Easy access and check in. Beautiful cabin that was spotlessly clean with modern fixtures. Very comfortable and welcoming to family. Spent the night there with four grandkids. They enjoyed cooking out on the grill and then plenty room in cabin for games etc when it rained. the younger kids enjoyed the loft. Will definitely look at visiting again.

The tent sites and cabins were well maintained. The staff was courteous and super helpful. We switched from a tent site to a cabin our second night due to the temps being a bit to cold for us. When I called the next morning and asked about switching to a cabin they were super nice and helpful and it was no issue at all. Thank you all again for that! We will be back!

Everyone was very friendly the only downside was something was going on with the heating because at night even though we set the temperature at 70 we would get cold at night by morning the temperature was reading set at 70 but indoor temp at 63.

Nice place. Enjoyed the camping feel even though we stayed in a cabin. The bed downstairs was not very comfortable. It could use some sprucing up. Some noise in the morning just after 8:00 sounded like leaf blowers that continued until at least when we left around 10:00.

We stayed at cabin number C217. It was infested with stink bugs. We slept fully clothed with a hoodie to cover our head. I expressed this to the front desk and their response was "Thanks for letting us know" . I thought there would have been some kind of compensation or sympathy towards our stay. It was my daughter's 12th birthday and it was a damper on our experience.

The cabin was great! My boys loved the loft area and having their own TV's. Having 2 bathrooms was also great.

Stayed in cabin. It’s like an adorable tiny house worn the amenities of a nice hotel. Loved it!

We stayed in a deluxe cabin and would do so again, but I would like to see an improvement on the communication. We had no guidance for after hour check check in or contact info for after hours assistance in the cabins. We had freezing air pouring through the open cracks around the door and a heater that only blew cold air. Cabin was a comfy size but for the cost I expected the heating to work.

Neither bathtub in cabin would hold water and shower would not stay running in one bathroom in Cabin 31. I was not a happy camper...literally .

The cabin was perfect!! My husband and I and our 2 young children had plenty of space and it was so clean. I love that all linens were provided, plenty of toilet paper. The staff were so friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay again

My family and I had a lot of fun at the cabin, and all of the staff there were nice. They answered any questions we had and provided us with everything we needed. It was very easy to check in were able to find our cabin easily with the pre-prepared map of the grounds. Overall, our experience was excellent with really no negative feelings once we left and are excited to keep coming back.

Stayed in a cabin: neat, clean, quiet and comfortable! The cabin "neighborhoods" are adorable. Only stayed for one night while on our road trip; wish we could've stayed longer. Only problem: 1st time staying & arrived very late. Didn't know how to register/check-in. Fortunately, another late arriver was available to offer advice. Maybe add late check-in/register info to the confirmation email?

I absolutely loved the cabin stay at the kings dominion KOA! The cabin exceeded my expectations and my kids absolutely loved the loft beds. It was perfect for our short stay. I will now forever look for a KOA with a cabin to stay in other areas!

The Kampground is fine in the winter, but certain the place overflows during the summer. Cabins needed more chairs--plenty of seats with Futons, but needed a kitchen table or a comfy chair.

Stay was decent. However, we had one bed in the loft area that smelt so bad of urine it could not be used. That was very disappointing. We have had several stays at this campground and had different experiences but none regarding the cleanliness of the cabin/bedding. That bed/mattress was disgusting.

Stay was great, but the room could have been cleaner. There was toothpaste on a counter, the microwave was dirty, and there was a dirty sock in the bathroom.

Our visit was really nice. Pros: The cabin that we stayed in was clean and cozy. Lots of clean towels and wash clothes. The grounds were very clean and the neighbors were quiet. Cons: The beds were a bit hard and uncomfortable and the hot water doesn't get hot right away.

We had a wonderful family outing at the KOA and a night at Kings Dominion! Only thing I would suggest is having the cabins treated for many stink bugs that were sharing the rooms with us! Loved the outdoor game area and the weather was very mild so the kids could play on them all!!!

The cabin was great for our stay! Everything was clean and the space was great! Shuttle to the park was very nice. We will definitely look at KOA cabins when traveling again.

Our cabin had a cracked window, dry heat and front door wasn’t properly insulated allowing wind to blow threw the door jam between the lock and frame. We were in cabin 33

Friendly customer service!!! Moses, Norris and all the KOA cleaning crew do an awesome job of keeping the grounds clean!! We stayed in our RV and I rented a cabin for friends and neither location disappointed!!! Convenient to everything we wanted to do!! Our dogs enjoyed walking the property and the dog park!!! We’ll be back!!! Thank you!!!

Staff was very friendly. The interior handrail to the sleeping loft was loose, several curtains were broken, and a piece of trim in the bedroom was hanging from wall. Not deal breakers, but surprised visible issues were not fixed between guests.
