Just stayed one night on two different occasions. Easy in and out. Very nice spots, clean and plenty of room. Great place, we'll return!

The staff was absolutely the nicest people! It’s truly a family atmosphere. It is an older campground with no patio spots, but our site was pretty level. There was some interstate noise, but overall rather quiet. The camp store is cute. The bathrooms were clean although old. We were told it’s under new ownership and in the process of being fully updated. Can’t wait to see the finished produc

Thank you for a delightful visit! We enjoyed the area and the park. The attendants were very welcoming and worked to change our site to better fit our rig. Thank you for being so atttentive.

Hospitality is wonderful and the park maintenance could be seen keeping busy everyday, with their dailey task. Only drawback for us is way too many trees however, if in the area again, we would return. FYI if visiting Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg or Forbidden Cave(�) from this RV Park, stay off I-40 and travel the rural routes. So much more to enjoy, than highspeed traffic. We stayed in a

Campground was clean and comfortable. We picked it specifically because of the “full hookups” for one night on our route south. My husband loves football and wanted to make sure we had cable for the Sunday NFL games. However the cable was not working. This put a damper on our stay.

Check-in staff member wasn’t rude, but not overly friendly, either. Playground area was small, littered w trash, and old equipment was dirty and covered with leaves & spider webs. Our site had a small amount of trash as well. Our site had view of dumpster area with loads of trash bags stacked on a trailer. Campground was quiet aside from the highway noise. This just isn’t a KOA we’ll return

No place to walk dogs, very little grass. Owners are trying to make upgrades. Cable was not working in the entire campground.

We stayed 6 nights in a 33’ travel trailer. It did take some extra work to level my camper but I’ve spent a lot more time leveling up in state parks. It is close to the interstate so there is noise from that, I can’t say if it’s worse of better than any other KOA we’ve camped at. Great price for the time of year we went. There are some seasonal campers but also a lot of campers staying

Our family enjoyed our visit, however some improvements could be made in some areas. Like the playground and adding a nature trail would be great.

Was there 2 nights and have only one issue. Too close to the highway and I could hear the traffic. Not annoying by any means. Just not peaceful quiet. Campground very well maintained and pleasant overall!

great site tucked away...quiet. New ownership and they had a BBQ. Since it wasn't ready in time, they delivered burgers to me and my handicapped mother.

Shower rooms looked like no refurbishment since built. The manager, Carla, was great and all staff that we dealt with were very pleasant people.

Oh I just love this KOA location. The management and employees are very helpful and awesome. I would recommend this KOA to anyone wanting to go camping . My cabin was very clean and decorated beautifully.

Site was about 100 yards from I-40. So very noisy 24 hours a day. Majority of residents appeared to be full-time residents. Did not feel we fit in. Employee blew leaves with very loud blower for more than an hour around our site, during our outside dinner. Have spent maybe 40 nights at KOAs this year and this one was very disappointing.

Enjoyed our stay. Staff was very nice. They were working on the roads, while we were there and it shows they are improving the drives. My one complaint is that the bathrooms need work. As a male, I was only in the Men's room, but the door on the showers were partially missing, The toilets were out of toilet paper, which I reported, several times. These bathrooms need to be updated. Thanks

Hosts were very nice but facilities were sketchy. No locks on bathroom door, no locks on shower stalls, paint peeling off of shower stalls, roads very narrow.

We have a 40’ class A with a trailer. The bridge into the resort is kinda narrow. In addition, every time we exit the resort we drag the front valance of the RV because of road angle. Just watch your speed and angle of approach here, not much else you can do I guess. The other issue is with a long RV the sewer dump is more or less a uphill grade. They could add 2” of rock parking pads.

The sites are really small. We did not have a picnic table at our site. Bathroom showers were really small also.

Staff is great. Shaded area is very nice. Sites are tight and road noise was very loud. WIFI was non-existent. Cable was non-existent. Dog park is nicely shaded - no grass, just gravel.

This place is a Diamond in the Rough. The staff is phenomenal!!! The new owner is REALLY trying to spruce the place up. The sites are not very level and the dog run needs a little work but all in all it was a great place. I cannot wait to see the changes the new owner will make!!! I would definitely go back!!!

Stayed in tent lot. Place was quite and peaceful but sites for tents were uneven, rutted and needing of maintenance and repair. Some sites had barbecuers others did not. We paid for water and electricity but would have had to share both from a RV site across the road. All facilities were very good and clean. Host were extremely friendly, nice and helpful.

This KOA was extremely easy to get our fifth wheel into and out of. The campground was very clean and quiet, sans highway traffic, but that's not their fault. There were improvements being made throughout the campground, especially to the roads. We really needed a rest and got plenty here.

Stayed there for a couple days. It was nice enough. There was no wifi at all and was told there hasn't been any for months. Basically false advertising at this point if it's been months without it. People are nice and they seem to be trying to renovate the park or something. Otherwise it's pretty quiet other than the high way, but that can be easily ignored if that doesn't bother you. Oh and those cabins are very cute. Didn't stay in one, but they look nice from the outside, especially with the Christmas lights. The lights should stay up all year, would be cute.
