We were only there one night. It was very nice. I was very disappointed when I took a shower and the water was not even lukewarm. I used the ladies bathroom/Shower by check in.

We have been to the KOA several times and always had a nice, clean site. This past weekend we were in site 8008. When we arrived, the site/ table were cover in bird poop. I know this naturally happens, but it was beyond disgusting!!! It appeared it hadn’t been cleaned in a LONG time. It took me talking to 7 people and 24 hours later for someone to come spray off. At $90, I was so dissatisfied.

This campground is one of my absolute favorite campgrounds, especially when I have my granddaughters with me. There is always plenty for the kids to do, the campground is always clean. The only staff that wasn't friendly and helpful was the girl in the gift store on Saturday. We had a premium site with the patio, and thoroughly enjoyed the space.

Never ever will stay in 3202 again. Bird poop EVERYWHERE!Couldn’t sit outside or use the picnic table. My car got covered and so did our trailer. Our chairs, stroller, toys, and ANYTHING left outside got bird poop on it. It was quite a clean up. My husband and I got pooped on multiple times. The overall location isn’t great. But the KOA had a lot of activities for the kids.I probably won’t b

The grounds were well maintained. I found the staff friendly, engaging and helpful. You have continued to put resources into the property to make it a great experience for us and others.

We stay here often and normally really like it but this past weekend things were different. First issue nobody inforced quite hours Friday night people were running and screaming down the street tell past 1am. Second issue a large group near us took over the open campsite next to us .they have over 25 people for one campsite 5 or 6 cars ECT. Third issue high school kids playing tackle football on

Always love our stays. Staff is always wonderful. Pool needs to be warmer. It’s advertised as heated but it isn’t comfortable. There were a million people at the pool and maybe only 20 people in it(it was 83 outside but water was not warm enough). 85 water temp is optimal. I would pay more per night to have it warmer

Been going there for over 20 years. The only complaint is it should be first come get site. We made reservations with family members and were apart because sites were taken, no one ever showed up to a site near us and my family didn’t have neighbors til Saturday. We checked in on Thursday.

Stayed at one of the "economy" gravel sites with a 37ft 5th wheel for 3 nights. I would not reccomend this section for anything other that a class B van or small tow trailer. It is a dead end and was very difficult to back in my 5th wheel. Other than that the staff was great and very helpful when we had issues and could not ask for better service.

We absolutely loved this KOA. It was close to everything we wanted to do in San Diego on our stay. The staff were very friendly and everything was very cleanly. We will definitely be back.

The San Diego KOA is now one of my favorite camp sites to stay. The RV spaces have plenty of room to feel comfortable. It's very clean, well kept and staff is very accommodating. They have bike rentals, very kid friendly and family oriented. If you would like to go into town it's only about 20 minutes away.

Great place to unwind and relax. We don’t have kids but it’s clearly a great place for families with lots of activities. We won’t hesitate to stay again.

We had the absolute best stay and can’t wait to go back! The facilities were VERY clean. Amenities were amazing and well priced. I wanted to give a shout out to Kelli! My two kids loved her! She was kind and interested in whatever they had to say! Highly recommended! B

We had a great time, great stay. Best KOA I’ve ever been to. I loved the scenery, nice shady camp spots, a bike trail nearby, lots of activities and our group played baseball on your Grass field. The only issue was the noise from the freeway, but that is not a problem for how nice this place is.

My site 1902 has very little grass, and a lot of dirt. Unlike the gallery photo on the website, which is all cement. It was a tight spot and I don't understand why there were trees that makes going into and leaving the site very difficult. There were dog poop on the grass when we arrived. One of the bathroom was filthy. I think I will choose sun outdoors next time I visit San Diego.

Nice park, the roads inside are crumbling and need serious repair. Our picnic table was covered in bird pool, its be nice if they were power washed. Also, the electric scooters/motorcycles should be banned for kids. We saw dozens of little kids racing in front of vehicles, no adult supervision. There's too much going on with people getting in and out for a wild child doing 20mph.

I would recommend addressing the issues with the toilets at the back of camp. Yes it was a packed weekend but maybe clean, stock, unclog more frequently when the campground is fully booked. There were several occasions where we were not able to use the toilets because they were all clogged or out of toilet paper. However we had a great time and the kids enjoyed the activities.

The grounds were kept up immaculately. You could tell they had been professionally landscaped because of the beautiful variety of plants and trees. The pool, spa, laundry room, showers and restrooms were very clean and welcoming. Of I were to complain it would be regarding the birds that messed all over the truck while parked in our spot. The other would be the noise being so close to freeway.

WiFi was terrible, didn’t work at all and we were pretty close to the main entrance. Also the cable TV was in and out, the reception was bad. Other than that we loved it! Would have given 5 stars if WiFi worked.

My stay was great, all the amenities for the kids were exceptionally fun fun fun! They loved the barrel train and the jumping pad. I loved how the campsites were catered to everyone on whichever type of camping they wanted to do, tent, RV, eco-tents, cabins, tiny homes... This place was great! I will definitely be back or at least will definitely be using other KOAs.

Very nice campground centrally located in San Diego. There is no internet service however, we could connect to the router but it did not provide internet service all week. Good cell service made the lack of wifi tolerable.
