My stay was awesome. Pros: Nice clean campsite, friendly staff, great location. Cons: Make sure all the electrical outlets work, GFCI did not reset, re-level campsite, water valve need adjusting to ensure water is completely turned off. Thank you and blessings to all!

This is a great campground. The bath house was very clean. The camp store has a nice variety of food, drinks, camping gear, etc. and even has an ice cream shop. The pool was clean and well maintained. There is also a nice play area for younger kids. We let our teenagers use the shuttle to Kings Dominion and just relaxed in the RV. The premium pads also have a full sized gas grill.

The park is clean and well maintained. The area with cabins and super sites is beautiful!. The area we stayed in however is disorganized. Some sites were nice sizes with grass, then others were about the size of a driveway with dirt and gravel. Our site looked like they had taken a site and divided it to make two sites. We were barely able to get our camper in, and could not open our awning.

Only there for (2) nights, but extremely friendly staff, knowledgeable about the area, quick to offer assistance and a very nice facility. Will defintiely add this to our list of places we would return to !

One complaint - many power and water pedestals are a dual configuration, i.e., one serves two sites. Most travel trailers have hookup connections one the left side, and doors/steps on the right. If you get a site where the the pedestal is on the right then be prepared to trip over your power cable and water hose during your stay.

Perfect stay for a couple of nights while we had fun at the park. Sites are very well maintained, all of the staff is super friendly. Pool was well kept, no complaints at all! We stayed on a pull thru concrete pad site with full hook ups. The sites with the patios and gas grills look really nice if you don’t care to bust out all of your items for a short stay.

Staff was extremely helpful and kind. We had a problem with our motorhome and the staff was very supportive and accommodating. I certainly would come back to this resort !

The staff was wonderful! Grounds were clean.I had a great two-night stay. I think there's definitely room for improvement with the lighting in the RV parking areas especially in the back by the dog park area. Because it was so hot during the day I like to get my dogs out to play at night when it cools off and there's absolutely no lighting back there.

I have to be honest, this KOA is really nice! We've tried to camp at other KOA campgrounds and have left right after registering and getting to our sites. So when we got here, we were leary about what we would find. The people were very friendly, the campsite and grounds were nicely maintained. The bath houses were clean and stocked. I would definitely stay here again!!

The people at the campground were very friendly. The campground itself is pretty good but the dirt roads to the campsites and the lack of a concrete pad at the campsites reduces its attractiveness for me. The wifi was lacking as well but I would stay there again.

I specifically booked on the phone since I wanted to spots next to each other, for a family reunion. I was assured at the time of booking that would not be a problem. We were on opposite sides of the campground! It was a disaster. Our campsite was dirty, rubber gloves, trash & debris. The hookup for the water and sewer and electric were on the opposite sides of our rig! WILL not use it again!

My biggest issue with this campground is that the map is not helpful when picking sites, it doesn’t tell you the specifics each site offers and they don’t allow you to pick your sites. The second is when booking a multi site group the office made it externally difficult to put us all together, we had to fight and fight the day of check in to have us together. This Koa is nothing like normal KO

Very nice campground. My only complaint is that there were no threads within the sewer hole at some sites. I could not secure my sewer hose to the sewer hole. I had to borrow rocks that were surrounding the bath house and place them over the sewer hose so that it would not come out of the sewer hole while dumping.

Was very nice, quiet and very accommodating!! My dogs loved it there and I’d definitely stay here again!! The amenities that were offered was a very nice touch. The staff were all very courteous and helpful.

I was impressed with the staff, design, family atmosphere and cleanliness of this campground. It seemed like there was a site for everyone and activities for the whole family. It also had the appearance of a safe place for children to roam. The shuttle bus to Kings Dominion/Soak City was a definite plus! I definitely want to bring my family back here for a longer stay.

The change rooms were spotless the 1st 2 nights we were there. Friday n night a group of tent campers moved in and that was it. Disgusting bathroom conditions after that. Sorry that messed up a perfectly wonderful 4 days. Your pool area is sublime. Cleaning staff wonderful. Thanks for all the hard work. Just that group .....

Need more full hook ups and cable hook ups more concrete slabs. It was ok with our 25’ but now we have a 40’ and lots are to narrow for us

Very nice campground, friendly and helpful staff. Bathrooms are spacious and clean. Firewood and butter is a little overpriced, but other than that I highly recommend �!
