Staff was very friendly. The interior handrail to the sleeping loft was loose, several curtains were broken, and a piece of trim in the bedroom was hanging from wall. Not deal breakers, but surprised visible issues were not fixed between guests.

We were in town for Winterfest at Kings Dominion. We stayed in one of the deluxe cabins and had a wonderful time. The cabin was very clean and our family of 6 fit perfectly.

We had a great time this past week. We stayed in site 198. The whole campground was clean. It was very easy to get in and out of our site with our rig. The price was very reasonable. (Much better than Williamsburg KOA.) The shuttle to Winterfest also made it super convenient. We will be back in the summer!

Weather was a little frightful but sight was clean and ready at our time of arrival easy campground to navigate the folks at the front desk are very Freindly and courteous and helpful and the Christmas fest at kings dominion was awesome despite the weather will definitely travel here again

We stayed for my wife’s birthday weekend celebration. KD Winterfest. The cabin was roomy, clean and comfortable, especially the queen bed. Other KOA’s I visited the mattresses were lumpy and too soft. The grounds were clean and well maintained. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We would definitely choose this KOA in the future. TV’s in every sleep area was a plus!!

We stayed one day and it was nice,cozy and just perfect for my 1st time in the cabin,one of the bathrooms was not clean ,also the sofas,kinda gross but i guess it happens.Would get 5 stars if it was clean because is a beautiful cabin and grounds.

There was a large group of very loud people who were very loud and drunk way past the quiet time. No one intervened and this behavior was allowed to persist until 1:30 AM. Not cool...

Our favorite KOA campground. Excellent concrete pads with reliable full hooks. Staff very professional, helpful, and friendly. Shuttle to/from Winterfest was outstanding!!!

I will say that driving to our spot was difficult with the size of our TT but other than that our stay was pleasant.

We love this camp ground. Super close to Kings Dominion but secluded so random people are walking around. Wish we got our reservation in earlier so we could have gotten a full hook up site but that is our bad. Next time we will do better. Will be back next year (2022) for sure with the family.

Very well maintained grounds and sites. I would rate it a 5 but the sites were so close together that i had to pull in my slides to get to the pedestals otherwise this is an excellent KOA and we will return.

The stay was good. The KOA is nice and clean. The people working there are very nice.

It was okay. The upstairs was freezing no matter what the temp was set at and the paper thin scratchy comforters were no help at all. The place was also dirty. Cobwebs on the ceilings, dirty and stuff in the vents, the AC filter upstairs was filthy and there were kid fingerprints on almost all the windows so we know those weren’t cleaned. The top windows need shades as well.

Premium red carpet/paved sites could be wider to swing in and get up on the concrete without damaging tires and possibly popping one! Some of the turns are impossible especially if others are in there camping and set up already

The brand new larger sites are next to the maintenance garage with the lights on all night, would not book there again

The need of escorts in late afternoon. The need to better locate the utilities to the center of the grassy area to not disrupt the neighbor by the utilities poor cable reception

Amazing. Such a well run campground. The facilities are top notch. We are usually just staying overnight but it's a great place.
