I've been coming there since o4 and this trip this year was the 1st time I've noticed bathroom duty needs to be better,no one asked if we were allright after tree limbs down everywhere

Staff is very friendly and really helpful. We had a cabin. The mattress was 2 twin mattresses laid in the bed frame. They didn't even fit the frame. One was thicker than the other and made it a miserable night's sleep. They need to keep the twin mattresses for the bunk beds and put a new FULL size mattress in the "adult" size bed frame. Not a bad price , location or campground to stay at. :)

3 of the window blinds were broken. I had to drive to town and get makeshift curtains. When you get out of your vehicle it wreaks of raw sewer gas or propane. I tried to call the office the first evening but no after hour phone number, so I prayed it wasn’t propane smell. I think the smell is why a fan runs constantly in attic. Also, toilet seat is too small so you’re sitting on a lot on bare

First off there is no tv. The cabin (portable building) was not very clean. The furniture was dusty, refrigerator was dirty, floors were sticky. The blinds were broken. There is a lot of improvements to be made before calling it deluxe. � The bed was comfortable.

Nice well taken care of property and when help was needed they were immediately available. I also appreciate all the personal attention given to making sure my stay was comfortable.

All of the staff and volunteers were absolutely amazing. The cabin I stayed in became a (very) comfortable home. Their hospitality was top-notch, and I always felt welcomed as well as safe.

We rented a cabin for a 5 day hunting trip in the area that backed up to the Labor Day weekend. Cabin worked good for the 3 of us. Thanks for the hospitality.

Having planes fly over wasn't too bad. Having train horns go off in the middle of the night is a deal breaker for any future stays. I would like to add that the staff I talked to were friendly and helpful. Good people - Lousy location.

Nice campground. Very clean and organized and very well managed. The Hosts were very helpful and we're doing a great job as were all the other staff.

The campground was very nice and clean. The staff was very friendly. The only thing I would comment on is the fact there is only one bathroom located for public use in the campground

Nice campground, only problem we had was their cabins have no window AC and they were stifling to sleep in. Left early due to this. Their website advertised “climate controlled cabins”. A little update would have made the stay much more tolerable.

Great service, cute place, clean our only issue was the fan was wired to the front light so we couldn't turn the light off or we had not fan and it was quite warm in the cabin that night.

I called while we were on the road Sue helped me reserve cabin for the night super friendly lady. Check in was a breeze I called as I wasn’t sure we’d make it before office closed. Another very friendly lady did check in via phone and went and opened cabin windows to cool it off for us. Clean park bathrooms and showers clean we’d stay again if in the area.

The staff were very professional and kind. Stacy called me to make sure that I knew how to get to Sheridan KOA about an hour prior to my arrival. The facilities were clean and well kept. I enjoyed staying at the Sheridan/Black Hills KOA.

Love the stay, for 4 years we stayed at ur cabin 4 sheridan rodeo. Alway been fun. Quiet at night. Relaxing.

No ac or additional fans in the cabins made it miserable with the heat ���� Odd there was only one bathroom, which they were consistently dirty from campers showering, etc. staff was friendly though.

Although the campground was clean and staff very friendly, the kabin was OK. This campground doesn't keep up with the flowers like others, we found a sock from another traveler under our bunk so I question the cleanliness, showers were very low pressure and if someone flushed the toilet you were scalded in the shower. Paper towels need to be put back in the restrooms

I stayed in the deluxe cabin. It was so nice! I will definitely do this again. The staff was friendly. Nice campground.

Loved this KOA. Nice level spot for our 5th wheel with plenty of room to park our pickup. Also plenty of room between sites which we have not always found to be the case at other campgrounds. Staff/owners? very friendly and grounds were well maintained. Visited local attractions of Kendrick mansion and Fort Phil Kearney. Even though we live within 120 miles of this campground we hope to return next summer to stay here and have more adventures in this area.

Mostly empty on my stop here but you could tell it was well cared for. Lots of folks winterizing the campground, pruning trees for snow etc. And it had all the standard KOA amenities. Bathrooms and showers were pristine

Great place to say. Quiet with lots of trees and room and a wonderful creek to walk along. Very pet friendly and they have rabbits and squirrels to entertain your pets.
