We love all of the kid activities. I wish more activities were offered for free, as the price of the stay itself it pretty high. But we always have a good time here.

I would give a 5 but my heater was not working in my cabin & I stressed to them I had a baby & they did not bother coming back after they were unable to fix it. I had to go tell them again & then they quickly got me some space heaters which worked great but could not have anyone come fix it until the day before I was leaving which I then decided to tell them to just wait until I left.

Clean and well keeped up campsite property. Super friendly staff. The only thing that was disappointing was the narrow roads, was tight to get bigger trailers in.

My stay was very nice. The cabin was enjoyable, my only suggestion would be that under the couch was very dirty and should be cleaned. Otherwise everything was great!

We had a great time, and the kids loved the activities. The only thing I would say is it's very dark at night, kinda scary.

Our stay was great ! Clean and fun campground . The only part we disliked was our campsite was bird poop infested. Anything and everything was getting pooped on. Sure #8006(?) needs some bird poop protection

I would recommend not staying under a tree area due to the birds that will ruin your awning and anything you leave outside, so I would suggest looking at the map and choosing wisely.

The kids had a blast. We were a bit disappointed in the wifi and couldn't stream anything to watch before bed. Also a little disappointed in the hours of the cafe - closing at 7pm when we showed up after checking in at 7:03 and had to figure out where to go for dinner. No true liquor license was a bit disappointing when I was going to order a cocktail. We will be staying again in May.

This place is amazing ! We stayed for 4 days with kids had so many activities for them. We had a blast. We will definitely be back to stay again soon. Thank you koa !

Every staff member was helpful and friendly. The space was clean and neat. The amenities were extremely clean. The staff at the gift shop were professional and helpful. The gift shop has basically all you need to have a fun trip. The folks at the Beach Grill exceeded my expectations for great customer service. The pizza I had was probably one the best pizzas I have ever eaten. Best camping trip!

we decorated the cabin due to the email we were sent saying about the decoration challenge. the kids and us worked hard. we were told that they would still come by to check and nobody ever came to see it. we also had ordered a heater for one of the cabins and nobody ever came by to bring it.

The eco tents were great and the KOA campsite had so many amenities. Sadly I wasn’t able to utilize all of them but I will definitely try to come back to take a dip in the pool and ride a banana bike.

The Ecotent was great overall, but too cold at night, with only one portable heater. Perhaps if we had more heaters or extra comforters offered, it would be nice. The only other complaint is the Breakfast w/ Santa where the line buildup was too long & caused us to not have enough time pack by checkout time. The desk allowed it but gave us a hard time about it, even though it was not our fault.

The park is very family friendly and enjoyable. However, with the immense tree cover over the camp sites, there was a lot of bird poop on the concrete, tables, the side of our 5th wheels and on our stairs leading into our 5th wheel. I’m all for nature, but the amount of bird poop was alittle ridiculous and made us question whether or not we will stay at the park again.

Great place to go and relax. It is the nicest KOA we have ever visited. Very clean and all the employees were very friendly and helpful. Will definitely use this KOA again.

This is a nice, well kept facility. The detractions for a higher score were terrible Wi-fi and loss of electrical power. I acknowledge that the power loss was not the fault of the KOA; however, we were not getting the services we paid for with no offer of rent reduction. Please come into the 21st century with your Wi-fi!!

We loved this KOA. There is endless activities for kids and it is fun for all ages. It was so clean and the staff was amazing!! We will definitely be coming back!

We came 10 years ago and we’re excited to come back! We enjoyed staying in the deluxe cabins. We rented the 6 person bike as well! We had a lovely stay A few things to let you know about We stayed in dc205, the stovetop does not work very well, took a long time to heat up. Microwave, also does not heat well. The front door had a hard time latching. Bikes break did not work. Staff not very

Love this place. Great family environment. Love the pool and the activities for the kids/family. The only negative is their Wifi; it doesn’t work and or not reliable and with many apps even as simple as music rely on access to the internet it would be nice to have a decent/solid internet signal

Full Review Titled "STAY AWAY" on Trip Advisor. Key highlight is: The Wi-Fi situation at this property has not improved in nearly TWO YEARS and in my opinion is dangerous as it is unlocked and shows no security protocols around your data and is in all likelihood been hacked. This property's status as a Resort property should be reviewed by Corporate.

It was ok. My main complaint is the neighborhood around the campground. Fireworks were going off late at night, motorcycles were wide open on the freeway and the freeway noise never stopped. Every morning at 6am a couple hundred crows fly into the park and squawk. The place has good amenities but the clientele in the cabins are low class. There was a road rage incident during my stay.

Of our 1600 miles and 10 days road trip in California, this site was the MOST amazing one....what an infrastructure and organization....amazing amazing experience!!!!!

Sites are pretty tight, especially for bigger rigs, not really the parks fault, the location of mature trees make it challenging.

The staff at KOA are always friendly and helpful. The grounds are always nice and clean. The pool area is beautiful. We do wish that the cafe and game area were open more days and hours in the off season

Very nice campground centrally located in San Diego. There is no internet service however, we could connect to the router but it did not provide internet service all week. Good cell service made the lack of wifi tolerable.
