Sites are not level so needed to use boards under the tires. The morning we were to leave the sewer at our site backed up. Called the office for help. A gentleman came but did not have the proper tools because the campground had just been sold and the previous owners took everything. Needless to say it was a horrible, smelly mess!!

This is a great campground and very kid friendly. The general store has just about all you would need if you forgot something. The entire staff is friendly and helpful. It was a perfect one nigh getaway. My only recommendations to the park owners would be to upgrade the shower stalls, at least in the men’s restroom. Overall great place.

Nice place friendly staff just our grill was old and rushed and about to break and the fire pit had trash rented 2 sports with electric and was only give one. Power outlet plug

By far the most comfortable campground we have stayed in. Plenty of shade, nice pool, clean laundry room and just wonderful staff! Mary, the front desk clerk, even did our grocery shopping for us!�

The cabin was clean and so were the bathrooms. However, we stayed in a two-room cabin but since there was only a/c in one room we had to keep the door open in order to keep our room somewhat bearable. Defeats having a two-room cabin.

Beautiful area, close to Great Smokey Mountains National Park, Pigeon Forge & Gatlinburg! It’s a hilly park (you’re in the mountains!), so some sites are a bit at an angle. Very nice staff, clean park & beautiful!

Only stayed one night. Campground seemed very busy. A lot of permanent campers. I was over all satisfied with my stay.

This is a lovely park. We only stayed one night to escape torrential rains. Lots of restaurants close by. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

I gave this campground a 2 star rating. It is really not in good repair and not at all asthetically pleasing. There are people there in run down pop ups, tents and old travel trailers which are covered by tarps to keep them from leaking. One was even propped up by a 5 gallon bucket. The reason I gave the 2 star rating is that the staff was extremely friendly and accomodating or it would be low

Our stay was pleasant and we loved the location of our lot. We didn't use the pool, bathhouse or laundry on this stay but they appeared to be clean.

Very enjoyable. We no use of the outside space because it was too small. We will return again and fingers crossed, have more outside space. The staff was fabulous!

The park wasn’t very well maintained. The grass around some of the long term visitor campers was almost knee deep. It just didn’t seem to be up to the KOA standed.

Owners were very nice and helpful; lent me an adaptor for the shore-power outlet; laundry equipment brand new; swimming pool was very nice—but I miss the 9-foot-deep end!

Older campground that is convenient and close to interstate Because of the location it is noisy at night Sites are fine and big enough for our 42 foot fifth wheel but picnic tables are very small for 4 people Playground is old but my 3 year old grandson loved it. Pool was nice and well maintained

Sites are not level, WiFi was poor, almost none. Verizon signal weak. Staff very nice, otherwise would have given a one. Beware of road approach back to highway, bigger drop-off than it appears, cabinets an dishwasher popped open and we were barely moving!

The camp was clean and the workers were very nice. The only thing we didn't like was the highway noise because of the close proximity, but that wouldn't keep us from starying there again. We loved the people working and the amenities provided!

Nice campground for the price range. Office staff were pleasant. The site could have been more level and there were a ton of cigarette butts all over. I understand staffing is tight. Shame on the campers that would leave a site like that. My wife went around with a paper towel and picked up what she could. We would certainly still stay here again.

We were passing through to our final destination so only stayed overnight. But, the fire ring was filled with trash and the site was littered with cigarette butts. Office staff was friendly and helpful but I would probably not stay again unless it worked out to be the best option for the night.

The entrance/exit is kind of sketchy..bottoms out. surprisingly the site was level, but cable hookup needs work.

Great customer service, shower needed upgrade and it had low water pressure but to be fair the campgrounds were full. The grounds were will kept.

Stayed there for a couple days. It was nice enough. There was no wifi at all and was told there hasn't been any for months. Basically false advertising at this point if it's been months without it. People are nice and they seem to be trying to renovate the park or something. Otherwise it's pretty quiet other than the high way, but that can be easily ignored if that doesn't bother you. Oh and those cabins are very cute. Didn't stay in one, but they look nice from the outside, especially with the Christmas lights. The lights should stay up all year, would be cute.
