Showers are really small. Both the Mens and Womens bathroom doors were badly warped and wouldn’t shut. Washers and dryers are old. Great location, close to Canon City. Sites are very close together.

We enjoyed our stay here. The location to Royal Gorge and Canon City were great. The restrooms were clean and there were adequate areas to walk our dog. The sites were not level and took some leveling ramps to assist. I noticed most RV's in the campground needed to use these.

Camp sites need a re-fresh as they are showing their age. And the restrooms need a total renovation as a past refresh missed the mark on tiling and the showers are way out of date.

Have stayed here several times. Nice campground! Restrooms are exceptionally clean, We had a very nice pull through site but we did have some difficulty getting into it. We have a 44ft 5th wheel and couldn't get around the boulders leading into the site, had to go around and back in. Not a big deal but you could damage your RV very easily if you're not careful.

All dirt and gravel sites with little shade. We stayed 3 nights in a 28 ft TT. Sites not real level.

We didn't feel staff were very friendly.When questioning a charge once I got home, Nancy was quite curt.The bathrooms were cold(literally-no heat because the doors wouldn't close all the way)& it took many minutes before there was water in the showers that wasn't JUST cold.There was a problem with a broken water heater and we had no water for an entire day.More problems-not enough room to list all

Absolutely loved it! This is one of my favorite places we stayed in our week long trip around Colorado. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The cabin was nice and clean. Loved having the fire pit for the evening and mornings. Thank you for a great stay!

My wife and I absolutely enjoyed our stay here. They were very accommodating and everything was clean. We stayed in the Glamping tent and it was basically like bringing our own camping tent with it already being set up and actual furniture. The picture for Glamping is not updated on their site, but we are happy that it ended up being a normal tent. We have already talked about going back next year

Absolutely no hot water in bathrooms. No heat in dryers. Was introducing son in law into camping and 1st experience at koa and they could not even take showers or dry their laundry. bathroom were old and nasty. Site I booked was for RV and tow but told not enough room so park elsewhere or upgrade sight from 50 to $80 then only had 50amp. Glad I had converter. I’d be hard pressed to return

Each campsite is nicely landscaped with large rocks which looks very nice. Utilities were convenient and worked just fine. The KOA is located with nearby Royal Gorge and about 9 miles from Canon City. The only downside is no grass for the dogs. It would be a great improvement if they had real grass planted and watered in a small section of the facilities.

The campground was nice but the women's room was not. The main door was falling off the hinges so couldn't close all the way. Therefore, the fact that it was lockable with an electronic code to get in was unusable. One morning I went in there and there was some man in there. Not sure if he worked there or not! Also, the toilets had issues with flushing and the showers were cold!

4+ rating for a couple of minor, preference related things. PROS: camp/ facilities were really clean and kept up, staff is helpful and we enjoyed the easy access to the dog run. CONS: Hrs for the store are minimal- need coffee before 10 am. Cabin that we stayed in was close to facilities, which was great in the cold, but it was right on waking path to amenities: not ideal.

Campground was great, we just had a bit of miscommunication. Showed up after hours and our cabin wasn’t posted for us, we then hard a hard time contacting someone for help. Before showing up we were told our cabin had heat, it didn’t. Tips: confirm your exact cabin number and amenities prior to arrival. Location was great, views are gorgeous!

Fine gravel pads. Constantly sweeping fine gravel out of RV. Weird layout on utilities. Need extra sewer and water hose. Checkin took some time.

This campground is very close to Royal Gorge. We had a premium site so we had plenty of room at the site itself. We have a 42' coach and some of the turns were a little tight for a big rig. We had to back out of our "pull-through" site because of the narrow roadway and other people's vehicles parked across from us. I would stay here again but I would make sure I had a way to exit the space.

Office was closed early. Nobody could connect to the WiFi. No hot water for showers. Could find the hook up for cable. I paid over 80 dollars to stay. Probably won’t stay there next time I’m back. Very disappointed.

Wifi was terrible. Bathrooms were good. Burs from site kept getting on our shoes and stuck in the carpet to be stepped on with bare feet later

This was the 8th stop on our first extended RV trip. Wished more grass areas were available. May be the cold weather in winter prevents grass growth. Convienent location and would stay there again when in area.

We brought our granddaughters because they advertised go carts, slide, mini golf, pool. None of these were open/working. We did play mini golf on the very primitive course. 2 employees overworked but very courteous

We found the RV park to have mostly gravel and sand, with no grass and very few trees. Our picnic table was literally on the driveway. Because of the being located on a hill, the wind and dust made it unpleasant and undesirable. We left after 2 nights instead of our planned 4 nights. Also our dog constantly picked up goat heads (very sharp bristles that were prevalent thru out the park).

I would rate it a five, however the WiFi signal was weak so the tv did not get signal. The cabin itself was adorable! There were not any pictures of the inside on the website and we think you should post some because it was so nice and comfortable. More people would probably book if they could see the inside. The bed was comfortable and we loved the grill and fire pit. Overall a very great place!

Was in a great location for activities.The store hours changed and closed early on a Saturday. This did not allow for us to prepare accordingly, which was frustrating not only for us, but for other campers. Could use another trash dumpster since it was so full we couldn’t get our trash in on Saturday or Sunday . Cans were also full all weekend. Overall an ok experience.

We were parked next to the office. It took 5-6” to level the trailer. The wi-fi was almost non-existent. The grounds were nice with a number of activities. But we will not stay there again because of the lack of wi-if (even the extension port)

I know this time of year it can be hit or miss. However, it seemed pretty run down. The playground needs updating big time. We paid more money to stay at the new spots but they are right next to the maintenance buildings and the main road. I would have preferred the old spots. I did like the patio in the new spots though.

It was excellent. We only stayed one night, but it was great. Nice, quiet place to stay. Everything was nice and clean and staff were friendly and helpful. We'll absolutely be back during the summer so my son can enjoy the seasonal activities.

We were put in what I thought was the worst spot - uneven, right on the road that the water truck used at 7 a.m.! Rock hauling with the loader all day. Yeh it pretty much sucked there.

This is a beautiful setting for an rv park but this park needs lots of fixing up. The laundry was old and not very clean. Full of cobwebs. Restroom had only luck warm water for shower. Flies were horrible. Ask numerous times for poop bags at dog park but after 3 days still none. Poor to none Wi-Fi and mo cable. Staff was very friendly. Stayed here 3 years ago and it was in better condition.
