Water was so heavily chlorinated that it was undrinkable. Also they advertised WiFi, but no one in my party (Two RV's and 4 individuals each with phones and laptops) were able to get a signal at our camp spot. We had to go back to the office, and even then it was so slow it was of no use. Owners/hosts were very friendly however and accommodating.

We are on city water and yours is the only mention of this issue. There are many people traveling with their children & using the wifi for their online classes. Zoom & similar programs use a great deal of bandwidth. We are proud of this park & try to accommodate our guests needs whenever possible.

It's a decent KOA and the ladies at the front desk were very nice. It's just across the highway from a big truck stop so fuel is readily available, as well as a liquor store :) The spots are a bit close together but it wasn't a problem getting our 26' travel trailer into a pull-through. The dump station is on the road out & any more than two people in line to dump blocks the exit.

Thanks for your review. Most of our sites are pull-throughs. Our dump station is conveniently located next to the exit road. Because of this, there is sometimes a small wait due to the number of RVs needing to dump. A full hookup site is also another option.

Staff was not friendly but the owner was. The sites are long & wide.

Our staff tries to be friendly with each guest. Some guests are more challenging than others. Some of guest get here & are tired from their drives. Our big rig sites are over 90 st. long and they are wide.

The campground is clean and well cared for, however we could not get a WiFi signal in our space.

Thank you for noticing our efforts around the campground. Many more families are travelling this year due to their children attending online school and this means that they need extra bandwidth for their classroom meetings.

This is a fine KOA for a Journey. A little tired around the edges, but better than most Journeys. People here very nice. Would recommend.

The staff was somewhat unfriendly, the site was cramped. The septic was all the way at the back of the site and took every hose we had to reach it. The people in the site next to us were obviously there long term and unfortunately had outside decorative lights hung up around their camp, which they did not turn off at night so we had their lights shining in our trailer all night.

Our staff does its very best to be friendly to each & every one of our guests.The septic does sit back on that site & we do have a dump station which are guests are welcome to use. We were not aware that the other camper had his lights on through the night addressed this issue with them.

Trains, trucks, unfriendly desk worker.

We do have easy on/off access I-90 and because of this there is some highway noise. And we do have lots of wildlife in the area which can affect the train line & its noise level. Our staff tries to be friendly to all of our guests but they are human & can have a bad day.

Good campground, basic amenities, friendly staff. Our lot was nearly created and not graded well. Lots of I-25 noise, bad on our end of the campground.

Very nice journey campground dog parks kind of small but the staff was great laundry room and restrooms were clean and the sites were level enjoyed the two nights

We have stayed here numerous times and have never had any concerns. This time when we got there the manager had changed the spot that I had reserved as it was a 30/50 spot, and she wanted it for 50amp people. Where she moved us was farther away from the bathroom , no shade, and very narrow. We ran into a picnic bench and almost ripped off our awning because of the poor directions from the director

dog park not shaded, but big small patio on most expensive site... not what we expected... really need to re-write your tantalizer...

This site is not advertised as a a deluxe patio site. It is advertised as a big rig site. There is no patio here-we think you may have us confused with another campground.

We love everything about the Sheridan KOA except the freeway noise. We love the area around Sheridan and return time and time again. This friendly spacious koa is so convenient for us to explore from. The freeway is super load at night so I use earplugs and it works

Beautiful campground with nice staff members. The W/E pull-thru site we had was grassy and had several trees to provide shade.

We needed one night on our journey and this was a good spot to rest. The park is pretty plain but clean and roomy. It's not really near much but you can stock up on things in the town of Sheridan. If I needed to, I'd stay there again.

We do sit north of Sheridan but it is not that far away from restaurants and shops. We are close to a gas station/liquor store that also offers great pizza & sandwiches

Very clean park. It is next to highway but it’s very convenient on and off highway. The highway noise did not bother our sleeping. Staff is friendly and helpful. Escorted us to our site and explained everything. Very clean bathrooms.

Nice place, but trees are pretty close for larger rigs.

Most of our sites do have trees on them (which we try to keep trimmed throughout the season). Most of our guests prefer sites with trees to provide shade-it has been an unseasonably warm summer this year.

Only problem was highway noise. Very clean and excellent showers.

Very nice. Convenient off interstate, they have a ranger to take you to space, immaculate showers and bathrooms, lots of pull-throughs. Perfect for overnight.

Clean campground but campers are so stinking close you can hear the other conversation while in your own camper. The firepits are so far away you can't use them. There is no room to sit outside and enjoy the camping experience.

We were mostly there in the evenings. It was a lovely campground down by Big Goose Creek. The staff was very friendly and helpful! We will be back. Thank you!

The first time that week the staff member that checked us in and the staff need to take class on how to be friendly to quest saw and hear a staff member yelling at children at rhe pool if they where my kids i would have told that woman where too go. Second time was a little more friendly but it was different staff.

Our staff tries to be friendly with each of our guests but they are human & can have a bad day. We are responsible for what goes on in the pool-rules are clearly displayed but children & their parents do not always follow them.

Loved this KOA. Nice level spot for our 5th wheel with plenty of room to park our pickup. Also plenty of room between sites which we have not always found to be the case at other campgrounds. Staff/owners? very friendly and grounds were well maintained. Visited local attractions of Kendrick mansion and Fort Phil Kearney. Even though we live within 120 miles of this campground we hope to return next summer to stay here and have more adventures in this area.

Mostly empty on my stop here but you could tell it was well cared for. Lots of folks winterizing the campground, pruning trees for snow etc. And it had all the standard KOA amenities. Bathrooms and showers were pristine

Great place to say. Quiet with lots of trees and room and a wonderful creek to walk along. Very pet friendly and they have rabbits and squirrels to entertain your pets.
