Clean campground with helpful staff. Many activities were available for the kids while we were at the campgrounds. Great location for visiting the multiple Royal Gorge attractions.

We loved the location of the park & it's well kept. We stayed in the new section, but it's very tight widthwise for a large coach. To get out of our coach, we had to step the boulders that surround each site. These sites are fine for smaller RV's or Travel Trailers, but if you have a bigger rig, you should request the upper section. We'd stay here again (upper section) & recommend it to others.

Kids of KOA staff were allowed to stand and ride on back of golf cart. This is very dangerous!

The Woman’s bathroom faucets are terrible- having to use one hand to turn the faucet on while washing the other hand is just stupid. A faucet that stays on to wash both hands together makes much more sense!, especially in today’s Covid- world! Also a charge machine in the laundry room would make good sense & be an improvement!! Although we didn’t try the pizza it smelled wonderful!

Clean campground. Staff extremely helpful. Did feel it was a little misadvertised as the Royal Gorge Bridge was visible only at a few locations. The "Old town" area needs lots of repair. We used the campground as a stopping point to visit other things in the area. There was little at the park and little shade should we have chosen to just stay at the campsite; no room for awning

This resort is perfectly located if your stay is focused on visiting the Royal Gorge Bridge & Park.

Kids love the huge slide, golfing, and pool. The host workers are professional but could use more knowledge about the area. The sites are level and roomy. The area is a dry climate environment. No problems with anything. Insect are non-existent. Plenty of activities in local area.

I usually don't respond to surveys, but I think the manager of this KOA, Betty, deserves some credit. Our stay was fine. We had neighbors for 2 nights that were nice to us but gave Betty some trouble. They complained about the lack of sewer hook-ups. I don't know where they were looking, there were sewer connections at each end of the campsite. We moved our connection and never saw them hook up.

The site was too short, the slide would not go out due to a tree. My husband went to address the problem and was told to move it would cost more. My husband said we cannot stay at that site. The registration person was not sure if he could move us, but he did. There were PLENTY of open sites. We talked to another couple who had the same problem and was moved to another site.

We arrived late, staff was very accommodating even tho they were getting ready to close. The party traveling with us had trouble maneuvering around all the rocks with their 38 ft motorhome. Otherwise, it was a Great Place!! Thanks!!

We were extremely disappointed with our stay at this KOA. Having been to other KOAs across the country, this site was clearly at the bottom from dirty bathrooms to difficult check in. The price for the space wasn’t quoted until after the entire registration process was completed. The cost of $68 was extremely high for the services we received— extremely disappointed

Staff is great . Campground is clean. It's one of the old koa's with some newer sites. I would suggest getting a newer site is possible. Old sites are a little tight getting into , doable but tight

Nice place and close to Royal Gorge. Only thing I would change is a better place hook and unhook a toad.

Overall, our stay was good. The location is great and the sites are nice. The kids had fun on the slide. Downsides: Only one soap dispenser in the bathroom had soap. There wasn’t a net to get all of the bugs and leaves out of the pool. I miss the Saturday evening wine and beer tastings they used to do here.

Great staff, very professional and friendly. The services like laundry and restrooms were extremely clean and well maintained. Looked like there were tons of family and kids activities. We only stayed one night, as we were traveling back home from vacation in the mountains but we will definitely make this one of our campgrounds as we pass through the area again.

My mom, aunt and myself were staying for only 2 days. However we liked it so much we asked to stay another 2 days. Betty did everything to accommodate us. Betty always checked on people driving around making sure all was well as many times as she could. Betty was so friendly, very warming and caring to all the campers during our stay, Betty Rocks! Skyler also was such a big help We will be back.

Outstanding service from the staff! Great location and lots of amenities. No local TV, so if you want programs, must have a satellite. The campground is well maintained with a nice pool and other family activities. Very close or Royal Gorge and white water rafting, Highly recommend this KOA and will certainly stay again;

We had an amazing trip!! This was our first time staying in a KOA. I highly recommend and we will be back. The entire facility was very clean, or view was breath-taking, location was convenient to everything and KOA offered lots of amusement for children!!

Given terrible spot. Had to crawl up on roof to break off tree branches raking RV during windstorm. Sewer connection uphill. Was charged for relocating next day. Also sewer spills.

The biggest problem was the cleanliness of the mens restroom. It was really bad. One shower ran constantly all day, one had vomit in it that never got cleaned up. The one urinal was clogged and overflowing and the stalls were awful. We did not feel comfortable having our son use the men's restroom at all so I took him took the womens Which was clean during our stay luckily.

We had a good time during our stay. My 8yo loved the slide, the pool and the playground. We reserved a pull through spot with a patio. Not sure I would our all dirt spot a patio, but it was a nice, mostly level, large spot we could spread out in. The pool was a bit dirty, but kids don't care. All in all, a good stay. And the location can't be beat.
