We had an absolutely wonderful time!! We only stayed for 2 nights and were busy with a local competition. But the time we did spend at your KOA made us ready to come back for a REAL relaxing stay. We have nothing negative to say- and only wonderful things! Thanks for keeping your facilities beautiful & well kept as well as for every staff member being so warm & welcoming! We will for sure be back

Dc17 was pretty nice. The bathtub/shower drain is extremely slow to drain. And the front door shades are broken so it’s hard to get them closed so you can’t see in. Also the bathroom sink is very loose on the wall. Pretty cool cabin though. Would stay again. 2nd time at this campground and it’ss nice place.

Nice location next to the river. The pool was closed for construction which was a bummer on an 80 degree day. The lots a pretty condensed next to each other. Would prefer to have a little more room. Parking was a challenge because a big boulder was right behind our parking spot. Had to back out nearly the entire drive before turning around to drive forward.

After check in process everything went fine. I arrived an hour early and stopped by to check if cabin was ready yet. In the past I was able to check in if it was ready before 3pm. I had other things to do if it was not ready. Nonetheless, the attendant "Kris" was very rude as if I was requesting special attention. Everyone else at the site was pleasant as usual otherwise. I checked in later.

Comfortable, clean and just rustic enough. A small microwave would be awesome, and a small coffee pot. Bathrooms are clean, a little rough on someone who is claustrophobic. Miss the gameroom a lot. Very quiet, the staff are incredibly helpful and extremely nice! Love this place. I wish for coupons or discounts. I can't afford membership. Thank you for everything �ϋ�!

We didn’t have hot water during our entire stay. This was reported after our first night. Went to office and reported it. They said it would be corrected that day. When we got back to cabin that night, we still didn’t have hot water to bathe. Reported next morning when we checked out and they said we are sorry. Having a bathroom in cabin was one reason I chose to stay and not camp.

Best place to stay in the smilies. We stay here multiple times a year. Never want to be anywhere else. The campground is well kept. The bathrooms are clean. The staff is amazing.

I was good times but wish bunk beds were prepared fully instead of myself have to put bed linens on, myself. I was to tired when I got thete to do it but I had to... I'm not happy about that.

First cabin was not cleaned (bed made but hair everywhere, stain sheets, toilet was covered in hair and other things). Second cabin was cleaner, but still had stains on sheets, peeling counters, dust on switches, etc. Staff was super nice, loved the location but condition of the accommodations was lacking. Would consider using a campsite, but would probably go next door for a cabin.

The cabin we rented was nice but no place to unpack and store clothes. The people there are always friendly and helpful.

We loved this campground. Everything was clean and the deluxe cabin had everything we needed. My kids loved the playground and playing in the “Little River” just outside our cabin. The gas grill was clean and I can tell the staff genuinely cares for the property. I cannot say enough about how much we loved it. We’re already planning our next trip back!

Absolutely the best experience! We camped here when it was Little River Village with our own children and now with our grandchildren. Still making wonderful memories! Thank you for maintaining a beautiful campground!

We had a wonderful stay. Plenty to do at the campground if you don't wanna go anywhere. And close enough to places like Cades Cove, Pigeon forge, and Gatlinburg if you wanna get out and explore. 5 �

Super disappointed at the lack of activities for the children to do. The campground really needs to pick it up with Little Arrow being down the road. We paid just as much money to stay at the KOA and would have rather been down the road at Little Arrow.

Beautiful campground. Super friendly staff. The only reason I am giving it a 4 out of 5 are two fold. The internet is awful. The second reason is their texting service, I messaged them and never received a reply. Not life or death, but just asking some info questions. Otherwise, really nice campground.

We stated in a Deluxe Cabin on the river! We enjoyed our stay, the cabin was nice! However the wood blinds needed to be dusted and ceiling needs to be cleaned of spider webs. We would definitely stay again

DC19 was beautiful and modern. Loved it! Balcony was amazing at night. Workers were always out and about working/busy and were very friendly. Campground was clean.

We stayed in a deluxe cabin with River View and Loved It. Clean and could hear the river clearly. Staff were friendly and helpful. Will definately return.

I spent 9 nights in DC-19. It is a very comfortable cabin. The scenery is very calming. I would enjoy my morning coffee with a local squirrel that would visit. The location is fantastic. Very close to the National Park. I have stayed there many years and plan on coming back again next year.

Two adults and one child stayed in a river front, single room cabin. It was cozy and clean. Only change I suggest is to have a lamp so the overhead lights don’t have to be on, but I’ll know to bring a small one next time. We really like the campground!!

We absolutely loved our stay! We loved it so much we are coming back for another stay in just 2 weeks! Bathrooms/showers are clean. Kids loved the playground! You can't beat the prices! Can't wait for our many more trips to the Townsend KOA!

Their photos definitely need to be updated! We were so surprised at how nice the cabin was, we were sortof expecting just a plain ole cabin with basics and basically ended up in a super nice rustic hotel room. I wish I had taken my own pictures, it was bright and clean and comfy. The location allowed us a gorgeous drive to Gatlinburg and pigeon forge. We were also very close to Cades Cove which was also beautiful. Very happy with our stay overall
