Very friendly lady at check in but it smelled of cigarette smoke, also wearing a Trump hat would probably turn some customers off... just as a side note, that is not a good business practice. Nobody wearing masks. Bathrooms were clean enough, there was a roach walking on the floor in the men's room though. The cabin leaked rain through the side wall, ran over the heater in the wall.

These folks were so kind as to upgrade our cabin! It was raining quite heavily when we arrived so we really appreciated having a bathroom inside. Thank you!!

We stayed in a 2 room cabin with a half bath for 5 nights. It was clean and in a great location. The bathrooms are dated but were very clean, shower pressure was good and water was plenty hot. Owners and staff were all friendly and helpful. We looked forward to our morning coffee with them. We never carried a bag of ice or bundle of wood unless we chose too. We will definitely be back.

Stay overnight as I was passing though on a trip. Very nice folks. Cabin was simple, clean, with a small AC unit that kept myself and dogs very comfortable during the night. Nothing fancy but nice. Even had a small enclosed dog run area that served well for a little exercise and potty break. Thanks for accommodating us!

The AC had black mold, notified the office only to be told after viewing the AC & heater no mold was found. Cleaned it ourselves. Toilet area in cabin takes up a lot of space & light in the cabin wasn’t sufficient. Signage thru campground is confusing.

Such a peaceful resort. A true slice of the NP. My Kabin let me be care free as I explored 4 regions of the SMNP, all in easy range of this KOA. Food, fuel, supplies are just down the road. The WIFI let me stream Netflix and gave me a solid connection to work remotely, which I did for the week I was there. PLUS, they got me into my kabin a day early. I'll be back.

We had a wonderful time. Staff was very friendly and helpful. By accident when our fire pit was cleaned out our wood was taken. I mentioned it to the young lady cleaning the cabin next to us before going out for the day. When we returned we had more than enough wood for the rest of our stay and the gentleman that cleaned out the pit the day before came by and apologized. We will be back.

Cabin was fine. Half bath was a bit disappointing-not very private-only 3/4 wall separating it from room with full bed. Sink leaked but management fixed as soon as we alerted them. Showers were not great. A bit dirty, small, no place to sit. On the plus side-no bugs!!! Mattresses are covered with THICK plastic coverings minimizing bed bug possibilities. Thanks for the free wood/fire starter!

You get a free bundle of firewood and fire starter with your stay. That was a nice surprise. The laundry room was very nice and the staff was very friendly.

Only stayed for one night in a cabin. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hoping to cone back later this when it is warmer to enjoy the pool.

Facilities look old but clean. Friendly staff but the campground looks like trailer storage with a broke down motor home across from the playground. The swimming pool was full of frogs and looked septic. I know its winter but I thought pool maintenance is a ongoing thing. Back part of the property looked to be pallet storage, don't know what that's about.

I like to stay at this KOA and have many times. The only thing I wish they would have done was turn the heat on in the cabin before we got there. It took quite awhile for the cabin to warm up.

Helpful and friendly staff. RV sites are really close together, more so than most KOAs Ive stayed at. Also heavy interstate traffic noise from I-40.

Our stay was great your the only place that would except my big dogs and I'm greatly appreciated it we had a great time. The only thing that can be approved is more info on what to bring for the cabins.....Blankets,TV etc Thank you!!!

The facility (restroom/showers) were very clean. We never used the pool. Disappointed in the pet area - we have stayed in places where it is a bit nicer and bigger. We had a camping cabin with a 1/2 bath - unit was clean and neat. Very basic - better than being in a tent and the a/c worked. We arrived after the office closed and thought we would not be able to get wood for a fire. Around 9 pm campground staff stopped and asked if we needed wood. They then brought us some. First time ever we have had this happen. Very friendly.

Everything was fine except the pool. Someone there needs to learn more about pool upkeep. The water should be clear, not murky green. First KOA I have been to where I did not want to go in the pool.

We really love this KOA location, its still located close enough to gatlinburg, severville and pigeon forge. Always friendly staff and clean cabin and fair rates.

Stayed there for a couple days. It was nice enough. There was no wifi at all and was told there hasn't been any for months. Basically false advertising at this point if it's been months without it. People are nice and they seem to be trying to renovate the park or something. Otherwise it's pretty quiet other than the high way, but that can be easily ignored if that doesn't bother you. Oh and those cabins are very cute. Didn't stay in one, but they look nice from the outside, especially with the Christmas lights. The lights should stay up all year, would be cute.
