My stay was very nice. The cabin was enjoyable, my only suggestion would be that under the couch was very dirty and should be cleaned. Otherwise everything was great!

Very friendly and courteous staff, delicious food, and activities for all to do. Cabins were very clean and cozy, just the break from the city we needed.

we decorated the cabin due to the email we were sent saying about the decoration challenge. the kids and us worked hard. we were told that they would still come by to check and nobody ever came to see it. we also had ordered a heater for one of the cabins and nobody ever came by to bring it.

The eco tents were great and the KOA campsite had so many amenities. Sadly I wasn’t able to utilize all of them but I will definitely try to come back to take a dip in the pool and ride a banana bike.

The Ecotent was great overall, but too cold at night, with only one portable heater. Perhaps if we had more heaters or extra comforters offered, it would be nice. The only other complaint is the Breakfast w/ Santa where the line buildup was too long & caused us to not have enough time pack by checkout time. The desk allowed it but gave us a hard time about it, even though it was not our fault.

We came 10 years ago and we’re excited to come back! We enjoyed staying in the deluxe cabins. We rented the 6 person bike as well! We had a lovely stay A few things to let you know about We stayed in dc205, the stovetop does not work very well, took a long time to heat up. Microwave, also does not heat well. The front door had a hard time latching. Bikes break did not work. Staff not very

Love this place. Great family environment. Love the pool and the activities for the kids/family. The only negative is their Wifi; it doesn’t work and or not reliable and with many apps even as simple as music rely on access to the internet it would be nice to have a decent/solid internet signal

Chairs in the cabin are a little hard to sit for a very long time, to play games at. Maybe a bigger fridge would be good. Cabin #DC202

Such a great place for the kids and family. Everything is updated, clean and accessible. We go every year and highly recommend!

My neighbors were insanely loud and continued blasting music and yelling after 10pm. Calls to night security failed to yield adhesion to quiet time and the next morning I woke up to discover my firewood had been stolen.

We had a blast! Love the amenities... staff is super friendly! would recommend trimming or removing tree at Cabin 1511 - bird poop everywhere including picnic table.

stayed in a deluxe cabin with my daughter and two young grandkids. the cabin was comfortable and well stocked, all we had to do was bring our food. plenty of fun activities, the kids especially enjoyed the train ride.

We stayed for 4 days/3night. It was a wonderful experience. My family always looks forward to this time. The friends and family and just enjoying the park. Thanks for a wonderful stay

Stayed 3 days, 2 night. Last minute trip. Usually take our RV, but decided to take a cabin, since it was a short trip. I love KOA and will continue to come in our RV, the 1 bedroom cabin was not for us. Had an older cabin,there was not enough room for me and my handicap husband. There was no other cabin available to accommodate us. Just need better planning and KOA should remodel older cabins

We rented a deluxe poolside cabin which was pretty pricey. The tub didn't drain properly even someone came out to "fix it". The central air conditioner didn't work either. I requested replacement towels that never came. And to top it all off there were baby roaches all over the kitchen countertops that came out at night. The bunkbeds are small.This will probably be the last time we'll stay here.

Love this campground .... Great place to take the kids! Very friendly staff.... Would have gave you guys a 5 but the cabin had someone's left over food and the cobwebs we're kinda bad ...for 280 a night I would think those small things wouldn't be a problem... All n all great time... Just make sure the cabin is clean... I did take a broom and tried to clean some down and took some Clorox wipes

4pm is late to check in. Pool open at 8am but wasn’t until 10:10 and check out at 11:00am Waaaaaay too much money to only have 19 hours and only 50 minutes of the pool the next am What a shame

We absolutely loved the cabin! It was perfect. It had everything we needed. The campground was so nice and had so many activities for the little ones. We will be planning our next stay soon.

2 night stay over the weekend. The cabins were excellent, folks respected quiet hours, and the staff were amazingly accommodating for our party of 50 people.

Friends stayed in trailers, we stayed in the cabin. It all worked our well. We even had breakfast twice at the cafe & ate in the patio. It was great. Thank you for a CLEAN environment. Hope to return one day.

I stayed in the cabin 201. The cabin was nice the bath tub is looking like it should be re-glazed or replaced other than that it was really good. However it was a little unfortunate that on my last night there somebody stole my firewood off the porch and it was not in plain sight

I have never been to KOA and am not a camping person. I LOVED it! The campgrounds were clean and safe. I really liked having the pool and restaurant and the cabin was awesome. MY SON HAD A BLAST! He really enjoyed the basketball court. We would totally visit again.

We loved our cabin though there were a few issues. There needs to be a “Caution low ceiling” on the stairs. I’m 5’2” and hit my head hard on the loft ceiling. Main TV didn’t work. Everyone was attentive and we’ll be back.

Actually, it was a very wonderful time. This was the first time I used the KOA on my journeys to San Diego. It was close to the freeway and close to where I wanted to be as far as in the vicinity of the beach.

For how much you guys have expanded and how many people can now stay there, I wish you would expand your hours of operation for the rock climbing. Gift shop and front desk should be open until midnight if not overnight, especially on the weekends.

Very nice campground centrally located in San Diego. There is no internet service however, we could connect to the router but it did not provide internet service all week. Good cell service made the lack of wifi tolerable.
