We stayed at cabin number C217. It was infested with stink bugs. We slept fully clothed with a hoodie to cover our head. I expressed this to the front desk and their response was "Thanks for letting us know" . I thought there would have been some kind of compensation or sympathy towards our stay. It was my daughter's 12th birthday and it was a damper on our experience.

I loved everything about the campground with the exception, of our site. We were in site 194, and we could not get our 5th wheel level even with our auto levelers.

Spaces are small, very cramped and not as well laid out as other KOAs we have stayed at. Firewood we bought from the store was awful, wouldn’t burn.

We stayed overnight on our way home from Florida. Staff is friendly and campground is very nice. It’s right off I95 which worked well for us.

The pull through super site for large RVs was garbage and overcharged. Not many facilities open or available. Overall, it was just run down.

The cabin was great! My boys loved the loft area and having their own TV's. Having 2 bathrooms was also great.

My first KOA in forty years! The spaces were nicer than I expected; slightly larger than I recalled in Saluda, Va many moons ago. We had a yellow site and tried to upgrade to no avail yet saw many empty spaces. As it turned out, we liked our quiet area of the KOA. Site 276. We will definitely go back.

Lodge was very nice. Lot 210 okay but water and power hookups were too far from camper. Cable did not come in clear. Sites were too tight and other campers could not get into their sites without having to move vehicles around. It would be nice to have escorts to sites.

We only stayed one night on our way home from South Carolina to Pennsylvania. We were aware that the site type we chose was a "buddy site" but it was still a bit close with the next site. Since it was winter weather, we walked the dogs but were not able to check out the campground. It definitely served our purpose for a break on the way home. The staff in the office was friendly.

Stayed in cabin. It’s like an adorable tiny house worn the amenities of a nice hotel. Loved it!

We didn’t use any Amenities but we enjoyed the openness of the grounds, the cleanliness and it was so peaceful. Loved the paved pull through site and the easy in and out. We always make it an overnight stop on our way home. The staff is friendly and the store is well stocked.

The women in the front office were not very friendly but the rest of our stay was nice. The water pipe warmer did not work so the water pipe burst because of the extreme cold night. We loved our patio site. The gas grill was new and worked well. We liked having the extra concrete patio to walk on since it rained hard and then turned to snow. Kept the grandkids from tracking in a lot of mud.

We just picked up our new camper in Ashland and made reservations at this camp site. Everyone was so helpful and made our stay so relaxing. My husband and I will definitely stay at this KOA again.

We stayed in a deluxe cabin and would do so again, but I would like to see an improvement on the communication. We had no guidance for after hour check check in or contact info for after hours assistance in the cabins. We had freezing air pouring through the open cracks around the door and a heater that only blew cold air. Cabin was a comfy size but for the cost I expected the heating to work.

Neither bathtub in cabin would hold water and shower would not stay running in one bathroom in Cabin 31. I was not a happy camper...literally .

The cabin was perfect!! My husband and I and our 2 young children had plenty of space and it was so clean. I love that all linens were provided, plenty of toilet paper. The staff were so friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay again

My family and I had a lot of fun at the cabin, and all of the staff there were nice. They answered any questions we had and provided us with everything we needed. It was very easy to check in were able to find our cabin easily with the pre-prepared map of the grounds. Overall, our experience was excellent with really no negative feelings once we left and are excited to keep coming back.

We stayed 2 seperate nights, one night on the way to South Carolina and one night on the way back. Both times we enjoyed our stays. The bathrooms are fantastic and the staff very helpful.

Level cement pad, corner lot for a satisfying price. Campground is well kept and there’s trash containers near every few lots which is convenient. Lots in the area we stayed are close though. Some are buddy sites I believe.

Just a overnight stay, but the campground is clean, sites have plenty of space, staff was nice and very close to amusement park if that is what you are looking for…

We loved our time here! It was quiet all winter, staff was friendly, and the amenities were great (especially the dog park). 2 thoughts. 1. When you have so few guests in the park, it'd be nice if you spaced us out a bit. It was frustrating to have people next to us almost every day, when the rest of the park was full. 2. A few hiking/walking trails in the surrounding area would also be nice!

We have been staying in this campground since it was opened in 1978. As a matter of fact, we stayed the very first night it was open.

Stayed in a cabin: neat, clean, quiet and comfortable! The cabin "neighborhoods" are adorable. Only stayed for one night while on our road trip; wish we could've stayed longer. Only problem: 1st time staying & arrived very late. Didn't know how to register/check-in. Fortunately, another late arriver was available to offer advice. Maybe add late check-in/register info to the confirmation email?
