Campground hosts were so friendly and helpful. They quickly plowed out our snowy campsite and checked back with us to make sure we had no issues. The bathrooms were immaculate and toasty warm in sub zero temperatures. I highly recommend

Beautiful grounds. We walked along the creek even with the snow and it was wonderful. Very quiet environment. Wifi worked well.

Very nice owners. Campground was on beautiful land with lots of open space and trees. Goose Creek was pretty. Loved exploring the campground! Clean bathrooms and showers.

Our site was a w/e only site. The site was very tight for us as we are 40’ with 5 slides. There was barely enough room to put out our slides. It worked for us as an overnight stop but would not have worked for us if we had been planning a longer stay. When walking around the park it appeared that the FHU sites were wider. If I had known that I would probably have requested FHU.

We pulled in late, they had our info in night box with our site number and a drawn out map of where and how to get to our site. Thank you for that! Was quiet for the night and we left the next morning! Very easy in and out in our 35ft trailer. We will stay again

Employees were friendly and helpful. The park has a nice feeling, lots of mature trees. The dog run area by the creek was naturally beautiful, and the fenced area was clean and adequate in size. Right off I-25.

Beautiful camp ground. Men’s restroom has no hooks to hang a coat, also no paper towels to dry hands after washing. Yes the restroom has a couple of ineffective air blowers from the 1980’s to try and dry hands. They don’t work.

Nice, clean facility. Friendly and helpful staff. No problems encountered during stay. Not a big deal, but only issue was some noise from the nearby interstate.

Nice campground, good staff. Only stayed one night, full hookup. Main St Sheridan nearby where we went to have a beer at the Mint Bar...a vintage western bar worth a visit!

Reservaed phone they did not renew my membership as they said they would, no discount given.There was sewer clog. Blamed us putting food down drain, NOT TRUE. Full time for 6 yrs-strainers in all drains. Rude accurser.Messed with our valves & hose. Left grey tank valve part closed and BLACK TANK VALVE OPEN. Emailed them, no refund no apology on anything. Family in Sheridan. No more KOA there.SAD

No blame, just notified you of food particles found in your sewer hose. Sorry this offended you. As soon as you notified me by email I refunded your credit card for the discount amt and you received your points. I did tell you in my e-mail I was sorry. What more can I do.

Liked the location. Liked the trees and nearby creek. I was concerned about the dead trees covering the RV sites. Did not like the elevated connections for the black tank drains. Crap goes uphill in politics. Not ur RV park. It appeared there was some permanent RV ers. Sites dirty.

Overnight stay while passing thru. Nice park, well kept and very friendly staff. Would definitely stay again.

Thank you so much for a beautiful and warm place to stay. Thank you for being helpful in adjusting our accommodations when we had mechanical trouble with our motorcycle pushing our stay with you a day later. The deluxe cabin was a perfect and comfortable place to stay at the end of our long trip. And check in and check out were very smooth. Thank you and God Bless. :-)

I drove from california to stay here to hunt for the 1st time with my 11 year old daughter and her lil 7 month dog,the moment we got their the owner who drives around in a golf cart was giving us a hard time with our dog... his persistence was relentless to the point he called the local PD and we were kicked off the property.way to give my kid a memorable trip.@@STRONGLEY ADVISE OTHER CAMPGROUND@@

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

The guests dobermann pinscher running lose barked all night. I explained dogs must be leashed at all times. He started cussing so I asked them to leave. He said no, so I called the police. They arrested him and his dad had to bail him out of jail and his daughter had to witness this, unruly guest.

Loved this KOA. Nice level spot for our 5th wheel with plenty of room to park our pickup. Also plenty of room between sites which we have not always found to be the case at other campgrounds. Staff/owners? very friendly and grounds were well maintained. Visited local attractions of Kendrick mansion and Fort Phil Kearney. Even though we live within 120 miles of this campground we hope to return next summer to stay here and have more adventures in this area.

Mostly empty on my stop here but you could tell it was well cared for. Lots of folks winterizing the campground, pruning trees for snow etc. And it had all the standard KOA amenities. Bathrooms and showers were pristine

Great place to say. Quiet with lots of trees and room and a wonderful creek to walk along. Very pet friendly and they have rabbits and squirrels to entertain your pets.
