We use KOA camp grounds pretty much all the time when we travel. This KOA was conveniently located minutes away from the Royal Gorge as well as close to tow (Cannon City)

Just one overnight. Did not honor the published office hours (on the map/info sheet), as we discovered when we took one of our propane tanks up - in the rain - to get i filled. Didn't enforce quiet hours, neighbor played outdoor speakers late late. Won't stay here again.

The Park looks like they are landscaping several of the camp sites. The park is fairly clean except for the dog waste that people haven't picked up after their dogs. But this is a common problems with every RV park we have stayed at. The office store was not well stocked and we were told that they will have more items around Memorial Day weekend. All in all we will probably go back.

I was disappointed in the condition of the KOA. The slide and go carts were not open, and they looked very rundown. The mini golf was dirty, filled with twigs and dirt, but you guys said it was open. There was no way you could play on it. Overall it was not a good experience for us.

No Wi-Fi available during my stay. Only personal hotspots were discoverable, not the campground’s WiFi. Notified the office. No change. Thankfully I had cell service.

Everyone was so kind and friendly! We enjoyed ourselves so much we extended our stay and then booked another future night while we were there. Great experience!!!

Beautiful views, nicely spaced sites. Nice that you don't charge extra for mini-golf. Kids were disappointed that go karts and slide were not open, you should update your website about that. Perfect location for visiting Royal Gorge.

This KOA is not maintained well. Extras like the slide, go kart track were unavailable or in bad shape. We had water running down through our site from the laundry room, making mud all around our camper. We had to share our water hookup with another site and there wasn't a splitter, had to call. Sewer pipe was higher than our camper. Patio sites not like other KOAs not worth the extra money.

It was nice. appreciated the fire pit especially since theres a burn ban everywhere so we got to have a safe fire that was fun for the kids. bathrooms were clean. proximity to fun things to do was good. the nature trail connected to the park was awesome. everyone staying at the campground was friendly. the general store wasn't stocked up (only downside) but the employees were friendly.

On arrival we were told that they" had just read our request to share our sister site with our daughter." They were able to switch campsites around to accommodate us. Upon setting up there was no splitter for the water between our site and the site next to us. They had to go find a splitter so that we could both get water, they did. Dump site was full, spilled, and they did refund 10%

Staff was very helpful getting me directed to my site. The site was clean and spacious. I'll definitely be back with my family.

Loved this campground, although it was difficult to get our rig out the morning we left because the road was too narrow between camp sites. Thanks to two obliging campers who graciously moved their vehicles, we were finally able to leave

Staff was awesome. Park had adequate spacing for the more expensive lots, which we got. The water line froze, stands out of ground 3’, unwrapped & not protected. My 5’er didn’t freeze but we had not water, was only there 3 nights so didn’t fill fresh water tank...lesson learned

Very nice people who own it, a few improvements could be made in the bathroom area but it was clean and very easy to check in and out! The area is great for the view and some fun shopping. Nice picnic tables and fire pits.

The staff was very helpful in getting our propane late in their business hours after our visit to the Royal Gorge bridge. The bathrooms were clean.

Great location. We had a nice pull through site. I like all the fun extras, even thought e they weren't open for the season, yet. You could tell the others were constantly improving the amenities.

I would not stay at this KOA again, even for free. I was sold a 'brick patio' site, that had neither bricks or a patio - nothing but dust, rocks and a picnic table. Each morning was a task to determine which toilet stall, sink and shower was the least gross. We checked in on a Saturday afternoon, the facilities were not cleaned all weekend - it was nasty in the bathrooms. Never again!

Came in late. Directions to site left us unable to get in properly which damaged our camper. We called & were told to pick any site. We tried 1 more time at different angle & got into our reserved site. Then we found there was only 1 water spout & the other camper had it. We then decided to pick one like told. We stayed in the same row but were charged extra. I have pics of map.

Staff was outstanding. But, the campground needs a lot of work. Playground had old equipment that needs to be replaced or cleaned up. The bridge to the slide had numerous boards that were rotten. The giant slide had been neglected as well. We have stayed at a few KOAs, and this one does not meet the same standards.
