We had a wonderful stay in the Yurt! It was nice to get to the campground after a day of hiking and just get ready for bed, no tent to set up! I really enjoyed talking to Wayne while waiting for my coffee to make! Can’t wait to go back and stay again! This is a great place to stay!

I give it 5 stars because the staff was great and we had a great time. The bathrooms were clean the only thing I would change is the pool was very dirty.

Rude service when arriving after office hours. Water right under electric does not seem safe. The people next to us had a cord running across our site to get electric. Traffic noise all night long. Will never camp here again.

Was having a nice time , until our last night. Then the workers had a big drinking party. Lots of distubance, cussing, even after quiet time. No one even wise to the party i guess.

Nice tent site, the campground is shaded with many trees. Bathrooms were worn but clean.

The campground itself was great, but it is too loud with traffic at night, being so close to the highway. We'll try another koa, but we are unlikely to recommend this particular location.

Nice place but A LOT of road noise from the freeway (I-40 is right behind it). So be prepared. Bring ear plugs.

The campsite was beautiful and the whole campground was clean and very well maintained. I'M definitely looking forward to staying there again.

I ended up not staying because in their description they said grassy area for tents and well that was not the case it was all gravel. I was put in their tent village which wasn’t even big enough to accommodate my tent even though I paid for the larger tent site. I asked to be switched and I was told there was grass there and it was right next to their nasty lake. So if you have a camper might ok

The quiet hours were not enforced, at the pool Saturday there were more people there that wasn't camping at the KOA than what was.The staff needs to check on who has a right to be there and who doesn't. We pay to use your facilities they don't. There was NO soap at the sinks in the ladies rooms except in the showers. We use to enjoy coming there it was clean and not far from home.

I reserved a tent spot with electric and water. When we finally get there we were told that the electricity and water were not working. It was 98 degrees out and we have small children so we told them we needed electrical. We were put in an RV spot straight in the hot sun with no shade and right next to the highway. The guy never even turned on the water. The visit was overpriced for what we got.

We had awesome time here! It was a great location to the Smoky National Park! We were able to have a fantastic time even just staying in Tents!

Restrooms were very clean, campground was quiet and relaxing. And the camp cat Koa even hung out by the fire with us. Hope to return soon.

Stayed there for a couple days. It was nice enough. There was no wifi at all and was told there hasn't been any for months. Basically false advertising at this point if it's been months without it. People are nice and they seem to be trying to renovate the park or something. Otherwise it's pretty quiet other than the high way, but that can be easily ignored if that doesn't bother you. Oh and those cabins are very cute. Didn't stay in one, but they look nice from the outside, especially with the Christmas lights. The lights should stay up all year, would be cute.

Very nice KOA for tent camping and cabin rentals. We have stayed here several times.
