Really only camped at your KOA as a place to sleep. We're traveling with our Boy Scout troop to various activities in the area. Didn't have much time to use your facilities. However, the boys did enjoy the pool for a bit and your bathhouse was nice and clean. I liked the flip down bench in the showers.

Amazing location to the Royal Gorge. The cabin we stayed in was awesome. They have all of the amenities that anybody could want in a campground. Although… The 1st morning I went to the restroom, it was filthy. There was no paper towels to dry your hands, no toilet paper, and 2 of the 4 toilets were backed up. And the showers were nasty. But, that evening, and next mornin EVERYTHING was corrected

tent windows left open ... water was on floor by open windows when we entered the tent. 2 bathroom stalls did not have toilet paper which made for emergency run to nearby gas station to go to the bathroom. Glamour tent was great except for water on floor, views were great also. If back in area would probably not try again. Staff that called me was very nice and helpful.

Given terrible spot. Had to crawl up on roof to break off tree branches raking RV during windstorm. Sewer connection uphill. Was charged for relocating next day. Also sewer spills.

The biggest problem was the cleanliness of the mens restroom. It was really bad. One shower ran constantly all day, one had vomit in it that never got cleaned up. The one urinal was clogged and overflowing and the stalls were awful. We did not feel comfortable having our son use the men's restroom at all so I took him took the womens Which was clean during our stay luckily.

We had a good time during our stay. My 8yo loved the slide, the pool and the playground. We reserved a pull through spot with a patio. Not sure I would our all dirt spot a patio, but it was a nice, mostly level, large spot we could spread out in. The pool was a bit dirty, but kids don't care. All in all, a good stay. And the location can't be beat.

Our family enjoyed our overnight stay in one of the new spots near the slide. Had a great view of the mountains. Staff were very friendly and the kids enjoyed the numerous activities and making friends. The pancake breakfast on Sunday morning was quite good!

Campsite was very nice, the kiddie playground was a bit worn out and not completely usable. But, my grandkids still had a great time camping with us there. We enjoyed the big slide and little putt putt course. Kids running around the campsite at night playing Laser tag was not good though, they were very loud and waking up the grandkids that were sleeping.

Proximity to Royal Gorge is a major plus. While there, electricity kept going out. Maintenance person tried to blame our surge protector. Power went out in a few other sites and he tried to blame their surge protectors also. Finally the whole row died and they actually had to address the problem. Also, when trying to dump black tanks, sewage backed up and flooded multiple sites. GROSS!

Helpful staff, fun and helpful camp go-ers that gave us advice on our first trailer experience. Clean and quiet camp grounds. Nice pool, dog park, and kids playground. Absolutely would stay here again!

The electricity went out in the afternoon 2 days in a row when it was 95 degrees out. On Sunday the septic backed up everytime a camper up hill would dump their tanks. We had raw sewage (toilet paper and turds) flowing through our camp site. This was a terrible experience as you book KOAs for utilities and amenities and knowingly give up privacy for those things. The pool was sub par as well.

I love this KOA, and the location is perfect. The only draw back is the pool being a bit cool. However, it is still usable. I will absolutely return to the royal gorge KOA

Great folks! Clean, clean, and very clean! Love this campground, you will love the very clean women’s bathroom. Nice showers, nice long vanity….enjoyed it!

Charged us an early arrival fee (arrived 1 hour early) even though our sport was empty and more than half of the park was empty. Sewer connection was extremely poor, husband had to try different connections to get a somewhat ok connection. Would not stay at this KOA again.

You should really work on treating the resort the you say it it .your pool needs some serious care. Dead tree stump needs removing feel over it I don't know how many times

Fabulous views! Great staff! There is no cable at the campground and we thought we’d be bored when not out and about. We didn’t miss it! We were so exhausted from our daily activities and the view of the mountains more than made us happy. Getting back to the campground and firing up the nightly campfire was more than I could ask for…two teenage sons not living for tv and devices. WOW!

The location, accomodations and amenities are just great. We had a wonderful stay, and we especially appreciated the helpful staff. The one suggestion we have would be to clean the pool/check the chemical levels as it was very cloudy. Otherwise, everything was just stellar! Thank you!

Gift shop store has EVERYTHING you may need that you didn’t know you needed, want or forgot to pack. The park has a nostalgic feel with families enjoying pools, slides, horse shoes, mini golf, outdoor movies, s’mores night and many more activities! Clean bathrooms. Only bad part was the dust from the gravel messed with all our allergies. Not their fault.

We enjoyed the overall camp, it’s cleanliness and setting. The views are lovely. We found the flies to be annoying when we tried to eat outside ( maybe some pest control)? The dogs loved the dog park except there was no shade, and the sand got too hot midday. Thanks for the hospitality.

A good three night stay. Good central location to explore the area from. Park was quiet at night and camp host provided activities and films at night. Kid and dog friendly. Friendly staff.

We stayed in a cabin with bathroom. It was perfect for what we needed. The grounds need some TLC. The miniature golf course is a bit worn, but quite fun and challenging. The pool was fun as well. We'll definitely use this option in lieu of a hotel again.

Good location, friendly folks. I’m bicycle touring and there was no water or electricity at the tent sites ( water and electric by office). My site had a picnic table that had almost all the paint peeled off. The bench part that was in the shade was missing half the board. So a bit neglected in that sense. Showers nice and clean. Otherwise pleasant.

We had a great time! All the employees were very nice! Our grandkids enjoyed the big slide and swimming pool. We’re looking forward to coming back next year.

Very enjoyable and pleasant. Camping sites were excellent. Spacious and well taken care of. Staff very friendly and professional. Facilities clean and well stocked. Overall excellent!

The layout of the campground was a little strange. Our spot was awkward and definitely not what we’d expect for a deluxe spot. Our 24’ travel trailer and car barely fit in the spot. Out slide out almost touched the one next to us. There were also a few times we could smell sewage so for the most part we needed to keep our windows closed. Next time I won’t pay for a deluxe site.

Overall a good experience. Nice location, friendly, helpful staff. Wifi not good, spotty or non existent at campsite. We had to sit by the office away from our site to access wifi. Men's room out of paper towels and toilet paper at times, women's room shower curtains had mold at the bottom. Great location and activities at this KOA. We would revisit.
