Very clean and well maintained site. Folks were friendly and because we are fairly new at camping, it was nice to have someone take us directly to our site

Beautiful views, graveled roads so was a little bit dusty (as to be expected), older restroom/shower facilities - but clean and well kept, very friendly and helpful staff. Close to Royal Gorge and not too far from Cañon City eateries & activities.

Layout for sites is very awkward for large rigs to maneuver in and out of. Driving lane very narrow especially since towing vehicles don’t have adequate space on site to park.

Friendly staff and a nice clean campground. The location was close to lots of activities and restaurants. My only negative was the pool was cold even though the temperature outside was 90+.

Management and staff were extremely kind and helpful. The online reservation did not have an updated map and we entered the park thinking we would be in a different section of the park. While I would still recommend the park, this should be cleared up to avoid confusion.

Place was well managed. Nancy was so accommodating. Kids enjoyed pool and I did laundry. Washers were left full of cottage bedding for many days, but Nancy accommodated us. Water pressure was low and shared hookup with another site so really low. However was a great place and shuttle cost to close by sites was better than taxi prices. We would stay here again.

The staff were friendly. Site was clean. We appreciated the activities being offered for the kids. The only negative was the cold pool, would have been nice to be slightly heated or covered at night to retain heat. The general store was great too and not overpriced. One of the closer sites to the Royal Gorge. If you like to walk/bike make sure you take the nature trail. Miles of dirt road.

We booked with the understanding we would have access to the go karts. The pictures of the mini golf must have been photo shopped or from 50 years prior. Golf balls were not accessible, you had to hunt for them on the course. We had to pay for a slide pass and at other Koa campgrounds the slide and mini golf are free and better maintained with booking. The facilities were run down.

It was a beautiful campground with many activities, but the showers are tiny and the campground is not handicapped friendly at all. No access to the bathrooms with my walker or EV - nerve-racking to haavmmfe to navigate steps and level changes with only my cane. Despite the above, we did enjoy our stay along with God's beautiful creation that was all around us!

Coming into the campground for the first time in the dark was a little hard to navigate and find our campsite. Your campground is beautiful and we wished we could have stayed longer. This one is on our list to return to!

We have stayed at this KOA for years and we love the J sites. We were in the new patio sites this time and the shade poles are in the way of awnings, slide outs, kitchen doors. They really do not shade much.The sites look beautiful but are very close together. We asked our neighbor if he could move his truck as getting out of the site was close. Thank heavens most campers are great and helpful.

friendly staff, very helpful staff, pool very cold and dirty, kids loved the slide, like the night movie for kids, family was disappointed there were no go carts like advertised, over all it was a good stay.

We recently spent two nights here. The campground was clean, and there were so many activities available. The staff was wonderful, and did their best to reopen the giant slide after it sprinkled and they had to shut it down. My grandson really enjoyed our stay here.

clerk couldn't get my perks figured out and was going to give me 20% off for my trouble but didn't. We paid for a big site, camper plus trailer, but got a smaller site. I could have a better attitude about it if we had gotten that 20% off. Place was clean and everyone was friendly. 2nd set of showers was nice but water never got hot or warm.

New site are to narrow and the big boulders outlining the site are to big and causes problems. The steel poles for the table covers are in the way for putting slides and you are unable to put you RV’S awning out.

A little more grassy areas for dogs and kids would be nice. Also, there were things that needed fixing in the women’s bathroom - bathroom faucets, clogged toilets and an entire shower that didn’t work. This is our second stay and we would probably stay again, but a few small fixes would make it even better.

Clean sites, beautiful scenery, friendly staff, affordable prices in the store. We had an issue with the wiring of out 7 way plug and Aaron was super friendly and gladly helped us out in order to get us back on the road. Service above and beyond what was expected!

Not at all the quality of Koa Holiday, no hot water for a week in new patio section of camp, bridge that connects new section to older section has planks totally dangerously broken. Young Staff very friendly but not performing mostly chatting/texting. Needs more rigorous organisation.

Park was very picturesque and all utilities in good working order with plenty of level space around RV. Super sweet to consider accommodating my need for extended checkout. Lots of play areas and activities.

Great place but 1 problem. Too much dust from cars trucks campers and especially the guys running arond on the atv's. Everybody needs to slow down. Maybe spped bumps and signs but it would be a big help to start with the employees.

I really liked campsite, very clean, people really nice and helpful. I did not like tent site for my daughter. Too many ants. Tent site not flat, to far away from bathrooms. Need campsites where people can put tents next to travel trailer I have a small camper kids can sleep in tent next to parents.

The staff was VERY rude. With the exception on one person. The campsites were very small. There was NO supervision on the slide. The night slide was too dark making it hard to see the bottom causing collisions on the bottom.

The store/check in was open much later than most, was nice to arrive early evening an not need to do the night check in! We had a nice end spot with a beautiful view of the mountains.

The campgrounds need some definite TLC Although they offer several activities for the kids everything needs to be updated. The grounds have abandoned cars and trailers, vegetation that is over grown or dead. The staff was welcoming and very helpful. I’ve stayed at nicer KOA locations, this was a disappointment.

Our reservations were changed without our permission because there was somebody already there that wanted to stay longer. The site we were put into had several washout areas where water runs through when it rains and the table was sunk into the dirt between the runoff areas. There were several instances we tripped and almost fell over these areas.

Was old un level site dirt no grass or trees. Campground seems old and run down below average for KOA. We stay at all over the country in KOA and this campground was one of the worst. .
