We had a wonderful time. Staff were friendly and helpful. Our request for a spot with shade and near the restroom was granted in the best possible way. The pizza was not only delicious, but an unexpected blessing on the first night so we didn’t have to cook while setting up. The kids love the fun things to do, especially the big slide! We will be back again for sure.

Loved the pool. Staff and customer service the best! Only negative was the spots were pretty tight. (Campers) We had an end space and with our big trailer that helped. Great family activities. Hospitality was wonderful.

I believe it was understaffed during this stay, likely due to our current health climate with covid-19. Despite that, anything we needed was met with friendly assistance and patience. There are some things with the cabin itself that would make it nicer such as weathering around the cooler (insulation in the open gaps, etc), maybe a shelf or 2 and a screen door. But it was clean and comfy!

We were disappointed with the KOA. The cost of our site was extremely high for the quality of the site. We did not have chairs like we were told we would, it smelled like sewer, the pool was very dirty and freezing, and the amenities that were shown online were not what we arrived to.

It’s the same as the other reviews, spots are not very level. They stick small campers in hugs spots and big campers in very tight spaces. Since I have no say in the spot I’m in, they need to know what fits in each spot. You can’t turn a 30’ camper 90 deg into the camp site

Our stay was great. We were there for zip lining and the train. We were very close to both. Clean campground , lots of fun things to do, very family oriented. Very quite respectful campground. Loved the texting about movie starting, the slide was open, great communication piece.

We stayed at "new" sites. The sites were nice but I felt like they were built on the back 40 "dump". The shower house, a mobile home, the exterior was old and the skirt was falling off. The shower house never did have hot water even though we reported it several times. They had adequate time to fix it since we were there for 2 weeks. There were a bunch of discarded items in the field adjacent.

Beautiful place! Great activities! Our only complaint was that the Hot water heater didn't work in our Bathtub/Shower. It worked in the kitchen sink but not the shower. Cold showers for Kids especially was not fun!

The maintenance at the site was very poor. The service was very poor, we were at the site, that didn't have any tables, nor any shade. We had to make the table arrangements ourselves.

Very Convenient to Royal Gorge. Entrance road a little rough. Fire pit area nicely located away from RV and with some view (of horses). Playground a little basic. Didn't use pool but looked OK. No jumping pillow. Giant slide next door (with KOA sign on it) not open for the 2 days we where there. I did get a text that it opened after we left. Good communication with campground via text.

Great customer service & the site was nice (though sloped - in a campervan we don't have a way to level). Daughter said the shower was cold & she couldn't get it hot. Mini golf had seen better days but we still had a blast playing!

My first time renting a deluxe cabin with its own bathroom with shower. A separate room with bunk beds. And a very comfortable queen size bed with awesome pillows! Also a million-dollar view looking out towards Royal gorge from the front porch! Beautifully landscaped. Clean. Comfy. Cozy. A very good experience!

Tent area tables need some repairs and updating. Women's bathroom ran out of toilet paper on Saturday and on Sunday morning. Kids say good playground, ok pool.

Staff was extremely hard on the kids working there. Seemed like I was always walking into them yelling at them for one thing or another. Bathrooms weren't very clean. Extra activities were constanly being closed due to staffing issues.

This is a very nice campground! The staff is great; the grounds are clean, and they off a lot of things to do (the pool, mini golf, entertainment, etc). It's also a great location...not far from town & really close to the Royal Gorge. Can't wait to return!

Deluxe cabin was more pleasant than expected. Super friendly and accommodating staff. Had a very nice 5 days.

The campsites are much too close together for large rigs. However, people like Betty made it a very enjoyable experience. Betty went way beyond the call of duty to be accommodating, kind, and service oriented. She is a shining star in your organization!

1. Staff unresponsive when asking for assistance in gift shop. 2.There was NO official (poop-bags dispenser & trash can) dog-walk area on the N side. However, many campers walked their dogs their--used their own bags. 3. N side Trash Bin was marked "Recycle"--but many Campers used for regular trash. In addition--BIG hole in back of trash bin for easy bear access. NOT KOA-WORTHY!!

We had a wonderful time. However, we were disappointed there was no chairs at our fire pit site, like all the other sites around us. & our friends fire pit did not have a grate on their fire pit so they couldn’t cook their food.
