Quaint, rustic KOA but well maintained. I believe all sites are pull-throughs and the vast majority are totally or partially shaded. Lots are level. Receiving cable TV is a little complicated as a cable box is required. The office furnishes boxes free and provides help if you can't get yours hooked up. Easy access off of IS 40 and IS81 Staff is friendly and helpful.

A good campground but I’ve camped at much nicer KOA’s for the same rate. Sites are smaller than some. Staff was great and courteous. Driveway has very narrow bridge without any warnings.

The kampground was impressive the staff and residents even nicer. The only problem for us was the campground sits just next to the interstate, but after a short time you hardly notice the sound. Overall great place and would definitely come back here. Also very clean. The gardens of flowers all over and the pet area was awesome. Thank you to Pam, Dan,Lee and resident Betty!!!!! Terrible sites. No room. Could not open awnings as sites were so small with large drop offs in front of site. Worst KOA I have ever been in. Staff was friendly.

It was a good clean campground bathrooms was clean and nice pool was clean the playground was very outdated was the only reason why I didn’t give 5 stars.

It was like being at home! The staff was super friendly, and helpful �. We stayed in one of the cabins, ADORABLE � it was very clean and relaxing!! The campground was clean and plenty of room in the bathrooms! Will definitely be back!

We stayed in a cabin w/half bath. Nothing wrong with the cabin, could have been pre-cooled. We generally love our stay here, this being our 3rd time, but the sauna...I mean shower (mens and womens) left alot to be desired. No ventilation or air conditioning you came out as sweaty as you went in and the drainage is a problem...there isn't any. Hope this will be addressed!! Thanks!

Nice hosts. Clean facilities. Lots of grass and beautiful flower gardens. Well off main road in country community. Main road has late night Food City which is a huge grocery store like a Food Lion. Town has a lot of cool restaurants including Cracker Barrel and Ruby Tuesdays just minutes from the campground. Campground remains open for those wanting to come in late. Very safe and quiet.

broken glass all over the site. web site states that there is a fishing pond. there is an area that a pond used to be. there could not have been more than a foot of water in a 6 foot deep basin. when i questioned the lady at the front desk she told me that there was nothing wrong with the pond and in fact she had visited the pond just that morning and it was just fine. avoid this camp!

The single bed cabin we rented was great. A few suggestions though. Having hot water in the sink would be nice. One or two more shelves in the cabin would be great. Also maybe a lamp or a second light fixture, was dark in the bathroom area. Last thing would be the ability to get firewood after the campground store closed. And outside stack with lockbox for cash. Week long stay was amazing thanks!!

I’m surprised that this is still one of your campgrounds. We have stayed at several over the passed month and this was the worst one. Restrooms dirty I would not even shower there and I am not a picky person. Sites where also left with trash around. Check in well not extremely pleasant or friendly service. If I couldn’t find anything else if passing through I might stay but very unlikely ove

We love the Newport KOA! It is one of our favorites! The pool is always clean, the restrooms and showers are always clean. The staff is very friendly and you can say they are committed to everyone enjoying themselves while they're there. Everything is well-maintained, and there is marvelous playground where my grandson loves to play! Our cabin is always clean, and it's a pleasure to stay there!

The camp grounds it self is fine. The entrance is a problem as the curb iff the main street did a number on my trailer. The drive back to the park could use some work also. The drive over the narrow concrete bridge on a the little curve was a bit scary too. I have a 37ft MH with a 20ft trailer. The host were friendly, and park was clean.

Did an overnight stop on our way to the beach. Great people in the office and a nice site. We will be back the next time we are traveling in the area.

Nice campground and hosts! Will definitely recommend this campground. Easy off the freeway with outdoor pool, horseshoes and volleyball net for entertainment.

The campsite was beautiful and the whole campground was clean and very well maintained. I'M definitely looking forward to staying there again.

Clean grounds, restrooms,showers. Very friendly staff. The only issue I had was that they open their pool to the public. We stayed an extra day to relax. We walked down near the pool to find at least 30-40 people on the pool who were not guests.

I ended up not staying because in their description they said grassy area for tents and well that was not the case it was all gravel. I was put in their tent village which wasn’t even big enough to accommodate my tent even though I paid for the larger tent site. I asked to be switched and I was told there was grass there and it was right next to their nasty lake. So if you have a camper might ok

Very nice people, campground was clean and quiet. Only thing that I have a complaint about is the cable for camp sites it really needs updating. Cable company needs to come in and check all connections and install a signal booster. As for the campground A+ we will be staying there again next year.

Site fit our needs perfectly. Pool was well maintained and clear. Property beautifully landscaped and cared for. Added bonus was feeding the koi outside office.

Nice people, but no cable except a box they gave us to hook up and didn't work. No regular channels. Would not stay there again unless we had no choice.

Stayed there for a couple days. It was nice enough. There was no wifi at all and was told there hasn't been any for months. Basically false advertising at this point if it's been months without it. People are nice and they seem to be trying to renovate the park or something. Otherwise it's pretty quiet other than the high way, but that can be easily ignored if that doesn't bother you. Oh and those cabins are very cute. Didn't stay in one, but they look nice from the outside, especially with the Christmas lights. The lights should stay up all year, would be cute.
