Everything thing was great, only bad note that I have is the dog dropping's being left beside my pet owners. I haven’t seen this that much in the past but sure noticed it this time.

The facilities were clean, staff was courteous, plenty of things for kids to do and it was not very crowded during our stay. Kids had a great time and so did Mom and Dad. March 21-24, 2022

Wonderful facilities every thing you need on site. Not too far from everything zoo, sea world And beaches. Will definitely recommend. The staff was friendly and helpful!!!

Cabin was very dirty when we arrived after not getting to check in until 4pm because the housekeepers were cleaning it. Not happy with the late check in and stove top which didn’t really work. Additionally, the mattress in master bedroom was a banana bed and sunk in the middle. I’ll never refer this place.

I wish there was a little more supervision in the pool area. Wanted to enjoy the hot tubs one evening but one was full of children going in and out from the pool, which is fine, but the other hot tub had a family set up all around it like it was their personal pool. They had float tubes, toys, balls, and people all in and around the tub. I thought the rules prohibited toys and such in the hot tubs

Amazing stay! We didn’t realize it was Spring Break but it was great anyways! Lots of families and dogs! All the amenities were really nice; although, the showers could use a good bleaching. Mold covered the grout lines and just made me feel less clean.

It was fine. Other guests were rude and not adhering to the noise curfew. Security did not handle it and not helpful. Space reserved was not what was originally booked. Staff was friendly and tried to make it work.

We had a great time at Metro KOA. Amenities are great, kids had fun and staff is friendly. We had a little snafu with our site placement. We had requested to be next to a friend and it seemed that due to a staff mistake/miscommunication our site was given away and we weren’t next to each other. We spoke with GM Ramon and he listened and made it better. Thank you San Diego Metro KOA.

We were only there 3 nights but we wish we were there longer. The park was clean, well maintained, friendly staff, and had plenty of things to do for kids. It’s perfect for any type of camper (RV, tent, cabin, etc.). We had an opportunity to visit the zoo, go whale watching and visit relatives. We would definitely stay here again.

The campground was awesome. Facilities were very clean and the grounds we so well taken care of. We are Chula Vista locals and it was so nice to be close to home but in vacation mode. The cafe has great food, fantastic wings.

The site was very good. The resort was clean and well kept. Everything we encountered was in working condition. We had a wonderful time. There is only one issue. The other campers did not respect the are of the camp very well. Several walked through our camp during our stay. Perhaps a note of camp etiquette would be useful.

We love the San Diego KOA and will be back soon. The only complaint I have is the floor of the deluxe cabin we stayed in was filthy and our feet were black after walking barefoot inside. Staff and everything else was fantastic. See you next time!

Another great stay at your KOA! The store needs a couple of staple items- Hot dog buns, bread and tortillas! The Wi Fi never stayed connected for more than 2 minutes. The “Patio” in the middle of the aisle is a total waste. The fire pit is literally behind your neighbors trailer. No privacy whatsoever. I hope the 2 sites your building in the back are more patios? It’s the only way to

Showers had no wArm water. It was nice that the grounds were maintained, but the street cleaner was loud. Kept going over the same area; over and over

Vent above showers have a very loud rattle. Kids loved jumping pillows and barrel train ride.

Lovely, clean campground with lots of amenities for everyone in the family. Super large pool and 2 spas! The kids were having lots of fun jumping on the pillows or riding bikes. Smiles everywhere I looked. Thanks for such a hard working staff to keep everything clean and manicured. I will be back again soon!

Had a wonderful time. Cable was out so made a trip to the office and it was fixed in aboutn 10 minutes. Could use a fenced dog run????? Maybe install in the long grassy area where horse shoes are now???? Love the place

Only disappointment was one hot tub closed and the other one the jets didn't work! Otherwise, everything else was great!

My daughter and I had a great time, met lots of friends, loved swimming and playgrounds. Downside was our last night the party cabin next to ours moved all of our stuff to play soccer, when we came back they got pissed and spent the rest of the night blasting music and being obnoxiously loud. Would have been nice if the areas were patrolled a little better to keep this from happening.

We visit KOA Metro each year. One of the best places in America to bring a family. I want to thank the Bell family for making us feel welcome and even letting me take a peek at their beautiful Motorhome! thanks to Pappa Bell and Clint Bell for taking time to chat with me.

Your park was fair, was a lot of staff milling about. My complaint is there was MAJOR CONSTRUCTION going on two spaces away from where I was staying. Overall I will never stay at another KOA

So much fun....took advantage of all the amenities. Pool, bikes, and jumping pillows were favs. Also enjoyed the t-shirt tie-dye, plaster painting and s'mores as part of activity package. Spent 4 nights in deluxe cabin. Wish we could have stayed longer.

This was our first time staying at a KOA and we had a wonderful time! We really enjoyed the amenities on the site. I wish check-in for the cabins were a little earlier. 4pm check-in made us miss a day of activities which was a bummer. We even arrived around 2 hoping we could check in earlier but that wasn’t the case.

Rv sites are small and cramped but the overall cleanliness and amenities were great. All staff we had an encounter with were very friendly and helpful.

Very nice campground centrally located in San Diego. There is no internet service however, we could connect to the router but it did not provide internet service all week. Good cell service made the lack of wifi tolerable.
