We stay at KOA's all over the country. We have been coast to coast and stay at KOA's. We would rate the Big Horn Mountains KOA average. What we really like that sets them apart is the call we receive if we are running late and the host calls to make sure we are safe and to let us know they are looking forward to seeing us. Great personal touch in a world of mediocrity and technology

The facility itself is very nice and clean. The site we were assigned was very muddy due to insufficient gravel. We stayed 3 nights and they put us in a spot with all day sun closest to freeway. It was too hot to ever use our picnic table. Other travelers only staying overnight got shady spots that weren’t muddy. When we arrived the park was almost empty so they could have given us a better site

Very nice campground. We were originally assigned a site that was too small, probably due to my miss checking something on the internet registration. The KOA staff bent over backward to find us a perfect site. Would highly recommend this campground.

Sheridan KOA is lovely! Nice layout, quiet (even right next to the highway!), Wonderful staff. I do wish the pool had stayed open later, since it's not dark in the summer until almost 10, but otherwise we will definitely be back!

This is the best KOA that we’ve stayed in!!! Owner (Kim) is amazing, grounds are extremely clean, restrooms and laundry were spotless, big rig friendly and our site was HUGE!!!!!!! Easy in and easy out!!!!! We’ll definitely return here and would even consider camp hosting here as well!!!!

Very nice campground with friendly, helpful staff. Kids love playground, pool, horseshoes and basketball court. Definitely would stay here again.

Great camp hosts. Very helpful always smiling. The campgrounds need to update their showers. Very cramped and water temperature goes up and down for no reason. I was burnt quite badly during my shower, and I had quite a time trying to get it back to the proper temperature

Although there we quite a few trees, the mgt. put us in a sunny spot for our 6 day stay. the Mgt. was unwilling to try and find us a shady spot when we asked. the pool was pretty small for a campground as large as this one. the bath house was very dated and needs to be updated and expanded.

Owners Kim and her husband are awesome and very polite and care for this camp ground. A big shout out to Stacy the campground Manager who is very polite and cares about customers. It is well kept campground. They take great care of there campground and customers.. Thanks all of you..

We stayed almost a week. The owners were so friendly. My only complaint would be that the sites are very close together. ( I know there's not much you can do about that. ) but we sat outside & stared at the sewer hookup for the guys next to us. Otherwise, a pleasant stay.

The host and owners were some of the best we have come across in our 4 week tour. The grounds were easy to get into. and the Staff was top notch. If you are looking for a great place to stay I would recommend this camp grounds. It has something for all campers from tents, large drive through space for RV's and cabins.

While the people were nice, the location is right next to the highway and train tracks and is SO LOUD. Made it difficult to sleep when 3 trains go by all using their whistles. Also, our spot was A21A and there are two street lights that shine right on the spot at night. We asked if they could be turned off and they weren't sure. Was a bit disappointed with this location.

Sheridan KOA is absolutely gorgeous! It's filled with trees, covered in grass, nestled in next to the river, and it butts up to the North Park walking area. Highly recommend.

Long pull through sites, easy interstate access, easy access to fuel station, nice laundry, and recreational areas. Staff were professional with a good sense of humor. Will stay again.

Loved this KOA. Nice level spot for our 5th wheel with plenty of room to park our pickup. Also plenty of room between sites which we have not always found to be the case at other campgrounds. Staff/owners? very friendly and grounds were well maintained. Visited local attractions of Kendrick mansion and Fort Phil Kearney. Even though we live within 120 miles of this campground we hope to return next summer to stay here and have more adventures in this area.

Mostly empty on my stop here but you could tell it was well cared for. Lots of folks winterizing the campground, pruning trees for snow etc. And it had all the standard KOA amenities. Bathrooms and showers were pristine

Great place to say. Quiet with lots of trees and room and a wonderful creek to walk along. Very pet friendly and they have rabbits and squirrels to entertain your pets.
