Fine gravel pads. Constantly sweeping fine gravel out of RV. Weird layout on utilities. Need extra sewer and water hose. Checkin took some time.

This campground is very close to Royal Gorge. We had a premium site so we had plenty of room at the site itself. We have a 42' coach and some of the turns were a little tight for a big rig. We had to back out of our "pull-through" site because of the narrow roadway and other people's vehicles parked across from us. I would stay here again but I would make sure I had a way to exit the space.

Office was closed early. Nobody could connect to the WiFi. No hot water for showers. Could find the hook up for cable. I paid over 80 dollars to stay. Probably won’t stay there next time I’m back. Very disappointed.

Wifi was terrible. Bathrooms were good. Burs from site kept getting on our shoes and stuck in the carpet to be stepped on with bare feet later

This was the 8th stop on our first extended RV trip. Wished more grass areas were available. May be the cold weather in winter prevents grass growth. Convienent location and would stay there again when in area.

We brought our granddaughters because they advertised go carts, slide, mini golf, pool. None of these were open/working. We did play mini golf on the very primitive course. 2 employees overworked but very courteous

We found the RV park to have mostly gravel and sand, with no grass and very few trees. Our picnic table was literally on the driveway. Because of the being located on a hill, the wind and dust made it unpleasant and undesirable. We left after 2 nights instead of our planned 4 nights. Also our dog constantly picked up goat heads (very sharp bristles that were prevalent thru out the park).

Was in a great location for activities.The store hours changed and closed early on a Saturday. This did not allow for us to prepare accordingly, which was frustrating not only for us, but for other campers. Could use another trash dumpster since it was so full we couldn’t get our trash in on Saturday or Sunday . Cans were also full all weekend. Overall an ok experience.

We were parked next to the office. It took 5-6” to level the trailer. The wi-fi was almost non-existent. The grounds were nice with a number of activities. But we will not stay there again because of the lack of wi-if (even the extension port)

I know this time of year it can be hit or miss. However, it seemed pretty run down. The playground needs updating big time. We paid more money to stay at the new spots but they are right next to the maintenance buildings and the main road. I would have preferred the old spots. I did like the patio in the new spots though.

We were put in what I thought was the worst spot - uneven, right on the road that the water truck used at 7 a.m.! Rock hauling with the loader all day. Yeh it pretty much sucked there.

This is a beautiful setting for an rv park but this park needs lots of fixing up. The laundry was old and not very clean. Full of cobwebs. Restroom had only luck warm water for shower. Flies were horrible. Ask numerous times for poop bags at dog park but after 3 days still none. Poor to none Wi-Fi and mo cable. Staff was very friendly. Stayed here 3 years ago and it was in better condition.

Basic park, all but empty when we stayed in early October. Despite dozens of open sites we were assigned a site right next to another trailer where we had to share one water hookup, using our own Y. Pull through gravel site not level, forced to unhitch our 5th wheel to get our rig leveled. Friendly host, escorted us to our site. Very close to the Royal Gorge.

Unfortunately, this KOA is very tired. The staff was pleasant but the sites need some leveling work. It was nice to see they had miniature golf but the course was old and worn out.

30 Amp hook up at our site had outlet upside down. Good thing we had 50amp adapter. Water hook up at front of site. Barley had Long enough hose.

Young man at the desk was apathetic about the job.. We arrived hungry but he closed the pizza oven at 5:30. The restaurant advertised on site was closed,, with the closest food 8 miles away. The campground needs work. The sites are not level. Most dangerous... no circuit breakers on the 50 Amp outlet. You have to.plug in to a live current. At almost $80 a night, it is way overpriced.

Campground needs to be seriously updated. Bathrooms and showers are small and old. Pad that we parked on wasn’t level and sewage drain was higher than my camper. Had to back up on leveling blocks just to partially drain both my tanks. Only pluses were the friendly staff, ok views and close to the gorge.

There was very little gravel at our site, it was mostly dirt. I am glad it did not rain, that would have been a muddy mess. The whole facility is tired and needs upgrading. I am sure that it was a nice facility years ago but not now. It definitely does not deserve to be classified as a Holiday facility.

They first put us in a to short spot. Ask if we could stay a day longer and said it was booked and didn’t offer another spot.Dog poop everywhere Asked for receipt when I checked in they said they would bring it to me didn’t happen so had to go back and get it 3 days latter.

Staff friendly and helpful. Had a fifth wheel and cabin for our family. Staff very helpful getting us close! Suprised by how clean and nice our rustic cabin was! Site fairly level, but close together, and fire ring too far back to be of use. Bathroom was clean but outdated, and door left open all day and night, even though it was supposed to have a cod. Fun place for family Would stay Again!

Charged us 10.00 for checking in early. There was no one on the spot. They were charging 7.00 per person to shuttle to the Railway. Staff was rude. The putt putt course was dirty. Would not stay here again.

Enjoyed my stay. Enjoyed the campground. Staff was very friendly and hospitable. Sharing hookups with another camper was something I’d rather not do again. The most frustrating issue at campground we’re the stickers (goat heads) that were very annoying when they found their way into the camper. Miniature golf was fun - just needs some TLC.

Some sites are nicely spread out with plenty of room between units. Some are on top of each other with no space. We where in a site that had no space to the next site. And, there was barely enough space to park my truck after disconnecting from the trailer.

Was surprised the entrances and access roads to the sites were just dirt. Thought that you would have had paved access. With your location, would expect year round use, and income to match, allowing paved roads.

Beautiful campground set in the mountains. Nancy the manager is helpful and sweet. Very quiet and kept very clean.
