It was a nice time spent with family. The only negative was that I killed three roaches. You need to have a pest control company treat it.

Dc18, always great. Third week long stay with family! Great fishing and so close to cades cove. Quite and very well kept campground.

There was 18 in our family group; some stayed in cabins, some in campers. We all had a wonderful time! We stayed here many years ago and it was just as we remembered. Love the location and the employees were all so helpful and friendly.

Love the dish washing station as it is very helpful and convenient. Nice that ice and firewood can be delivered! Andy who works for you absolutely excels at customer service. He treats you with respect and a smile always. I hope he recognized for how he treats your guest.

Our Family celebrated our Dad's 75th B-day. We had 5 cabins , so there was a lot of us. Everything was great!! We can't wait to plan another family trip!! The staff was so kind, especially Andy! He help us a couple times with the breakers at our cabin & always greeted us with kind words & a big smile!!

We had a lovely 3 nights in the deluxe cabin. The bed was very comfortable. We also used pull out couch and loft. The Keurig coffee pot leaked, but was not really a problem. The staff was so friendly and helpful. We loved our stay and will be back again.

The cabin which was ok but overpriced. There were no instructions on the heat/air. The toilet was in an alcove so small it was hard to use. I could not clearly see the road and tell road from campsite in some places due to fallen leaves. It is a "tight" campground, narrow road in some place, some low hanging limbs. I would not try to bring my motorhome into this campground.

Outstanding-the staff is clearly focused on providing the best possible guest experience possible. From a friendly and smiling reception (Kris) at check-in to having firewood delivered in record setting time (Allen - beats Jimmy John's for freaky fast delivery). This experience clearly set a very tall standard for future camping/cabin vacations. The only way to meet that is to keep coming back!

We love this campground!! Very nice people, we usually bring our camper van. This time we stayed in a cabin. Unfortunately it was really dirty and had some really large roach bugs! We saw 3 that were close to 3”. I’m just letting y’all know. We are campers so it didn’t ruin our stay. But just letting you know.

Need more bigger cabins and handicapped ones . Was disappointed in the Halloween activities this year wasn’t anything to do with the children except to trick or treat . Thank you

The cabin was so cute. Very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The campground is very well maintained. We are looking forward to our next trip!!

This was our first experience in a camping cabin or a KOA. Dorothy and Lisa in the front office were soo friendly and patient with me…Steve greeted us as we were unpacking and extended a warm welcome. Our propane tank needed filling and it was filled within minutes! The next day we struck up a convo with Adam, who could not have been nicer! The text system is flawless! Already booked for August!

Public restrooms and showers were very clean, as as well as the cabin we rented. Staff was friendly and informative. Would definitely stay here again when visiting the Smokies!

We were celebrating our 17th Anniversary and it was wonderful. I love camping and staying in the cabins here. Everyone is so nice and accommodating. I will definitely stay here again.

Staff was super friendly. Dog park was such a perk for our Giant Schnauzer. Deluxe cabin was perfect sized for our fall mountain trip up from the beach. Lovely KOA park.

Always bring our camper to this KOA but stayed in a deluxe cabin this time! It was awesome and had everything we needed… nice to be where you could still have a campfire every night and not like being in a hotel in Pigeon Forge!! Thank you Mike helping with the change of cabins.

Stay was in Deluxe cabin on the banks of the Little River , everything we needed and wonderful stay. Our third stay in a cabin and camp site before that( before it was a KOA). Will stay there again (in cabin..no longer use camper)

We have been staying here for years and each visit is better than the last. The cabin was clean and well appointed. The location on the river was perfect. We will be back!

Their photos definitely need to be updated! We were so surprised at how nice the cabin was, we were sortof expecting just a plain ole cabin with basics and basically ended up in a super nice rustic hotel room. I wish I had taken my own pictures, it was bright and clean and comfy. The location allowed us a gorgeous drive to Gatlinburg and pigeon forge. We were also very close to Cades Cove which was also beautiful. Very happy with our stay overall
