Only bad thing was the trump flags being displayed by several RV's. That's representation of white supremacists and politics do not belong in resort where lots of families and children are.

Absolutely wonderful time at KOA Metro Chula Vista. Staff was incredible and the grounds are gorgeous. The Fall Festival was a blast for the kiddos! We loved it so much we already booked our next trip in December. Thanks KOA! We will see you soon!

Great staff. Wonderful site. Our child is grown, but I wish that I had known about this place when he was a kid -- so many activities just for kids!

Grounds are not as clean as they are usually. Lots of leaves, weeds and dead plants. The person in the Cafe on Sunday was rude. Looks like all new staff. Just not the same anymore.

We love going to the fall festival every year but this year we were in spot 3209 and we were not able to sit outside do to so much bird poop falling. Was not a good experience at all.

We had a great stay. We love all the kids activities. The one area that continues to need some work if the cafe. It seems totally short staffed and the people that work there seem like they hate their jobs. The hours and food are unreliable.

Tent site next to us did not observe quiet time and were very loud til 2am... keeping us awake. No intervention from the koa office. Bad experience... didn't want to directly engage as likely would have resulted in a confrontation.

2304 site location. Stove did not work. One burner did not work at all and the other was not working well. It took a while to boil water or cook pancakes.

made my res 6 mths ago, never been to your koa, asked for aspot nearest to the pool.showers etc, our spot was not that close which was ok. but we were right next to the garbage bins. our table was 6 feet away, flies and smell. not very pleasant, except for that your koa is a great rv park tks roger miller

A new improvement every year we visit. The new separate front desk area & store are beautiful. We requested a site away from the crows we’d read about in other reviews. No issues with bird poop at our site. Love the easy access to the bike path that connects with the Bayshore Bikeway, we rode every day.

Went this past weekend not knowing it was a Halloween themed weekend. We LOVED it! We enjoyed the very clean and spacious (new to us) pool, bike rentals and jumping pillows. Stayed at a tent site and it was cozy. Built in alarm clock crows caw-cawed us every morning promptly at 630 am - no need for an alarm clock! Love the texting option to front desk, too. We already booked our next stay!!

I enjoyed everything about my stay except for the people that worked in the cafe. We didn’t pack food and only ate there, but the workers were extremely rude. Every time we came to order food they had an attitude. All other workers were kind and accommodating.

We had a great time for the Halloween festivities! There is so many things to do. The carnival was fun, the face paint and balloon maker was the highlight. We wish they had ready to go select choices already for the kiddos, to make it more streamlined and less waiting in line. The DJ was not good this year! Other than that we will be back!

We had a great time as we always do we love the fall festival at our favorite KOA this has been my 5th year and we already are looking forward to next year we also love bringing our grandkids here so much to do and such a clean place and your staff is so wonderful and friendly thanks for all your hard work to make this KOA what it is

The birds above 3209 are viscous! There is poop EVERYWHERE! Even on my husband. Seems like there used to be more activities in the past. There are way less activities to do, and it isn't even because of COVID, because the staff was not following any COVID precautions!

The campground was great as usual, but the Halloween activities took a dive more in the logistics area. Things were so much smoother and easier in the past, now it feels too businesslike

It was our first time camping tjere and had a blast! Staff was nice, loved that we could bring our golf cart. It was awesome having a place to order food. Absolutely loved how festive it was for Halloween. It would be nice to have a dog run to lets the dogs be free. Already nooked two more trips.

Wonderful! The campground is beautifully designed and kept immaculate. The pool, cafe, landscaping, and restrooms were beautiful. Over the weekend, there seemed to be hundreds of kids -- all having a great time ........

We stayed 5 nights and enjoyed each and everyday there. Friendly helpful staff. A fun place to camp with the family. The jumping pillows were absolutely the best. Would definitely stay again

Very nice campground centrally located in San Diego. There is no internet service however, we could connect to the router but it did not provide internet service all week. Good cell service made the lack of wifi tolerable.
