It’s a very clean and very nice campground. All the staff was super friendly and helpful. The pool was very nice. Felt more like we were staying at a resort. We will be coming back for sure!

very nice stay. only complaint was children riding bikes and being loud well past 10pm. last heard them around 11:15pm. spoke to office next day but they didnt seem concerned or interested in the problem. they said maybe security was at the other end of the park at that time.

Unfortunately I was here for work so I didn’t really unpack like I would have on vacation. This place looks to be great for kids, lots for them to do and there are mostly families with kids. Not really our thing because our kids are all grown but maybe when the grandkids start popping out who knows. This place was also kept clean and seemed really safe for families.

We enjoy the campground but this visit we were on site 2005. Super tiny site and one of the neighboring site was so close when they back their camper in it was literally hanging over our little patch of grass. That camper was too big for the site and you should consider whether 2005 should remain a site or turned into green space.

Expensive. Loud highway noise. No one answered the phone when I attempted to call three times upon arrival. Otherwise, grounds were lovely, staff seemed friendly.

Great site and staff. Was very disappointed you had no activities scheduled Mon April 4 - Wed April 6 and never updated the previous week's schedule to reflect that. Other than that, we had a great time.

Loved the park showers and park bathrooms. The sites were clean and everything worked! Lots of fun things for kids and while I'm not a kid anymore, it was exciting to see the kids having fun on park bikes and especially the multi person golf cart train. I feel the sheer number of sites makes them hard to find. I wish the park had raised 3-4 ft high signs instead of colors on the pavement

The SD Metro KOA has great amenities, especially for families and kids. The sites do not have much vegetation between the sites for separation, but there are lots of trees and the park is well kept up.

First time using our RV that we purchased. The spaces were roomy and nice. The activities for the kids were great fun and kept them busy and happy. Thank you for a great weekend with our family!!!

Very customer-oriented and clean facilities. Unlimited hot water in bathrooms and restrooms. Excellent for families with young children as there’s so much kid-friendly fun. Clean and warm pools.

It was great on Friday night but Saturday we had someone come in late so no sleeping until 6am. There dogs barked and fought all night. The man was very loud and wouldn't calm down.

It was awesome!! The staff were so nice and accommodating for my family. The park is beautiful, very clean and well kept. My grandchildren loved all of the activities and swimming pool. We felt this was a safe place for them to run around and have fun. We will definitely stay here again!!!

Campground was clean and very comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Kids enjoyed the heated pool, playground, and jumping pillows. Location was great for driving into Sea Port Village and Coranado Island.

My 11 year old daughters were harrased all weekend by teenage girls. The tent campers were burning trash all weekend smoking out our rv and dogs barked constantly. We went with a large group and asked numerous times for weeks to be placed near each other which did not happen.

We love the koa. There are lots of things to do here and lots of room. We love the deluxe sites with the extra room.

We had a wonderful stay. Thank you so much. We originally had reservations for Saturday and the staff was so accommodating, they were able to let us in Friday night. We had several other family members already at the park that we have not seen in a long time. it was like a mini reunion! Thank you again.

Great amenities! Lots to do for the kids and the on-site cafe has very good food and drinks. We’d be here every weekend if it was closer.

First night had a planned power outage from the local power company but didn’t find out about it until we checked in. Other than that we had a great time. We enjoy staying in the San Diego area. This place is our #1 go to.

I stayed 5 days in an rv spot hoping for a peaceful vacation and in turn I had to deal with the constant noise of construction machinery and workers, not pleasant at all, couldn’t even cook outdoors due to the amount of dust blowing over my campsite due to the construction taking place next to me.

The only disappointment was the power outage during the first night. I understand this was out of KOA’s control. The only thing that would have been appreciated would have been advanced noticed. I would have packed my generator.

This KOA is clean, very well kept and the entire staff were helpful and nice. We are looking forward to staying there again in the future. I give this campground a 10 plus all day long.

Very nice campground centrally located in San Diego. There is no internet service however, we could connect to the router but it did not provide internet service all week. Good cell service made the lack of wifi tolerable.
