It was great, quiet, relaxing. The play ground and dog park were great for us. My only complaint was it was off season, so water was hard to come by, and the camp kitchen was closed. We stayed in a cabin

The cabin was clean an comfortable. We arrived late, but the staff made check-in easy. They even turned on the heater for us before we got there which was greatly appreciated. We also appreciated the immaculate bathrooms. We will stay here again.

This is one of the best KOA's our family has stayed at! Great family atmosphere and is really a great price! The family who runs this are amazing, friendly and helpful! Don't forget to bring your telescope for captivating night skies.

We have stayed here several times. They are doing a beautiful job upgrading the campground. Definitely worth going to stay while enjoying activities around Canon City.

Very nice campground. I was a little chilly first night in a cabin. I told Jill at the office and she provided a space heater. That was very kind and slept well that night. I would like to visit this campground again. It was first of December. So not many campers. Very nice.

The campground was beautiful and the cabin was great. We have 2 areas of complaint: 1. The office hours of operation were not accurate to the phone the phone message. The phone said open until 8, but it closed at 4. We could not get a hold of anyone when we checked in and the late registration clipboard had been taken. 2. Our refrigerator didn't work and we had no hot water until my husband fix

Wonderful and peaceful! Mattress could of been newer and cabin could of been cleaner. Staff was so friendly and welcoming. 3 miles from the bridge and clean campsite. We enjoyed our short visit

Absolutely loved it! This is one of my favorite places we stayed in our week long trip around Colorado. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The cabin was nice and clean. Loved having the fire pit for the evening and mornings. Thank you for a great stay!

My wife and I absolutely enjoyed our stay here. They were very accommodating and everything was clean. We stayed in the Glamping tent and it was basically like bringing our own camping tent with it already being set up and actual furniture. The picture for Glamping is not updated on their site, but we are happy that it ended up being a normal tent. We have already talked about going back next year

4+ rating for a couple of minor, preference related things. PROS: camp/ facilities were really clean and kept up, staff is helpful and we enjoyed the easy access to the dog run. CONS: Hrs for the store are minimal- need coffee before 10 am. Cabin that we stayed in was close to facilities, which was great in the cold, but it was right on waking path to amenities: not ideal.

Campground was great, we just had a bit of miscommunication. Showed up after hours and our cabin wasn’t posted for us, we then hard a hard time contacting someone for help. Before showing up we were told our cabin had heat, it didn’t. Tips: confirm your exact cabin number and amenities prior to arrival. Location was great, views are gorgeous!

I would rate it a five, however the WiFi signal was weak so the tv did not get signal. The cabin itself was adorable! There were not any pictures of the inside on the website and we think you should post some because it was so nice and comfortable. More people would probably book if they could see the inside. The bed was comfortable and we loved the grill and fire pit. Overall a very great place!

It was excellent. We only stayed one night, but it was great. Nice, quiet place to stay. Everything was nice and clean and staff were friendly and helpful. We'll absolutely be back during the summer so my son can enjoy the seasonal activities.

What a lovely camp ground. We stayed in the glamping tent that had a wonderful view of the Royal Gorge Bridge. So much fun at night to see the bridge lite up. Everything was so clean. Water pressure and temperature were fantastic! We will be coming back again! The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful! Best kept KOA place secret to stay at!

We only stayed one night but were very pleased. It was very clean and quiet, especially given how full it was. It had great amenities and the hosts were wonderful. We stayed in our truck camper and our kids had a camper cabin . Both set-ups were great.

The views are wonderful. We guess it’s up to camp owners but cabin didn’t have a TV. We could never connect to WiFi. And cabins didn’t have a heater. Again I think that’s a creature comfort that some hosts provide, but staying at other KOA’s and having them we just got used to cabins having these items.

Little to cramped, I didn’t care for the tent site and group of people 4 ft away from the front steps of our cabin. When there were 15 other sites open. Seems like they could have been located elsewhere since there was several other sites that were available. Cabin was very nice, I will say that. Most likely my last trip there though.

On a travel trip and saw you on the way to the Royal Gorge! We were so thankful that you had a nice cabin with AC and the fact that you had pizza on site was a nice added bonus. I would recommend this campground to anyone.

I stayed in the glamping tent. The view was amazing but the tent and some of the furnishings have seen better days. Due to stormy weather it was necessary to move into a cabin which was also very cute but didn't have the view. It might be time to retire the old tent and replace it with a sturdier one and add an awning to protect it from the elements since they aren't meant to be permanent.

Nice time. Had a few things but would still come back to this KOA. Wish they still had the adult things. Like the Holy Cross or any wine tasting @ the western town. Nice friendly people.

We stayed in a deluxe cabin that had bathroom and microwave, fridg but full bed mattress was extremely soft like a pillow, there was not hot water in cabin even after we addressed it first day it didn't get fixed and the miniature golf course needs some work. The bathrooms were very clean and the staff was very friendly.

Had everything that we needed, had that great outdoor camping feel, a lot of things to do, golfing, horse shoes, basket ball, volleyball, big slide. felt like a kid again. Great location with lots of great cabins.

The campsite was beautiful, water bottles and firewood (perhaps from the previous camper) were waiting for our arrival. Everyone was very friendly.
