I liked how clean the grounds were however our site was so small that we could not put our awning out because it would have hit another camper. Way to tight.

Great pit stop, especially the open pool on a super hot day. Staff was kind and everything was clean and tidy. Laundromats were a bit pricier than we had expected.

A place to park your RV for a day or two, it’s okay. The proximity to the I90 makes any time outside your rig most unpleasant. WiFi is available, but barely supports browsing.

It was 105 degrees. The pool was very clean and refreshing. The facilities are clean and very friendly. I had a mishap with my awning and Larry removed what was left and patched some holes so I could get on my way. I really appreciated all his help

Long pull through sites are very accommodating. The campground is an older KOA and could use some renovating with concrete areas at each site. The workers were very nice and friendly. I would recommend this KOA.

We had a 5 night stay and enjoyed our time at Sheridan KOA. It was hot. Know how brutal the elements are in that area, we were surprised have grass. Facilities were always clean, as were the grounds. Stacy, Bill and rest of the staff work very hard to make your visit a great one. Most folks only stayed a night or two, so they were busy with the valet service. Thanks!!

Nice park and the staff was super friendly and very helpful. We stayed for 2 nights during very hot and dry weather so the pool was a wonderful ammenity. We also travel with our 2 dogs so having access to a fenced pet area was an additional perk. Pull in site was plenty long and level. Because it was so dry it did get a little dusty with all of the rigs coming in and leaving each day.

It was a great time away we stayed for the weekend and were able to use the pool and did some putt putt golf. The family had a great time.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the place overall was well kept and had a lot to offer, the pool was clean. I would stay here again if I was traveling thru this area.

After traveling the country as KOA members for over 10 years, this is the worst we've ever been to. Booked in March 2021 for a week in July. Our location had no shade and intense lights at night. Awful bathrooms, indifferent staff. This park and its amenities are run down. Stay in Buffalo 30 miles away if you can.

Our site was level. Sites are close together. VERY rude customer service. We were treated like an inconvenience for expecting posted services, like the pool being open. It's really too bad as they had a few amenities that would have been enjoyable if we could use them.

Bathrooms were clean & had accessible shower stalls. Disappointed there is no wheelchair accessible RV spots. The dirt & gravel make it extremely difficult for a wheelchair to maneuver. The pool was also out of commission.

The lady checking is in was not friendly but may have been having a bad day-they were very busy. We have not experienced this at any other KOA so we were surprised. The bathrooms were very clean and we loved the campsite. We enjoyed walking the campground. Nice for walking pets. We would stay again.

The staff were very professional and kind. Stacy called me to make sure that I knew how to get to Sheridan KOA about an hour prior to my arrival. The facilities were clean and well kept. I enjoyed staying at the Sheridan/Black Hills KOA.

Loved this KOA. Nice level spot for our 5th wheel with plenty of room to park our pickup. Also plenty of room between sites which we have not always found to be the case at other campgrounds. Staff/owners? very friendly and grounds were well maintained. Visited local attractions of Kendrick mansion and Fort Phil Kearney. Even though we live within 120 miles of this campground we hope to return next summer to stay here and have more adventures in this area.

Mostly empty on my stop here but you could tell it was well cared for. Lots of folks winterizing the campground, pruning trees for snow etc. And it had all the standard KOA amenities. Bathrooms and showers were pristine

Great place to say. Quiet with lots of trees and room and a wonderful creek to walk along. Very pet friendly and they have rabbits and squirrels to entertain your pets.
