I had four reservations Pine 2 & 7 Alder 28 and ST02 all where great with the exception of ST02 there were bugs in the bed other then that every thing was great. I plan on returning again and also having a family reunion in 2022.

The only bad thing in May, the Peacocks are mating and very loud. Plus there was a lot of work trucks going back and forth that were loud.

The park is nestled in a beautiful tree lined valley facing a river. Beautiful peacocks roam the grounds. Most site have no drain. And the rates are high without one.That is why i can only give this KOA 3 stars. Definitely a kid destination. Bring ear plugs forr peacocks!

We enjoyed the property views and others who stayed there. Peacocks and activities were fun even with a 2 yo. Tent sites had a lot of trash mixed into the mulch which was disappointing. Wife complained no paper towels in the women's bathrooms most of the weekend and toilets clogged easily. Playground had a few broken parts that made us nervous to have our son play on. Staff was friendly.

This was the first time we stayed at a KOA camp site. I was very disappointed that on the website they advertise all of the extra fun stuff but once we arrived there everything was closed. My kids were very upset that they could not do most of the stuff that was listed on the camp grounds extra activities.

We love this place! The campground and restrooms are always clean. The staff is friendly and accommodating and the peacocks are beautiful! We will be back!

Not real happy about a drone hovering over ours, and many other camp sites. Feel as if we were being watched. Also disappointed that pool is not heated. My fees alone would have paid the heating fees.

Camping near peacocks sounds cute but in reality those birds squawk all night long and we got literally no sleep. We left after one night. I would definitely not recommend.

The park was really nice. But we stayed in A26 and the ground was very uneven so I couldn't level my Trailer. Other than that over all stay was very nice

Staff were super helpful and kind. Check in was fast. Bathrooms were clean every time I used them including the showers. Site was clean when we arrived. We enjoyed all the activities but wish there was more offered on other days. Thanks for a great stay!

The wagon was so cool! Only downside to our stay was the number of people walking thru our campsite to access the restrooms. Adults, kids and bikes cut around both sides of the wagon and our car. Felt like we had no privacy. We were in site CWB. Perhaps putting up some kind of divider/rope/big log between the teepee sites and the CWB spot would help to discourage campers from just passing thru.

would have rated a 5 but on going work after Thomas fire and covid with the store not open, but biggest item is only one dump station for this large complex

Not a very green area, playground was inoperative. Great for large family gatherings. STILL LOOKING FOR MY DOG DEPOSIT REFUND!!!!!

VERY noisey (Peacocks in mating season, we did not know this) VERY dusty because of very large trucks going in and out of the campground. #1 thing that was upsetting....NO Laundry facilities !! We were there a couple weeks, no kids....wasn't perfect but was GREAT to be out of the house!! AND was very expensive...over $90 per night and that was with our discount ! Live and learn, it was GREAT

Nice site, Friendly Staff. Peacocks are super loud. Really need to do something better about the trash location. Dump trucks driving through all day is terrible. They drive fast like it’s a main road.

Great location, trees and vegetation everywhere. Clean bathroom, warm showers. Love the peacocks walking around. Staff always says hi and a smile. Thank you had a great time. G

This was our first trip out in our new 5th wheel. Our kids and dog loved it! The peacocks were fun, too! We can't wait to come back on a weekend so we can try out the zipline!

My grandkids were really looking forward to using the jumping pad but it was closed along with the climbing wall. I was told the pad was closed cuz kids couldn't stay 6' apart yet the playground was open. The grounds need work - broken path lights along the bathroom path and the camping sites had lots of litter. The glamping tent my daughter's family stayed in was very cute and nicely decorated

We were very disappointed in the activities- your website clearly states the pool is closed off season, however the main draw to this campsite was the adventure course and it was closed with the exception of saturdays. This could have been communicated clearer. Additionally covid rules were not followed as the site across from us has 12 people having a mothers day celebration.

Only comment I would make is we used the dog park fenced in area. We have medium sized dogs and they were able to get out right between the bars with no problem, they just walked right out. I would suggest chicken wire around the bottom 2 or 3 feet. Thanks

We got used to the peacock noise but our CruiseAmerica neighbors let their dog out at 6am & it barked for 2hrs. Our site 29 was nice but I had to beat back weeds to access the water hookup & electric. The people next to the restrooms Alder 26 parked their truck blocking the sidewalk to the restroom. Felt bad they had to deal w/ foot traffic but that’s not cool. KOA okay, people inconsiderate.

Love camping and trying different KOA sites but you need more amenities open and included for the rates you pay nightly. May and the pool is not open 30 minutes from the beach. The jumping pillow needed to be replaced last year and ready for the 2031 camping season. Kids loved the zip line but the only thing that available at a charge for teenagers.

Very clean and well taken care of grounds and facilities. Staff was incredibly hospitable and easy to get ahold of.. our children had the most amazing experience in the tipi and we created lasting memories. The covered wagons are going to be our next adventure here.

Wonderful experience with 42 of our extended family made our stay enjoyable. Cabins were comfortable and well stocked. Peacocks were loud but beautiful and we felt very happy

It was a fun place to take the family. Stevie was excellent at doing the activities. She was pleasant and friendly. The gentlemen in the golf carts helping guide you to campsite were such a help to stressful after dark entry. We will be back.

A sizeable KOA with friendly staff and lots of amenities. Sadly, many, including the pool, mining center, and more, are seasonal. The large labyrinth is unique and jumping pillow and playground always a hit. Lots of camping options including cabins, hookups, teepees, even covered wagons. Did I mention peacocks who nest in the trees at night, calling to each other? Adventure awaits. Store with ice, firewood, and limited other sundries closes before 7pm. Dump station available.
