Beautiful campground and wonderful staff that was there for every need (or forgotten item). Really good people all around. The downside was the fact that the campground literally sits next to the interstate and all you hear is “jake braking” of the semi’s all night long. For the light sleepers, it will be difficult to get a restful night sleep.

The site was nice and the grounds are quiet which was nice. The biggest down was the whole stay the bathrooms were dirty. The men’s was worse than the women’s. Either way tent camping the bathhouse are very important and it’s upsetting when there’s only 1 and it’s not cleaned regularly

Overall our stay was great, the staff were very nice and helpful. The only reason I scored a little lower is the bathrooms were kinda gross and looked like they needed attention. There was a paper in one of the showers that I noticed sat there for over a day which tells me that the shower was not cleaned. Maybe they are being affected by the current staffing situation others are facing but still.

Late Check-in was simple. Cabin was as expected and we enjoyed the front porch swing as well as a campfire. It was our first experience at this KOA and it was great. Highly recommend.

Good location away from the tourist traffic. But close enough to go to the local attractions. THE OWNER/STAFF are super nice and helpful. It is an older KOA so not best suited for the longer class A, especially with a tow.

Thank you Bert and staff for a nice stay. All of you are working hard to improve the campground and it shows. Close to Pigeon Forge and Gatlentineburg visits.

The staff is super friendly. This is an older campground, but it is well maintained. The pool and playground were a hit for my granddaughter. They have a small store in the office area. The roads are narrow, but no problem for me Class A 30 foot RV. The sites are also gravel and leveling my RV was easy. We will definitely visit again when we travel west.

Facilities, clean, easily accessible. Was an In and Out. Septic tank cap needed attention. Beautiful trees, some were not as conveniently located for some sites, but what can you do? Some noise from Interstate, but not bad compared to several other places we stayed this trip.

Great campground! Clean restrooms and showers. Perfect hot water and water pressure in the showers. Up to date, clean laundry facilities. While we are there they were completing some outside landscaping. Owners were extremely nice and friendly as were all the workers we saw.

We did 2 overnights. It was pretty hot and humid. The facility was quiet and we slept well. The campground is clean and well kept and the staff and owners were very nice.

It was good. Didn't realize it was a journey. Lots of in and out. But overall very quite campground and well maintained. Did not see the doggie area.

It was great for a 1 night place. Has a narrow crossing on road to the camp ground for big rigs. The pond is not a fishing pond. Overall clean place.

You could smell the septic system outside of the cabin we rented there was no pillows or blankets we traveled there on a motorcycle

Campground close to Interstate and National Park. Very shady! Staff very courteous and friendly. Laundry facilities great!

We just had a one night stay while driving home to Cincinnati from Myrtle Beach. It was an easy stay. Nice pull thru sight and I could stay hooked up! Wasn't there very long but it looked nice and clean! Staff was very friendly too!

Very helpful and kind staff. They escort you to your site. Clean grounds and laid back atmosphere. We were only staying overnight, so having a smaller lot was not a big deal. We will go again!

Loved the cabin with half bath. Perfect option for us. Campground clean. Checking in very easy. Location perfect for area activities. Hosts very helpful, friendly, and accommodating.

The customer service was phenomenal! They went out of their way to accommodate us with all our needs. The scenery was beautiful, as expected in the Tennessee hills and the access road was easy to get too! Will definitely come back! Thank you

The camp grounds were nice, but the pool had not been cleaned in sometime and the showers were dirty and smelled like poo.

Sites not very level, some rigs needed extra spacers under jacks to reach level. Entry off main street needs repair, go very slow.

The older man and younger woman were friendly and polite but the younger guy was very rude. Sites were not level and had a steep drop. Water hookup was missing 3/4 of its threading so we could attach the house. Power hookup didn't work well. Sites were narrow and overlapped so our water lined up with the neighbor's picnic table and we got too close though our tires were on our gravel.

We enjoyed the shade at the site. Wifi was not too good but we managed. We loved the pool. Overall better than expected.

Carla & Allen are wonderful, but property needs attention. Few sites are level enough for big rigs. Several sites appear permanent and are very rough. Pool area nice!

Stayed there for a couple days. It was nice enough. There was no wifi at all and was told there hasn't been any for months. Basically false advertising at this point if it's been months without it. People are nice and they seem to be trying to renovate the park or something. Otherwise it's pretty quiet other than the high way, but that can be easily ignored if that doesn't bother you. Oh and those cabins are very cute. Didn't stay in one, but they look nice from the outside, especially with the Christmas lights. The lights should stay up all year, would be cute.
