Nice accommodations. Friendly people. A little bit noisy, but overall great place to stay.

My biggest issue with this campground is that the map is not helpful when picking sites, it doesn’t tell you the specifics each site offers and they don’t allow you to pick your sites. The second is when booking a multi site group the office made it externally difficult to put us all together, we had to fight and fight the day of check in to have us together. This Koa is nothing like normal KO

it was great, the size of the cabins was a bit smaller but we had fun and a quiet environment with very friendly staff.

The grounds were clean and well-kept. The shower and bathrooms were always clean and dry. I found the area to be quiet and peaceful. We will definitely come back next year!

There were a lot of ants this year in our cabin, there was nasty hairs in our bath tubs. I was told incorrectly at check in I qualified for a discount since I had a season pass, even dug my pass out, I was told wrong, but being I was told I was getting money back, I should have whether she I was incorrect or not. Would like someone to contact me.

Very nice campground. My only complaint is that there were no threads within the sewer hole at some sites. I could not secure my sewer hose to the sewer hole. I had to borrow rocks that were surrounding the bath house and place them over the sewer hose so that it would not come out of the sewer hole while dumping.

I will definitely recommend to my friends with campers. We rented a cabin. We had ants on the seating area counter where the wooden chairs.We didn't eat meals in the cabin nor have food there. Snacks were stored in the kitchen area and refrigerator. We always check beds for signs of critters and found none until the last night in the downstairs bedroom. Red bugs/ants. we didn't sleep on it.

Clean campground; other campers followed quiet hours rules; safe area from wildlife (as far as we could tell!); clean bathrooms, courteous staff.

Was very nice, quiet and very accommodating!! My dogs loved it there and I’d definitely stay here again!! The amenities that were offered was a very nice touch. The staff were all very courteous and helpful.

I was impressed with the staff, design, family atmosphere and cleanliness of this campground. It seemed like there was a site for everyone and activities for the whole family. It also had the appearance of a safe place for children to roam. The shuttle bus to Kings Dominion/Soak City was a definite plus! I definitely want to bring my family back here for a longer stay.

Very peaceful! Family of 7 and we were very comfortable in the cabin! Not many food options willing to deliver, but 7-11 is conveniently located across the street!

The change rooms were spotless the 1st 2 nights we were there. Friday n night a group of tent campers moved in and that was it. Disgusting bathroom conditions after that. Sorry that messed up a perfectly wonderful 4 days. Your pool area is sublime. Cleaning staff wonderful. Thanks for all the hard work. Just that group .....

Need more full hook ups and cable hook ups more concrete slabs. It was ok with our 25’ but now we have a 40’ and lots are to narrow for us

There was a huge group near us that was very loud all night long. Also, the primitive camping sites are right next to the main road, and we could hear cars all night long. On the positive side the bathrooms at the main lodge were very clean!

Everything was really nice. There was just one minor thing, the shower curtain in one of the bathrooms was too long. It hung down into the tub which to me was irritating.

We really liked the campground, and we’re grateful for the concrete pad. We were there with a group, and were very well-treated by the folks in the campground office.

We spent last weekend Aug 13 and 14 with are RV group the Virginia Allegro Lovers a Tiffin Group. your staff did really good in helping us out and getting us together. We had some bad weather for our gatherings and had to make some changes again your staff did the best they could do. Very nice place to stay. The manager Pam was very helpful.

Staff very accommodating. Would have liked an escort to site - we had big rigs and several of us had to get out and walk to make sure we could take the route. lots VERY close together - only 2 ft between slides. front areas of lots good size, however low lying so lots of mud and standing water.

This was my second stay at the KOA deluxe cabins, staff and facility was awesome. The three cabins on our street had music blaring all day and continual drug activity and the smells were horrible, we couldn't access our outside facilities because of the drug circle setting and smoking behind there cabin. Im not sure if this is family friendly because I was very upset paid a lot of money.

I like the concept and the convenience it exceeding my expectations. I couldn’t honestly give 5 stars because cabins need to be exterminated the ants � were too much for me and my family it was definitely an experience and I am glad we tried it . Amazing. Such a well run campground. The facilities are top notch. We are usually just staying overnight but it's a great place.
