Deluxe cabin was very nice, wish the amenities were open a little later. Otherwise was a very nice KOA.

It was very nice. The staff was friendly and the restrooms and other areas were very clean. We enjoyed everything and would highly recommend it.

Accommodated our late arrival without a hitch, beautiful camping areas with lots of trees and shade, clean facilities. Thank you Sheridan KOA!

The campground was excellent. Great location nice accommodations and the areas was clean. The only complaint I have is that every time I took a shower the water was scaulding hot and I couldn’t do anything about it.

Not necessarily their fault that there was a moth infestation. Literally I killed hundreds of moths on the first night. Moths were landing on me in the middle of the night..which made it difficult to sleep. There were more moths in the morning than in the evening..somehow they were getting in the cabin) They did not offer to spray, put up strips, or give a discount.

Although we love WY and the many KOA’s we have stayed at, unfortunately this cabin was disappointing. We were told that there may be some Moths in the cabin due to a heat wave and opening the door to let them out should fix the problem. I must say, it was 25 minutes later and piles swept outside slightly helped. It was only a minor fix. It was a daily job during our stay.

This past June 7 thru June 14, our extended family of 10 booked a group tent site as well as the deluxe cabin for one week and enjoyed ourselves tremendously. The staff was accommodating and friendly. We felt very much at home and would gladly recommend the Sheridan, Wyoming KOA to anyone. Harry S. from Ohio

First stay at a KOA. We stayed in a deluxe 2 BR cabin. The park was clean and well maintained. The folks working there were very nice, too. This park is convenient with all types of spaces & smaller cabins. If I could improve the cabin - I'd put in a different type of AC (even this far north, the afternoon sun made the cabin stuffy) that pushed more cool air.

I love this KOA because of the people! The owners make you feel so welcome and very friendly. The Manager, Stacy, is fantastic and so helpful. The campground is very clean and I loved my cabin. I also enjoyed all the rabbits and robins! Sheridan is a great place to visit and I can't wait to come back to this wonderful KOA!

We rented the Deluxe Cabin. There was tall grass and weeds all around it. There was no coffee, not even soap in the bathroom. Not enough towels. The campground is located right on the interstate, not in the Big Horn mountains as implied. Very disappointed. Not worth it. I will never go there again.

Very clean cabins and clean showers/bathrooms. Had trouble finding the electric outlet in cabin, hidden behind bed post lol! Would definitely revisit again!

Thank you so much for a beautiful and warm place to stay. Thank you for being helpful in adjusting our accommodations when we had mechanical trouble with our motorcycle pushing our stay with you a day later. The deluxe cabin was a perfect and comfortable place to stay at the end of our long trip. And check in and check out were very smooth. Thank you and God Bless. :-)

I drove from california to stay here to hunt for the 1st time with my 11 year old daughter and her lil 7 month dog,the moment we got their the owner who drives around in a golf cart was giving us a hard time with our dog... his persistence was relentless to the point he called the local PD and we were kicked off the property.way to give my kid a memorable trip.@@STRONGLEY ADVISE OTHER CAMPGROUND@@

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

The guests dobermann pinscher running lose barked all night. I explained dogs must be leashed at all times. He started cussing so I asked them to leave. He said no, so I called the police. They arrested him and his dad had to bail him out of jail and his daughter had to witness this, unruly guest.

The water in the sinks was cold. One out of three toilets was out of order. One of three showers were out of order.. We tried using the small heater in the room as it was a chilly evening. It wasn’t working, sounding like a car reving engine every time it would kick on, waking us up several times during the night. The desk attendant was pleasant. CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

We have small space heaters in our cabins and like a fan they do make a fan noise. Signs are posted in the restroom indicating that one shower and one restroom stall is closed to allow for social distancing during the COVID pandemic. We are concerned for our guests safety & doing our part to keep our guests safe. It may take the water a bit to warm up (as it does in your own home).

relaxing. Had a quiet evening, visited with fellow campers, bathrooms clean. Just enjoyed the atmosphere.

Loved this KOA. Nice level spot for our 5th wheel with plenty of room to park our pickup. Also plenty of room between sites which we have not always found to be the case at other campgrounds. Staff/owners? very friendly and grounds were well maintained. Visited local attractions of Kendrick mansion and Fort Phil Kearney. Even though we live within 120 miles of this campground we hope to return next summer to stay here and have more adventures in this area.

Mostly empty on my stop here but you could tell it was well cared for. Lots of folks winterizing the campground, pruning trees for snow etc. And it had all the standard KOA amenities. Bathrooms and showers were pristine

Great place to say. Quiet with lots of trees and room and a wonderful creek to walk along. Very pet friendly and they have rabbits and squirrels to entertain your pets.
