Absolutely the best experience! We camped here when it was Little River Village with our own children and now with our grandchildren. Still making wonderful memories! Thank you for maintaining a beautiful campground!

We had a wonderful stay. Plenty to do at the campground if you don't wanna go anywhere. And close enough to places like Cades Cove, Pigeon forge, and Gatlinburg if you wanna get out and explore. 5 �

From check-in to checkout was great. I believe the guy that help me was Allen? Im awful with names but he was great. Cabin was clean. Will definitely stay here again.

Super disappointed at the lack of activities for the children to do. The campground really needs to pick it up with Little Arrow being down the road. We paid just as much money to stay at the KOA and would have rather been down the road at Little Arrow.

Staff was nice. Clean camping cabin. Loved our stay. Suggestion of placing a shelf behind the door and a microwave.

We had a great time. It’s a very laid back place. Good to see lots of kids and families. The only thing I might would recommend is to put the basketball goal away from the campsites.

The KOA online site refused to allow me to reserve and said I must call. When I called, I was refused the offer which I had found on line. Instead, I was told how lucky I was that I could have the last available site for an absurd $120 per night. Later, I tried the website again which finally allowed me to book a still overpriced site but at half the "lucky" price. Sorry; I won't be back.

Very clean and efficient and friendly-even with construction going on! The managers were helpful with everything from parking to fire wood, especially with the overnight freeze one night. The info texted was helpful. Beautiful camp ground! We'll be back!

A very well-kept campground. The site was well-made with plenty of gravel to keep dirt from tracking inside. The bathhouse was super clean! We did not feel like we were in a petri dish like a lot of places. Only negative is that the site was a little small to put the camper and park the vehicle out of the drive way. Not all sites seemed that way, however. Will recommend and stay again!

We enjoyed our stay at the Townsend KOA. The staff was very friendly. Thank you, Brenda and Lisa. The staff kept us informed by text about the weather condition (snow).

Beautiful campground. Super friendly staff. The only reason I am giving it a 4 out of 5 are two fold. The internet is awful. The second reason is their texting service, I messaged them and never received a reply. Not life or death, but just asking some info questions. Otherwise, really nice campground.

We stated in a Deluxe Cabin on the river! We enjoyed our stay, the cabin was nice! However the wood blinds needed to be dusted and ceiling needs to be cleaned of spider webs. We would definitely stay again

Nice site. Very pleasant, polite and helpful employees. The employee that led us to our site also helped with backing me in. Then asked if he could with our setup.

The grounds staff is very friendly and helpful. One of the staff helped us add air to one of our camper's tires.

DC19 was beautiful and modern. Loved it! Balcony was amazing at night. Workers were always out and about working/busy and were very friendly. Campground was clean.

We stayed in a deluxe cabin with River View and Loved It. Clean and could hear the river clearly. Staff were friendly and helpful. Will definately return.

Our stay was more than great. We were next to the river listening to the water flow and watching the ducks and squirrels play. The area has great views as you drive through the mountain areas. You can get away from the crowds of Pigeon Forge and just sit peacefully at your camp site.

We have been staying here for years and each visit is better than the last. The cabin was clean and well appointed. The location on the river was perfect. We will be back!

Their photos definitely need to be updated! We were so surprised at how nice the cabin was, we were sortof expecting just a plain ole cabin with basics and basically ended up in a super nice rustic hotel room. I wish I had taken my own pictures, it was bright and clean and comfy. The location allowed us a gorgeous drive to Gatlinburg and pigeon forge. We were also very close to Cades Cove which was also beautiful. Very happy with our stay overall
