Easy access, very nice people working and staying. Nice pool and camp store. A lot better the the one's around the Smokey mountains. Will definitely stay here again. We had a 70 foot pull through with full hook ups.

They are very friendly staff and the campground is well taken care of. I loved the dog play area and pleased the bathroom were so clean. The sites are shaded and larger than some other campgrounds I have stayed at. We look forward to camping there again.

The lots are very small and tight but customer service was great. The bathroom, bathhouse and the pool area was nice and clean. Also the grass around the RV needed to be cut. I would recommend this site to stay because it was centrally located to everywhere that we chose to visit including Sevierville, Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg.

Great stay, the road was a bit more narrow than expected, the site was at a bit more of a slope than desired. Staff, super friendly, store had enough items to cover what we forgot.

Great little campground. Easy in and out of camp site. Great water pressure. Clean and neat looking. We will definitely be back to this campground.

Bath house is really old not in best shape. Campgrounds are nice, quiet. Enough space between sites. Pool was closed for maintenance

The people were very nice and careful. The bathrooms need to be updated. The men’s room had missing tiles and shower head. The swimming pool was green and they had to close it. Drain and clean it it was getting ready to open when we had to leave. We did have to leave early and they gave us a refund for the two nights. There was a lot of permanent campers. We would rcamp there again.

I called before making my reservation to ensure they had internet and was told yes. They do have internet, but it is so slow that you can't stream with a firestick. I had to find another campground because I had a video job interview.

The people were extremely friendly. The campsite (tent) had a pile of cigarette butts and ash that was approximately a foot in diameter. There was several large pieces of glass at the site also. I appreciated the hot water in the shower but wish the tent sites were further away from the expressway.

Over all it is a nice campground. Two negatives, the I-40 road noise (which is not unbearable, but still there) and the pool being green. They were kind in explaining the water test and chemicals were in the normal range, it just turns green. The employees seemed pleasant and were accommodating.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The kabin and facility was clean and the campground was well taken care of. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back.

Nice quiet park for overnight Sites are tight to enter for big rigs (40 ft. or up). Need to work on leveling gravel so easier to level rigs.

We just stayed the night, A stop on our way home. A very nice park though. We will consider it a destination in a coming summer.

I have never been or stayed at KOA before. The campsites and cabins were very clean. I would recommend the smoky mountain KOA and I would stay there again.

Unfortunately, our lot was so uneven and our trailer leaned heavily yo the right. We even went to get more blocks to add to the ones we had send it STILL was not level. The campground overall was small but pleasant.

I love this little campground. Staff is friendly and helpful. Only drawback for me was day passes for the pool for locals. I know campgrounds do this and I understand trying to add revenue but it did cause over crowding. For some reason day pass folks tend to be a little less respectful. Nothing that will keep me away. I think the campground is in transition so looking forward to changes ahead.

Sites were tight and not very level. Seemed way overpriced for what we got. Staff was friendly and everything was clean. It was just an ok overnight stop.

A little more effort to get to from I-40 but well worth the extra time. The staff was top notch, accommodating and friendly. Sites were well maintained and clean. Electrical service had recently been updated and we had plenty of voltage (50 amp service). Thank you to the manager on duty when we checked in. She saw our rig and immediately shuffled our reservation into a site where we would fit

Our member profile was not used by the campground to assign our site. This seems to be a KOA problem. Newport was able to make an adjustment that satisfied our profile requirements. Why maintain a booking profile if it is not used when reservations are made? (2M5474) the local staff were excellent and deserve better support from corporate. This campground is tight with low hanging branches.

The stay was very peaceful and pleasant and I even enjoyed playing Frisbee with my 2 German shepherd s off leach. They were very nice and understanding 1 of my hydraulic Jack's was stuck and it would not come up so 2hrs past check out time with no complaints. Very nice people. I would go back again

Worst KOA we have ever stayed at. Not sure how this location is part of the KOA family. Restrooms and showers were unusable and disgusting with standing water on the floors. Was bit by a dog and did not receive any help from KOA staff or owner. Lots of full time tenets. Would highly recommend not staying here.

Wonderful people that take great care -- both with the people that stay there and also with the grounds/facilities. Everything was neat and clean - the pool area convenient and inviting. The two issues are 1} low hanging branches and power lines both on the property but also on the approach road and 2} level enough sites for big rigs.

Stayed there for a couple days. It was nice enough. There was no wifi at all and was told there hasn't been any for months. Basically false advertising at this point if it's been months without it. People are nice and they seem to be trying to renovate the park or something. Otherwise it's pretty quiet other than the high way, but that can be easily ignored if that doesn't bother you. Oh and those cabins are very cute. Didn't stay in one, but they look nice from the outside, especially with the Christmas lights. The lights should stay up all year, would be cute.
