We were all set for late arrival, when arrived our cabin information was not posted, emergency after hour number went to VM twice and other number didn’t work. Had to get a hotel room in town. Was refunded that night stay but was a hassle. Once in cabin staff was very nice. Cabin was great.

Men’s bathrooms were very dirty and our site had no trees and was crammed in between two others. There were some very nice sites and the slide and pool were fun. Being able to have a campfire was a plus and the amenities were easily accessible from any site. Staff was fairly helpful as well. Overall it was a good experience for us (we had three campsites and two cabins).

Beautiful area, very friendly hosts, and employees. Incredibly clean campground. Only improvements would be new fixtures in the showers, and sinks.

I loved the accommodations, but the restrooms were never cleaned in the 48 hours we were there. They were really gross, especially the toilets, and showers were dirty too. The trash was never picked up from them and they smelled bad. The koa otherwise was lovely.

Our first time at a KOA and it was awesome! Cabin was cozy and comfortable. Bathrooms were clean. Amenities were fun for the kids and dog. ��. We will be back.

Great location, beautiful scenery. The bathrooms were gross. The faucet handles you had to hold to wash hands which is hard when washing hands, showers were gross and too small. The wagon ride was fun, our cabin was in a great location to pool and playground.

Great time; Jun 17&18. We had a few small cabins and some tent areas. Cabin was nice; not big, but adequate to sleep 3-4 adults easily, and room for small kids on floor if needed, and the AC was a great "luxury"!!. There is some highway noise as camp is not far from main road, but nothing bad. Overall, I'd recommend and would use it again.

We had a wonderful time. Cabin was clean and staff was very friendly. It is in a great area, close to attractions. Alot of amenities. Quiet and kid/pet friendly. Would absolutely stay again!

Every staff member we encountered was so polite, friendly and accommodating. The showers were clean and convenient. We loved our little cabin! I can't wait to come back!

Our very first stay at a KOA on a long weekend trip (from Michigan). Beautiful cabin overlooking beautiful scenery - we honestly could not have been more pleased with our stay! The staff were also probably one of the most friendly teams we’ve ever experienced!

We had a wonderful stay in the cabins. However there was some misleading information on the set up of the cabins regarding the beds and size. I would suggest putting pictures and more details to each cabins as they are not all the same. Also to outdoor kitchen was a let down from how the website described it, no propane grill and very limited prep area. Otherwise wonderful!

Great park with nice amenities. Staff was very helpful is arranging sites close together. Close to all local attractions. We had a great family gathering.

We rented a cabin for the weekend. We did get the 6 person with all the linens included which was a huge help for us. The tiny cabin was perfect and the view from our window was stunning! We all enjoyed the huge slide and the extra cost was well worth it!! The pool was really cold in the morning, so plan on an afternoon or evening Pool time for more comfort :) The store had everything we needed.

We loved the extra ammenities for the kids - slides, mini-golf, volleyball, playground. Our family had a wonderful vacation and would highly recommend it!

Cabin was clean and well set up. Bathrooms were very clean, even when arriving late at night. We chose this as we planned to visit Royal Gorge, and it was very close. About 5 miles of steep inclines and switchbacks from the campgrounds, we were at Royal Gorge and enjoying ourselves. Very happy to recommend this locatiion.

We had a great stay. We have two little kids, and they loved the dinosaur park nearby (2min), and the Royal Gorge. We had originally booked a cabin, but after reading reviews found out it only had a bunk bed. I’m thankful the staff upgraded us since our little kids can’t sleep on the top bunk yet. Everything was great and the kids loved the playground and mini golf. The bathrooms were clean.

The staff was over the top great! Betty, Nancy Sue and Caroline were exceptional. Cannot say enough great things about their service. The deluxe cabin was lovely....the ONLY “issue” we had was no hot water in the cabin, so we ultimately used the communal shower which was fine. We plan to stay here in the future

Pool was empty, slide was closed, no grill on the cabin sites. Also, there was no working outdoor hose or sink to wash dishes.. The play ground was older but the kids loved it anyway bc it had an awesome merry go round type of equipment. Fenced in dog park was great. Cabins were great

Location was less than 10 mins to the gorge and canon city. Clean bathroom and showers!!!! Also we stayed in a 6 person regular/basic cabin and would stay again :)

Every things was nice until we got ready to shower and the water pressure sucked. It took almost a hr to fill the tub to even to take a bath. Beside that ot was nice
