Did not allow me to use my KOA Card, I guess it had expired when I arrived but was included when I set up my reservation. I had 6 sites with other family members on it, they did not allow my aunt to use her KOA Card either since the reservation was under my name. The girl at desk told me she could use it. Bathrooms were a mess. Dusty, filthy, toilet paper on ceiling, lamps filled with bugs!

Pool failed its county inspection and was closed. When asked at the desk, multiple members of the office lied and said it was due to a broken gate. It was, in fact, due to a failed filter and cloudy water which they admitted to when confronted. They refused to refund us for nights we didn't stay. Failed to return several calls requesting a refund. Terrible to be charged when not even staying.

I was not given my access code to the cabin. I had to call and ask for it. I was only given the paper packet without a verbal instructions. I felt like another guest. Not very welcoming

A dust bowl !! The site was baked dirt - no gravel Pool problems. Sewage problems no sewer at site no television unsafe steps/path AND the most expensive

Our stay was great!! Glad to have gotten a cabin. Family cane to join different days. The only bad thing was no hot water didn’t complain while there just dealed with it withe grandson’s sponged bathed���ϋ�Very nice people gal in office. We wanna come back next year same time again. We eould like to hold tgat same spot.

The staff was amazing and the KOA reservation policy and system is very fair and forgiving. The campground was clean. There was shade. We had a family group with 7 sites, 14 adults and 11 grand children...there were many activities available. Their pool was amazing for all ages.

It was fun and relax. The service was good. The only thing we didn’t enjoy was the shower. Hot water was too short.

We enjoyed our stay in birch B51. Our grandkids loved the zip line and all of us enjoyed the pool area. I particularly like how clean the pool is. I would suggest that you consider allowing people to book specific sites both online and in person and that you not charge for that privilege.

Staff was friendly, park was clean and there was a lot for the kids to do. The sites were roomy and the added greenery in the Pine lot was a nice touch.

Bathrooms were always dirty. Heating the pool just a tad would be nice. Friendly staff. Fun activities. Maybe get golf carts that people could rent since everything is so far from each other.

We had a great time. All the amenities were fun. We enjoyed the pool, bouncing pillow, crafts, labyrinth. The zipline/ropes course was great -though we had some family members who were too little to participate, so a kid's ropes/net course or mini zip area would be a great addition! Staff members were friendly and helpful. We will definitely come again when the weather cools down a bit.

Everything was great except the hot water wasn’t working. Maintenance came out twice but it wasn’t fixed. I figured it out that the propane was empty and let them know for the future guests. Other than that the stay was comfortable and fun for the kids.

Back in sites are tiny and terrible, I don't mind close quarters but these were awful. Pool hours are 10 am to 7 pm, which isn't enough time if you want to swim for a bit before checkout. Pretty pool though. Polite people at the front desk.

We stayed at Studio Pine CP06 for 3 nights. We loved the cabin view, wild peacocks, jumping pillow, kids loft, and having campfire dinners. The general store was well stocked and the staff was friendly. The only negatives were the random sewer smell from our balcony (it would come and go), dirty floors in our cabin, and the loft cots didn’t have fitted sheets. Overall we had a spectacular time.

My grandkids had a great time at Ventura Ranch. After climbing the rock wall, and searching for treasure at the mine we had a great time at the very large pool. We stayed three days and never wondered what to do. Picking up peacock feathers was a hit. We came home with almost a complete bird.

Came for a few days to relax & didn't want to leave! My parents owned a KOA by Yosemite when I was a kid so KOA's are a special place to me. Nice to know all they have done is get better! Not to mention the ladies who helped me to reserve & then check in were amazing!! Keep up the great work! P.S. Love the Peacocks still roaming freely...

Our (newbies) first trip in RV and it was an excellent choice! Clean pool, clean bathrooms, and friendly people. The manager, Carol was absolutely fabulous. Thank you!

Our family had a wonderful time and my grandchildren enjoyed their camping experience. We enjoyed the pool and staying in a tipi was fun. The beds were very comfortable. I was glad we were allowed to have a campfire for roasting hot dogs and making s'mores. I think this just may become an annual tradition. I wish quiet time after 9:00 was enforced. The grounds are beautiful and staff was nice.

Huge campsite for tent camping. Easy trek to the site once i found it. could have had the pathway cleared a bit more as i didnt see it when i was packing my gear in and was walking through the neighbors site.

Missing screens on several windows. Fridge never got down to a safe temp (tested with an IR thermometer). The cabin we stayed in showed Wi-Fi as an amenity, but no signal at the cabin. The front desk said it was "camp wide" and the coverage was not guaranteed. It felt like false advertisement. Door code was broken and insecure. The Ropes course was great. Kids liked the pool and playground.

Staff is very friendly. Very disappointed with the state of the amenities. The pool was dirty. The slides were broken. The jumping pillow broke. I was told the rock wall would be use and it east not. The zip line course was self guided. That was not not made clear. Therefore, two of us were not able to participate. Some if the art classes that were on the schedule also did not happen.

We really enjoyed our stay with the exception that the bathrooms weren’t cleaned every day and the garbage seemed to be over flowing in the dumpsters. Bathrooms were cleaned on the third day of our stay. There was also a sewage smell due to the fact that the drainage from the bathroom was clogged. They had maintenance working on it but it made for an unpleasant experience for a couple of days.

Everything was great during our stay, except the showers. There was no hot or even warm water, and they were not very clean. The showers we used above Birch.

Loved many things about my experience at KOA, however we had several spiders in our cabin. Had I known that would happen, we would've been best in a tent where it would be more expected. Best moment was having a peacock on my porch that wouldn't leave. Took a moment to admire the beauty of such a colorful animal.

Space 44 needs to be leveled as we were sloped inside the RV! Fee a bit high to not include cable or sewer. Beautiful surroundings....Rachel was very helpful and accomodating.

Third year in a row, kids had a blast, the pool and jumping pillow were saviors. The teepees are so fun and we had a chance to relax and unplug.

I loved this experience. We will be back. I loved the peacocks of course. Such beautiful beings. My son loves the bounce area, the pool, and enjoyed the zip line and the playground. I enjoyed the dying t shirts. The staff was helpful and friendly. Bathrooms and showers were clean. Great experience!!! The employees were helpful and friendly. The bathrooms and showers were clean.

A sizeable KOA with friendly staff and lots of amenities. Sadly, many, including the pool, mining center, and more, are seasonal. The large labyrinth is unique and jumping pillow and playground always a hit. Lots of camping options including cabins, hookups, teepees, even covered wagons. Did I mention peacocks who nest in the trees at night, calling to each other? Adventure awaits. Store with ice, firewood, and limited other sundries closes before 7pm. Dump station available.
