A couple things I think this location can work on. Update or repair bicycles, allow reservations to pick specific sites for group visitations, have friendly staff. Overall we enjoyed our stay

Chairs in the cabin are a little hard to sit for a very long time, to play games at. Maybe a bigger fridge would be good. Cabin #DC202

Great place to stay in San Diego. Good stuff for the kids to do. Please make washing machines able to read cards and keep it open later.

We have stayed here a few times and have always been treated very well but this last time we were told something that wasn't true. We travel w 2 elderly handicapped adults who use a walker n a cane. We asked to be close to the pool and restrooms as we always do and get. We were told nothing was avail. But in fact they were several avail sites the whole time we were there. Little confused..

Needed tractor to put trailer in place and be removed as the space did not accommodate enough access for truck and trailer to maneuver. Was thankful there was no additional charge for this service.

Very nice. Weather was a little cool, so I really appreciated the hot showers and the hot tub.

Such a great place for the kids and family. Everything is updated, clean and accessible. We go every year and highly recommend!

We stay for a week. Loved the proximity to all the attractions we wanted to visit. (SDZoo, SDZoo Safari Park, Old town and sea World. Clean park. Beautiful Christmas decorations. They even had a ride for kids in a “roller” train. Friendly staff. Roomy level sites. Will come again!

One of the best KOAs we've been to with an upscale vibe. Well managed with responsive staff. Very clean.

My neighbors were insanely loud and continued blasting music and yelling after 10pm. Calls to night security failed to yield adhesion to quiet time and the next morning I woke up to discover my firewood had been stolen.

You did a great job offering fun activities for young children, especially. And everything was maintained very well and all staff were very helpful. My only disappointment was that our site was mostly mud, especially right outside our RV.

We had a blast! Love the amenities... staff is super friendly! would recommend trimming or removing tree at Cabin 1511 - bird poop everywhere including picnic table.

stayed in a deluxe cabin with my daughter and two young grandkids. the cabin was comfortable and well stocked, all we had to do was bring our food. plenty of fun activities, the kids especially enjoyed the train ride.

We stayed for 4 days/3night. It was a wonderful experience. My family always looks forward to this time. The friends and family and just enjoying the park. Thanks for a wonderful stay

I have stayed at this park a couple of times now and both have been great! Even with the slow season the park was very clean the staff was extremely friendly.

Everything was good accept our site 1913 was awful. Birds pooped all over our truck every day. The site was very small and very awkward for backing in to.

One of the best KOA's anywhere. There are tons of activities for families, or just relaxing time. The spaces are situated nicely with lot of trees. The staff was very helpful and eager to please while employing many enthusiastic high school students. The grounds and bathrooms are immaculate.

Had a great stay at San Diego KOA. Impressed with how clean everything was. Great location to beaches, bike trails and everything San Diego has to offer. Staff was responsive to cable issue we were having and came right out to us to fix it. WiFi not great, but just used our Hot Spot. Great place. Lots of fun things for kids to do. Pool and Hot tub were great

Nice place to stay if you don't mind tons of kids. All concrete pads instead of dirt. Nice pool. Variety store and you can buy cooked meals there. Close to beaches and restaurants.

My grandkids loved the jumping pillows, pool and spa, and the Gaga ball. My dog likes the pet area. The only issue I had were the trees. Bird poop everywhere and yo leave my pull-thru site, I had to back out.

Always a pleasant stay. We have stayed tent, cabin and RV all accommodations are great, friendly staff and lots of additional activities.

All the staff were friendly and informative. The grounds were impeccable. I love coming here. See you next Thanksgiving, for our annual trip, if not sooner.

The staff was very good and helpful. Our space 3101 worked great for our satelite. Hope we can get the same spot for our xmas stay. Hope some day you let people reserve the space they like. Good job

With a full campground on thanksgiving weekend the amount of excess trash was unsightly. The bins could not hold all of the trash until a crew came by with a forklift that compressed the garbage. I also was disappointed that the snack bar/restaurant closed at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday.

Great activities and amenities for kids but the spaces were too close and crowded. It was not very accessible to get in and out with vehicles or RV. People played their music very loud. Campers several sites away should not have to hear others music. Children having fun but dangerous as they are running and riding bikes and playing everywhere in the streets. Too congested and too noisy,

Stayed 3 days, 2 night. Last minute trip. Usually take our RV, but decided to take a cabin, since it was a short trip. I love KOA and will continue to come in our RV, the 1 bedroom cabin was not for us. Had an older cabin,there was not enough room for me and my handicap husband. There was no other cabin available to accommodate us. Just need better planning and KOA should remodel older cabins

We rented a deluxe poolside cabin which was pretty pricey. The tub didn't drain properly even someone came out to "fix it". The central air conditioner didn't work either. I requested replacement towels that never came. And to top it all off there were baby roaches all over the kitchen countertops that came out at night. The bunkbeds are small.This will probably be the last time we'll stay here.

We loved our 6 night stay! Many things for the kids to do and so close to all the activities that San Diego has to offer. We will definitely be back!

This is a great campground! We have stayed here in the past and will visit again. The bummer this year was some loud music from a fellow camper and a detailing truck, detailing a truck. I did not like listening to his power equipment for 1 1/2 hours.

Back in site was tight and grass was more mud than grass. Dog poop everywhere. To expensive for the site. Staff very friendly though.

We had a great time! Very clean and the staff was amazing! We loved renting a four person bike to ride around the campground! My kids loved the crafts.

Very nice campground centrally located in San Diego. There is no internet service however, we could connect to the router but it did not provide internet service all week. Good cell service made the lack of wifi tolerable.
