I will definitely recommend to my friends with campers. We rented a cabin. We had ants on the seating area counter where the wooden chairs.We didn't eat meals in the cabin nor have food there. Snacks were stored in the kitchen area and refrigerator. We always check beds for signs of critters and found none until the last night in the downstairs bedroom. Red bugs/ants. we didn't sleep on it.

Very peaceful! Family of 7 and we were very comfortable in the cabin! Not many food options willing to deliver, but 7-11 is conveniently located across the street!

Everything was really nice. There was just one minor thing, the shower curtain in one of the bathrooms was too long. It hung down into the tub which to me was irritating.

This was my second stay at the KOA deluxe cabins, staff and facility was awesome. The three cabins on our street had music blaring all day and continual drug activity and the smells were horrible, we couldn't access our outside facilities because of the drug circle setting and smoking behind there cabin. Im not sure if this is family friendly because I was very upset paid a lot of money.

I like the concept and the convenience it exceeding my expectations. I couldn’t honestly give 5 stars because cabins need to be exterminated the ants � were too much for me and my family it was definitely an experience and I am glad we tried it . Super friendly staff and the cabin was super clean. We spent most of our two day trip at Kings Dominion if it wasn’t for the rain we would have also enjoyed the other activities the campground had to offer. We did enjoy our time outside using the grill and fire pit when we could. Will definitely stay again!!

The cabin that we stay in the entry door hand a 1 inch gap you could see straight through the door I switch room and the same problem 1 inch gap didn't feel safe in the cabin so we left before my time to check out could sleep in the cabin another night had to go.

We had a nice stay. The staff was very helpful, and the cabin was extremely clean. The only issues we had were that there were ants running on one of the loft headboards, but living in the mid Atlantic, that’s not really new, and the master bedroom bed smelled of smoke from a previous visitor, which is clearly not something staff can control. The cabin could use some electrical work. Cabin C-4

My kids said this was probably one of our best vacations and we have gone to Disney every year for the last 6 years. They had a blast we are now looking into a RV to be able to do this more often. We actually spent some quality time with each other. The only thing that I would say is the kitchen is lacking a bit. It needs a small freezer for ice packs and a stove top would have helped with dinner.

Everything was good. However, a suggestion would be to have each family in the cabins to put all there trash in 1 large bag and put it outside their door for the cleaning staff to pick up when needed daily or every 2 days. This will streamline the work and it will allow them to get it done more quickly and easily. And I think a few extra cleaning staff may be good on Monday's and Friday's. Thanks

We arrived after the office was closed, enjoyed the late check in option, everything went smoothly, no issues getting into our cabin. Woke up Saturday to take showers and basically had a lukewarm to cold shower since there was an issue with the hot water. Notified the office on our way to the park, didn't seem to have any issues with hot water on Sunday Morning. Looking forward to coming back.

Cabin was spacious and very clean! Staff was friendly and helpful. Excellent location to Kings Dominion. Shuttle drivers were delightful and timely. Only cons were gap in front door; literally did not look closed (can easily see outside) and few activities at the campground. Would definitely go back!

The air wasn’t working and the shower curtains had mold and mildew on them but the manager discounted the cabin for me. To me it just still wasn’t worth it.

Nice, clean campground and the whole staff was super friendly. The shuttle to Kings Dominion theme park was awesome as the longest we waited was probably 5 minutes. The cabin we stayed in was fantastic and clean. My only problem is that we only stayed 3 nights and my kids wanted to stay more time because we split our time in Washington DC.

Very nice campground, clean, very well maintained. Every staff member was pleasant & helpful, always smiling. Our cabin was adorable & comfortable. The only disappointment was that the pool closed so early - 8pm. We enjoy swimming after Kings Dominin to cool off & relax. If no life guard is on duty, we didn't understand why the pool needed to close early.

Cabin does not sleep 10. Maybe 4 children and six adults. No plates or utenils. Refrigerator too small with no freezer. Felt you mislead us with description of cabin in advettising.

The Staff was very friendly and Professional. It was a good atmosphere with quiet and peace. The cabins were beautiful and we all had a good time. Only a 3 minute drive to kings Dominion and a 7 11 so location is perfect too. Thank you KOA for your Hospitality.

We rented the deluxe cabin which was very nice. Really clean and well maintained with many nice features. Loved that it had two bathrooms...one for the adults and one for the kids. The property overall was well kept and clean. Great family environment and the KOA staff was GREAT! Only issue was the camp store was not well stocked. Had to go to stores off the property for standard items.

Amazing. Such a well run campground. The facilities are top notch. We are usually just staying overnight but it's a great place.
