Nice tent site, the campground is shaded with many trees. Bathrooms were worn but clean.

Sites were difficult to navigate, not much in directional instructions. Did not see owners. Lots of full timers with run down raggedy rigs. Our site was next to a very run down rv that had a cat in the window crying the whole time we were there. Maybe the owners should bring up standards for RV's just a bit. Not saying they need to be new but need to be in good condition and not look abandoned.

Very clean, but noisy. Lots of open spots but still get put on top of other campers. I know I requested 50 amp but my unit is smaller and use a 30 amp adapter. Also from the map and how far you have to drive you dont expect to be right back on top of the interstate and have to hear all the traffic. Beautiful park though, nice and friendly owners.

We did not even stay 1 night. We arrived at our site and it was a disaster. The park looked like it has not been cleaned up in years. The people next to or site had trash, mattresses all thrown out in their site. Total dissapointment in KOA.

Only stayed for one night in a cabin. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hoping to cone back later this when it is warmer to enjoy the pool.

If we could rate this 10 STARS, we would! Words can’t describe how beautiful this place is. This was the finest KOA we stayed at across the country. This as a MUST STAY and see. The owner has built this himself and and is continually improving the grounds and is adding a new section. I wish we could have stayed a week! Thank you so much. CA Republicans for Trump! Cya Again!!!

The campground itself was great, but it is too loud with traffic at night, being so close to the highway. We'll try another koa, but we are unlikely to recommend this particular location.

We were doing a maintenance camp this weekend to see if everything is operating correctly before the camping season begins. The campgrounds are pretty, and have clean facilities. In general, it's a quiet campground, and convenient to groceries, stores, and restaurants. We will camp here again in the future.

We arrived after 6 pm and left around 8:00 am so we didn't meet any of the staff. But we found out late check-in easily. Site was easy to find and we had no problems with setting up electricity. Could have used some help with cable,but we made it work. We were at site number 7 and it was not very level, but we made it work.

Nice stop over spot. Close to I-40 (some traffic noise) but a comfortable stay in a beautiful, shady property.

The stay was fine. The owner & staff were very approachable and friendly. We had to leave 3 days early to move down to Chattanooga to help out my in-laws who's house was destroyed by the F-3 tornado the week before. I was charged $44.60 a night for 14 nights up front. I was only credited back $29.74 a night for the 3 nights we left early. Just didn't think that was right.

Everyone there was extremely friendly but it seemed like they lean more towards permanent campers and not visitors.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The bathrooms were clean. Our site and most of the ones we looked at were level. We did notice some that weren't but easily could use blocks to level with. There is road noise, but that is to be expected when you are at a campground right off the highway. We use a noise machine at night so it was not a problem.

Friendly check in, although I was disappointed we had to go inside for check-in. Previous KOA's had been meeting us and directly escorting us to our site. (during Pandemic) We did not have to leave our rig. Also issues with the cable TV. Had to use antennae to get any real reception. I should say they did offer us free homemade face masks.

Personnel were curious and helpful. The cable system in their area of the state is antiquated and did not work with our equipment. In spite of this, we had a pleasant stay at the camp ground.

This is what I expect from a KOA Journey campground. Convenient.to I-40. It was nice when we checked in they gave us a roll of toilet paper and masks for us. I thought that was very thoughtful in this difficult time of the Coronavirus. Thankful the the KOA Campgrounds have remained open.

The campground was very nice.. clean and well kept.. the only problem was the noise at night.. we heard the big rigs all night long.. not a lot of sleep.

Just overnight, so it fit our needs perfectly. I have seen some reviews about the highway noise. Yes it’s there, but I believe KOAs are for travelers to overnight, so they are located close to highways for convenience. If you want quiet I suggest a state park. This was also the third time staying overnight they and will do so in the future. The road into it had also been repaved. Nice

Girl with 2 kids at desk when we walked in. Later went in to have someone help with cable, they said try this. Didn't work and they weren't willing to help us hook it up. The next day, went in office, they are doing their own laundry, therefore we couldnt do ours. Firepit was not cleaned out, trash, ashes and a piece of rubber were left in it. Overall, not too bad just not sure if we'd go back.

Facilities look old but clean. Friendly staff but the campground looks like trailer storage with a broke down motor home across from the playground. The swimming pool was full of frogs and looked septic. I know its winter but I thought pool maintenance is a ongoing thing. Back part of the property looked to be pallet storage, don't know what that's about.

Nice overnight stop...some road noise but everything was working, clean and staff was friendly and courteous...sites a little unlevel but nothing major, would stay again if passing thru

Just an overnight stay for us but staff was extremely courteous and helpful. Check in was quick, propane service was fast and reasonable. Site was level and very accessible. Campground was clean and quiet.

Campground clean and well kept. Bathrooms old outdated and not very clean. At least the one day we visited the restroom. We had full hookups so we didn’t need to return to the restrooms.

Nice KOA. Very friendly staff. Some sites not level. Bridge going in and out can be unnerving and had water flowing over it the day we left. This was our second stay here.

Great place to stay to visit pigeon forge and Gatlinburg, away from all the traffic and noise. A little noisy from interstate traffic but not to bad. Great camp host and and staff.

Narrow bridge is a concern so went very slowly. and had no problem. The transition at the highway (making a right turn) was harrowing. Things fell over and the coach rocked. The staff was very friendly and helpful, Pam was very nice and should get a raise (she was very helpful).

Stayed there for a couple days. It was nice enough. There was no wifi at all and was told there hasn't been any for months. Basically false advertising at this point if it's been months without it. People are nice and they seem to be trying to renovate the park or something. Otherwise it's pretty quiet other than the high way, but that can be easily ignored if that doesn't bother you. Oh and those cabins are very cute. Didn't stay in one, but they look nice from the outside, especially with the Christmas lights. The lights should stay up all year, would be cute.
