When we got there are new tv would not work. They gave us a tv to use while we were there. They are very, very friendly. They would do anything to make your stay comfortable. Thank you Bart!!!!

Wonder staff!!! Campground is well maintained and facilities are clean. From bathrooms to laundry room. Best pet are yet. KOA store satisfied my shopping for souvenirs. Husband and I (from CA) were house hunting during our stay. Staff offered friendly recommendations as to where to search. After a couple of days, campground felt like home away from home. Camp sites are not level bathrooms are clean as is the pool. Staff there are friendly and helpful. I would give it a 5 except the traffic noise from the highway is loud so not relaxing to sit outside.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We would stay again. Cabin was clean and quiet. Having a half bath in cabin was a big plus.

Had a great visit with old friends and new. Nicely maintained, reasonably priced, clean restrooms. A definite alternative to higher priced campgrounds closer to Gatlinburg and pigeon forge. Say hi to Bert.

Nice and quiet location, still close to the attractions of Pigeon Forge, Sevierville and Gatlinburg but far enough away as to be just off the radar of people going to see those same attractions. Not flashy, just great camping.

The staff was so nice and helpful. The pool was great. The campground was in immaculate condition. We loved watching the squirrels and rabbits run through the campground in the mornings. We enjoyed our stay very much. The only change that we would suggest would be to add a few more snacks (like crackers, beef jerky, pretzels, etc.). You kind of get used to the nearby interstate travel noises.

We stayed in a kabin.camping with 2 children Close to the park and pool It was a short overnight trip . we enjoyed the pool .went sight seeing We would be happy to stay here again

The campground was nice, the facilities where nice enough. The center aisle of pull through spots are kind of awkward. Your camper will be level but your vehicle will be pointing straight down hill. All in all it was a nice camp ground but be warned. There where some rough people there while we where. The guest behind us used curse words the whole weekend and their kids weren’t the nicest.

It is a beautiful place but the cable didn’t work for us. It’s very shady and is what you want for camping.

We had no problems. Sites are very close so you don’t have much privacy. This was just a stop on the way home so we didn’t use any facilities.

Narrow ‘bridge’ over a creek or wash out makes it a little nerve racking with a long 5th wheel and truck otherwise was a very nice campground. Allows fires, has a pool.

The park seemed worn out and tired. The employees didn’t seem much better. They were friendly but, were more interested in sitting outside smoking and drinking beer in the afternoon. I am a campground owner myself and found it to be adequate for an overnight stay but inadequate fir anything more.

Nice pool, nice fenced dog area. Decent location if you're not traveling too far in the area. There's a bridge at the entrance that's drivers need to pay attention to.

Trees are over grown allowing large birds to mess all over your vehicles. Also pool was not cleaned and tested on a regular basis.

You can hear the highway (I-40) in the distance but quiet other than that. Have a 43ft toy hauler and the roads were easy to navigate and turn through, unlike some other KOAs. We got in late our first night but everything was prepared for us. Overall good stay. Would recommend.

The facility (restroom/showers) were very clean. We never used the pool. Disappointed in the pet area - we have stayed in places where it is a bit nicer and bigger. We had a camping cabin with a 1/2 bath - unit was clean and neat. Very basic - better than being in a tent and the a/c worked. This KOA does not have the more luxurious cabins with linens and kitchenette All in all had a nice ti

Great place and location. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. It was over run by mosquitoes though which I know is out of their control.

I would not stay here again if you have a bigger rig. Beware that the entrance to the park has a VERY narrow bridge (one lane) that we were afraid our Fifth wheel would not fit over. The site are NOT level at all and the campground is hard to maneuver with very large trees. We always love wooded campgrounds but not if you can not drive the camper in the park.

Nice size lot. We have a 43 foot rig fifth wheel and we had a big lot. Wish there was a AARP discount. Or fireman’s discount. Will stay there again.

We arrived after the office closed and thought we would not be able to get wood for a fire. Around 9 pm campground staff stopped and asked if we needed wood. They then brought us some. First time ever we have had this happen. Very friendly.

Stayed there for a couple days. It was nice enough. There was no wifi at all and was told there hasn't been any for months. Basically false advertising at this point if it's been months without it. People are nice and they seem to be trying to renovate the park or something. Otherwise it's pretty quiet other than the high way, but that can be easily ignored if that doesn't bother you. Oh and those cabins are very cute. Didn't stay in one, but they look nice from the outside, especially with the Christmas lights. The lights should stay up all year, would be cute.
