The campground needs extensive maintenance. They absolutely do not have working WiFi. It’s really close to the Royal Gorge and the staff are friendly. We weren’t unhappy with our stay, but would never stay here again.

It would have been nice to have some of the attractions up and running. It was a bit windy and cold and close to off season so it's understandable. We will be back next summer hopefully.

Received a very warm welcome----check-in was very quick. Had to check out early because of a death and, though the cancelation policy doesn't usually allow a refund, one was granted for the night we couldn't stay. Enjoyed our stay!

Pictures very misleading. The language “Patio” in the description needs to change to “gravel patio” and the picture for the site I booked also had a concrete patio we were expecting.

KOA was centrally located to a lot of attractions a local city. KOA grounds were in good shape and clean.

Convenient pull-though sites. No usable WiFi available at our site far from the office. No TV or FM reception. Did have good AT&T reception. Very dusty when we were there. Easy after-hours check-in.

RV SPOTS ARE A LITTLE TIGHT. NOT MUCH PRIVACY. WE DID NOT USE ANY OF THE FACILITIES BUT THEY LOOK TO BE VERY NICE

Great location to visit the bridge and park. This KOA needs some infrastructure improvements. Not good to see the 50amp power on a post which was knocked over and laying on ground. Site was also I level for a pull thru

Excellent campground and amazing staff! Only complaint is the road into the campground needs a little maintenance, (nothing major), and the “amusement area” could use some sprucing up. Other than that it’s one of the best we’ve stayed at. We would definitely stay there again if we are in the area and will recommend it to others!

Amazing clean and large sites! Very well maintained, and the staff is great. Perfectly located to enjoy the bridge park and easy access to canon city for the railroad. 10 out of 10, would stay again!

Great KOA...located by so many things. Close to the Royal Gorge, ziplining, the train, river rafting, etc. The KOA is clean, friendly and a place I would stay at again.

It is a typical KOA; not the nicest I have stayed at and not the worst. Clean well kept sites, clean bathrooms and seems to be well managed. The aisles between sites are a little tight and they really need to improve internet performance. Wifi works fine but internet speed is pretty bad. Very easy access to everything Royal Gorge related.

The staff was great. Fred took us in to Cañon City which was greatly appreciated! The WiFi is less than average but the park was clean and quiet. Great time. Thanks!

Not the nicest KOA. Location near to Royal Gorge is important. Our site was very small and there is alot of dirt around the campground which makes for a sandy, dirty camper. Not much in the way of amenities, everything seemingly in a state of disrepair or closed. Lots of dog droppings around the area. I would not recommend.

Friendly staff. Nice level pull through full hook up sites. Close to Royal Gorge Park. The outdoor play area is great to entertain children.

LOVED this little park. Clean, neat. Friendly helpful Staff. Especially Liked that all the sites had a sweet little patio of some sort. Beats the heck out of grilling between trailers!!! Thank you

Campground is close to Royal Gorge Park. Including zip lining, hiking, and trolley rides. There are many other places nearby to do. The campground is secluded enough but, close enough to make it to nearby historical markers and towns.

The campground manager and staff were very helpful. Our site didn't have a firepit, so the manager loaned us hers. That's going out of your way!

The campsites were much to close to each other. Some campsites should not have been build as they were too small.

The campground was very well maintained and clean. We enjoyed the proximity to the Royal Gorge as well as 4 Mile Ranch Golf Club.
