A wonderful KOA!! Lots of friendly helpful staff. Great conjunction and awesome wifi!! Grounds were clean and kept up, and the dog park was really nice!

We absolutely love your campground. We have one complaint. This is the only time we e had a complaint about the campground in the last 17 years that we have coming down. DOG POOP was terrible on our site at the back of our camper site #32. Several people stepped in it. I don't appreciate people letting their dogs poop on our site. We don't have a dog.

The staff just can’t do enough for you. My only disappointment was the WiFi was basically non existent in an area an area where getting Cell coverage was almost impossible.

Very nice campground. We stayed during the peak fall season for close access to the Blue Ridge PKWY and HWY 441. Friendly and helpful staff with a seem less check in and out process. We loved our stay in this very quiet park. We will be back!!!

Toby was one of the friendliest and most dependable workers at our site he did everything from helping me back my camper in to hehping hook up the cable TV the service and restroom and shower areas were excelent i would recamend this campground to everyone thank you.

Our first time at Townsend KOA and we loved it! It is so well run and a beautiful property. Location is great for exploring. We enjoyed the drive to Cades Cove and the bike ride trails. Great cable and decent WiFi. We've already booked for next year!

Packed in like sardines. No fish. Way to expensive. Expensive firewood that was green and would not burn. Your great staff was the only thing good about you. Website showed us we were checking Hyatt Regency and we found worse than the motel 6. I'm sure you wont post this on your website.

Has been an exceptional experience for our church group over the last 20 years until this last time due to the rudeness of the assistant manager. Haven't been addressed that way since I lived with my parents 60 years ago.. He changed the rules concerning fishing. You can only fish behind your campsite, if you have a river site. All other campers are not allowed except for small day area. R.A.S.A.P

Just relaxed by the river or explored Cade’s Cove. We had great neighbors on both sides. As always, the staff was friendly and helpful.

We were put on the wrong campsite after we unpacked and settled made to move sites. We were given a 1 night credit but placed on a site we could not even use fire ring. Was too close to camper. Was told the manager would talk with us but after a week no manager. Poor customer service and very poor management. The campground is nice and in a good location as long as you do not have any issues.

Site 61 is like camping on the highway. Between kids screaming at the basketball court, trash trucks dumping dumpsters, and the constant parade of people and vehicles past the site, there was no privacy or peace. To make matters worse, I had no internet service and the camp WiFi didn’t work in that site. Even though the office was informed of the WiFi issue the on the second of the eight days I

Hello, My wife and I enjoyed our stay very much, the campground was beautiful and the staff was very friendly and helpful we really liked all the trees and the river running thru the campground also it was very close to the national park, you can't beat southern hospitality every one there was very friendly and that is a big plus during these times! We will definitely come back some day!

the site we were in was not acceptable- very tight space to back the TT in and absolutely NO privacy ( I can go for having a little privacy , but not having non). space could have accommodated a 20ft or smaller TT ours was 26. price is high given no sewage. Advice: Just space people out a little and come down on your rates- i bet you will get more business by people like us.

This is the nicest KOA I have ever stayed at. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. I loved the fact that upon arrival, they gave directions to the driver for backing in the camper! What a wonderful bonus. We stayed at a riverfront patio site which was beautiful. The metal fire bowl was so cool! We were less than a mile from the entrance of the National Park. A great place to stay!

Our spot was roomy, and we enjoyed sitting around the fire relaxing. I did feel the cost for our site was high for not having full hookups, but I realize that it is a busy seaon for Great Smoky Mts. We got the last spot. I do wish I had been able to see prices on the webpage.

They keep the areas clean, and well maintained. They (Mike, Adam, Don, Zack) provide excellent customer service with any request we make e.g.., wood, honey pot, etc.

We have been staying here for years and each visit is better than the last. The cabin was clean and well appointed. The location on the river was perfect. We will be back!

Their photos definitely need to be updated! We were so surprised at how nice the cabin was, we were sortof expecting just a plain ole cabin with basics and basically ended up in a super nice rustic hotel room. I wish I had taken my own pictures, it was bright and clean and comfy. The location allowed us a gorgeous drive to Gatlinburg and pigeon forge. We were also very close to Cades Cove which was also beautiful. Very happy with our stay overall
