Piece of trash! Upscale trailer park!!! Filthy! We checked out a day early, and yes...the other night was already paid for without a refund. That's how bad we wanted to leave!

This stay was the second time I stayed at the vta ranch KOA in the Teepees. Our first visit we were so greatful for the staff and their amazing service. This time they seemed unorganized & and sadly understaffed. We attempted to check in1 hr after scheduled check in & were 1st put in the wrong teepee then the second was not ready either. Missing a mattress & linens were a wreck. :(

Stayed at the cabin lodging site and this was our first time and we were very happy with the site and how easy it was to access the play areas for the kids. The staff were all very friendly and help

Access to safari tent 1 was challenging. I would advise people of this when reserving. I consider myself a fit 72 year old but I would not choose this in the future. I suggest adding a coffee pot to the tent.

We loved our short 2 nights stay! The bathroom facilities were clean and a huge benefit to have so we can glamp! We want to come back and do more activities like ropes and climbing and zip line when the kids are a bit older. The camp grounds were beautiful and offered so much for our families to do! We took a picnic to the stream, did some gem mining…we all had a blast! Thank you!!

Staff were wonderful and Andrew was so helpful. I would have liked for our wagon (C) to me more cleaned inside. Lots of dirt everywhere. Hiking trails need to be maintained. Other than that, it was a fun time for the whole family.

We enjoyed hiking, smores, the jumping pillow, swings, and hanging out in the cute cabin. I liked the privacy we got from the location of our cabin. If I could just recommend one addition to the cabins? Hooks for hanging jackets and keys when you come in. We didn't have access to the deck, there were no stairs, but a bench is provided. Overall, had a great time. Thanks KOA!!

We loved our stay! Our glamping tent was roomy & cozy. My son enjoyed the jumping pillow and mining for gems in the river. We had fun exploring &checking out the teepees, covered wagons, & other neat options for lodging. The showers were nice. The peacocks were loud, but their beauty made up for it. Shout out to Linae who helped me in locating my dreamcatchers and getting them back to us. Love it

Paid for deluxe cabin and got stuck in a studio since all deluxe taken but number of messages to talk to manager that never called.. friends in trailer found all 3 showers filthy and no hot water

Perfect getaway! The Deluxe cabin was lovely, comfortable and well appointed. The grounds are spectacular. I loved the labyrinth and the stream. The peacocks were a hoot!. Great family vaca. Loved it. Will definitely be back soon.

We rented three deluxe cabins, one studio cabin and two camping cabins For 19 of us to gather for a march birthdays celebration. We had an excellent time! Even though it was off-season we all had plenty to do for the three days. We will definitely return!

The staff at Ventura Ranch are caring and helpful. they give it that personal touch that makes it feel like a home away from home. The new cabins are beautiful and clean and we had a blast on the zip line.

We had a great time! We were nervous upon arrival as we had booked Tee Pees and were unaware they are open toped and there was a possibility of rain. We got lucky but I think that it should be clear for others when booking.

Beautiful area so many great things to do, we stayed in a TeePee , great experience, but maintenance and cleanliness on and around the TeePees could be much better, but was still a wonderful experience

We loved it. Something for everyone including the choice of sleeping arrangements. Families stayed in Covered Wagon, Cabin with bathroom and loft, and cabin with large patio. Very nice for a reunion. We also enjoyed eating at Tuscany restaurant in town. Great food and friendly owner. Shaula Young

We were pleasantly surprised at all the wonderful amenities at our disposal even if some were closed on weekdays. Our camping cabin was really nice, though the hot water in the bathroom sink failed to work. Everything was very clean and the customer service couldn’t have been better. My kids LOVED the peacocks and pea hens!

We stayed in one of the cabins, and while it was cute and fairly well appointed, the mattress was hands down the worst I've ever slept on. Between there being no way to block out the light coming through the windows, and the awful uncomfortable mattress, it was hard to get well rested for a day of adventure with our friends. The peacocks were very loud in the morning, but cool to look at.

Our first trip to the grounds and it was amazing. The staff and owner were very accommodating. The wild peacocks are a nice treat to wake up to, feels like you are waking up in the jungle. The zip lines and ropes course were so much fun. Doug, Carolina, and Scott were all so helpful. We can't wait to come visit again. Thank you. The Krueger family.

Our stay at Ventura Ranch KOA was excellent. The penthouse suite was awesome. We hope to visit more. This was a last minute reservation and it was aseamless process. Angela was excellent making reservations, and checking in at the site. it was a great experience. I would recommend this KOA to family and friends.

The cabin offered so much more than i expected, proving the perfect trespit I so needed. Very peaceful and relaxing. Thoroughly enjoyed watching the feral pea fowl and other wildlife. I will definitely be back. Many thanks!

A sizeable KOA with friendly staff and lots of amenities. Sadly, many, including the pool, mining center, and more, are seasonal. The large labyrinth is unique and jumping pillow and playground always a hit. Lots of camping options including cabins, hookups, teepees, even covered wagons. Did I mention peacocks who nest in the trees at night, calling to each other? Adventure awaits. Store with ice, firewood, and limited other sundries closes before 7pm. Dump station available.
