Super friendly staff and the cabin was super clean. We spent most of our two day trip at Kings Dominion if it wasn’t for the rain we would have also enjoyed the other activities the campground had to offer. We did enjoy our time outside using the grill and fire pit when we could. Will definitely stay again!!

One of our favorite camping locations. Always clean and quiet. Staff is always friendly, helpful and polite.

My neighbor’s slide outs came over past my half of site, so made it very difficult to open my slide and still stay on the concrete. Then when we went to leave, that same neighbor parked their vehicle in a way that I couldn’t get out. Luckily, the site straight across was open so I could drive straight through it and depart. Other than that clueless neighbor, it was a good visit.

The cabin that we stay in the entry door hand a 1 inch gap you could see straight through the door I switch room and the same problem 1 inch gap didn't feel safe in the cabin so we left before my time to check out could sleep in the cabin another night had to go.

My slot was not long enough for camper and truck. The slot next to me was the same and with the trees it was very difficult to set up and harder to leave. If I come back I will have to know size of slot it must be about 20 feet longer and 5 or 10 feet wider

We had a nice stay. The staff was very helpful, and the cabin was extremely clean. The only issues we had were that there were ants running on one of the loft headboards, but living in the mid Atlantic, that’s not really new, and the master bedroom bed smelled of smoke from a previous visitor, which is clearly not something staff can control. The cabin could use some electrical work. Cabin C-4

My kids said this was probably one of our best vacations and we have gone to Disney every year for the last 6 years. They had a blast we are now looking into a RV to be able to do this more often. We actually spent some quality time with each other. The only thing that I would say is the kitchen is lacking a bit. It needs a small freezer for ice packs and a stove top would have helped with dinner.

Everything was good. However, a suggestion would be to have each family in the cabins to put all there trash in 1 large bag and put it outside their door for the cleaning staff to pick up when needed daily or every 2 days. This will streamline the work and it will allow them to get it done more quickly and easily. And I think a few extra cleaning staff may be good on Monday's and Friday's. Thanks

It was the best stay ever to see my grandkids enjoy all the other kids that ride bicycles through the park. It was great! We look forward to next year 4th of July.

Front desk person gave poor directions to the site. I found it, but if I had been a camping novice I might not have. Poor folks on a site near me came in to a back-to-back site backwards, and struggled to hook up utilities (in the pouring rain). I would expect a KOA of this stature and price to be escorting folks to their site. Not impressed.

The campground is as very clean. Bathrooms were great!!! The van drivers were personable and understanding especially during the rain storms!

Great time to visit Kings Dominion with 2 day pass for $60 and stay in KOA with free shuttle saving $20 in parking and dropped off at front gate! Staff is extra friendly, even delivered filled propane bottles back to site for free. Clean, neat, and just right.

Site we were placed at was a small pad that did not have gravel up to the drive-up causing a scrape of the undercarriage. it was necessary to pull in to reach utilities causing the exit from the motorhome to be on the opposite side of the table.

It was a stop over on our way to NY but we wished we stayed longer. Such a beautiful campground to just enjoy nature, peace and quiet and camping! Will be back in September but sadly could only secure one night. Will be back for a longer stay next trip up to NY for sure!

Very clean and welcoming park. Free shuttle to the park was a big plus. The drivers were super nice. Didn’t care for the buddy site where the patio/fire pit areas faced your neighbor. Only big issue was when we returned from a long day at the park to find a very large dead tree limb had fallen from a tree above our site. Missed the camper and truck but broke a chair. Office showed zero concern.

We arrived after the office was closed, enjoyed the late check in option, everything went smoothly, no issues getting into our cabin. Woke up Saturday to take showers and basically had a lukewarm to cold shower since there was an issue with the hot water. Notified the office on our way to the park, didn't seem to have any issues with hot water on Sunday Morning. Looking forward to coming back.

Cabin was spacious and very clean! Staff was friendly and helpful. Excellent location to Kings Dominion. Shuttle drivers were delightful and timely. Only cons were gap in front door; literally did not look closed (can easily see outside) and few activities at the campground. Would definitely go back!

The golf carts drive around with their music to loud. And the vehicles drive to fast in the camp ground.

Not a fan at all of the buddy sites. folks should not be placed in one, unless they have a "buddy." Made you not want to spend any time in your front yard. This was our 2nd time staying here. Office staff needs customer service training, some were great, others seemed put out to help you. Laundry room could use updating with better/newer machines.

It’s a nice campground and the staff is always extremely nice and helpful. We loved the site we had this trip, but we have had some in the past that were not the best. Some of the back in sites are really close and difficult to get into without being right on top of fellow campers. We always enjoy our stay here and go often.

99.9 percent of USA RV/Campers USA have utility hook ups on the drivers side. The site I reserved was a back in (all that were avail at booking) I got to the site I started to back in and realized the utility post was on the wrong side and my power cable was too short. Had to turn around and pull in which precluded me using the awning now blocked by trees. Loud music before and after quiet hrs.

Very nice! Bathrooms and showers were clean. I was glad to see the showers in the same building with the bathroom. Staff was really nice and helpful. Lots of shade. I wish the lots were a little bigger and more paved sites, but it was okay. Cabin areas look really nice! Shuttle to KD was fantastic!! I would recommend this location and we will stay again and again.

Amazing. Such a well run campground. The facilities are top notch. We are usually just staying overnight but it's a great place.
