a peaceful resort. A true slice of the NP. My Kabin let me be care free as I explored 4 regions of the SMNP, all in easy range of this KOA. Food, fuel, supplies are just down the road. The WIFI let me stream Netflix and gave me a solid connection to work remotely, which I did for the week I was there. PLUS, they got me into my kabin a day early. I'll be back.

I give it 5 stars because the staff was great and we had a great time. The bathrooms were clean the only thing I would change is the pool was very dirty.

Could use more gravel around campsites and road coming in to campsite. Very noisy with fireworks late at nite

Nice older KOA staff very friendly and very clean. Only two things needs fixed, 1. Permanent/ long term campers do a better job of maintaining their trailers and sites, 2. this has cable but not enough boxes for every site, this needs to be fixed. We will stay here again in the future.

Was just passing thru. Easy to get to of the interstate. What little we got see of it was pretty nice. However I feel like long term residents should be encouraged to keep their stuff looking nice.

Overnight stay, clean camp ground and nice pool to swim in with the kids. Did not check out the store so I don't have any comment on that.

Rude service when arriving after office hours. Water right under electric does not seem safe. The people next to us had a cord running across our site to get electric. Traffic noise all night long. Will never camp here again.

Staff were fabulous, especially the maintenance man who attends to all requests very quickly, with a smile and positive attitude. The facilities and campground itself is well kept and tidy. The campground, however, is very close to the interstate and so doesn't quite prove that 'outdoors' feel, but for those looking for convenience to the interstate over an outdoors experience, this ground is good

Sites were super small and not level. It was very noisy as it was right by the interstate which we didn't realize because you have to drive way back in so it didn't look like it. Also the dog park was not grass it was rock and very shaded lots of mosquitos there too because it was in a low lying area

The entrance to the park has a very narrow bridge, can be challenging to navigate when your in a big rig and towing a vehicle. The park was ok, it was clean, but had loose dogs. And when exiting back onto the main road, the curb cut is significant causing us to bottom out on the nose of our rig even though we went very slow. For those two reasons, I would t recommend this campground to others.

Camp ground was clean. Staff was friendly. Site was a pull through and easy to get into. Site was not close to level due to incline. Approximately 8 inches diff between left and right side of trailer. Store, bath house are was clean but dated. Convenient to I-40 and was great for overnight stay.

We had a wonderful time. Staff was very friendly and helpful. By accident when our fire pit was cleaned out our wood was taken. I mentioned it to the young lady cleaning the cabin next to us before going out for the day. When we returned we had more than enough wood for the rest of our stay and the gentleman that cleaned out the pit the day before came by and apologized. We will be back.

Cabin was fine. Half bath was a bit disappointing-not very private-only 3/4 wall separating it from room with full bed. Sink leaked but management fixed as soon as we alerted them. Showers were not great. A bit dirty, small, no place to sit. On the plus side-no bugs!!! Mattresses are covered with THICK plastic coverings minimizing bed bug possibilities. Thanks for the free wood/fire starter!

Grass was out of control. Lots, I mean lots of permanent campers and many in below average care. Dump trucks parked on one spot, obviously someone is running a business out of there. We arrived at 7:10 pm and the office closed at 7. No problem our packet was in the night drop box as advised. When we got to our spot the neighbor advised you can only get cable if you get a box from the office (

Was having a nice time , until our last night. Then the workers had a big drinking party. Lots of distubance, cussing, even after quiet time. No one even wise to the party i guess.

The wtmen on the desk was not friendly. I had reservations for a 50A site and was put on a 30A site. This site was just barely long enough for my 31ft 5th wheel. The fire pit was at the edge of the road so there was no sitting around the fire. On a good note the man that parked us was very helpful and even suggested that the site was small for our unit. He did his best to make our stay good

It's a pretty nice park but some of what appears to be permanent residence leave their dog's chained up outside unattended and barking.

You get a free bundle of firewood and fire starter with your stay. That was a nice surprise. The laundry room was very nice and the staff was very friendly.

Pull thru sites are tight and need to be leveled, trees hitting roofs need to be trimmed. Other than that nice little park.

RV site overnight stay. Campsites are close together, not level. Satisfactory for one night stay if too tired to continue drive to another location. Watch where you walk, dog poop. Disgusting.

Stayed there for a couple days. It was nice enough. There was no wifi at all and was told there hasn't been any for months. Basically false advertising at this point if it's been months without it. People are nice and they seem to be trying to renovate the park or something. Otherwise it's pretty quiet other than the high way, but that can be easily ignored if that doesn't bother you. Oh and those cabins are very cute. Didn't stay in one, but they look nice from the outside, especially with the Christmas lights. The lights should stay up all year, would be cute.
