OUTSTANDING Staff. Very knowledgeable, kind and considerate. Polite and friendly. Overall…. a very welcoming place from the BS of city….!! Keep up the OUTSTANDING work….!!

We loved it! The campground was clean and had so many fun things to do! The staff was very friendly and helpful! The only thing that was negative was the horrible guillotine. I was shocked when I saw that in the children’s play area. The kids were freaked out and I thought it was totally inappropriate. Halloween is no excuse for such awful display of a murder apparatus. Please remove this.

I put out a lot of Halloween Decorations, and no one came by until late Saturday to view my site for the contest. They asked why I was putting my stuff away, and I told them that all of my decorations got soaking wet the night before and I was leaving early Sunday morning. I couldn't take a chance that everything would get wet again to get moldy. Real bummer they waited so long to come by!

This campground is a hidden gem. We had the best time. There’s so much to do and explore for kids of all ages…Very friendly and helpful staff. We cannot wait to go back! Thank you for a wonderful weekend

very nice except... pea fowl are beautiful to look at but their screeching is not so great and even worse is the mess they make on your vehicle (motorhome, truck, car, whatever) that happens to be under a tree they choose to roost in for the night!! We were lucky, they chose our neighbor's tree. He however had to shovel off his truck every morning!

I stayed in one of the cabins as part of a large group event. The cabin was great, the facilities were lovely and staff were very hospitable. Thanks so much for a pleasant getaway.

I specifically chose TP#12 based on its location. We are frequent KOA campers, and I always book a few months in advance. When we got there, we saw that there was a big slash in the side. We went to the office to complain and thankfull the manager, Stevie, was there at that moment, because she kindly upgraded us to a cabin. I have more to say but I will have to continue on a 2nd review submission.

Everything was awesome except the showers need help. Full of spiders, poorly lit, poor condition. Pine bathrooms.

We stayed here due to proximity of where we were picking up our new trailer and availability. We stayed longer due to campground itself. Fun activities for Halloween, large campground with lots to do and see. Called family members to let them know about location and planned to come again. Sadly the entire campground burned a couple of years earlier but they’ve done an amazing job rebuilding!

This KOA had campgrounds spread out in some areas. We stayed in the downhill area by a nature walking trail. The scenery was nice with the canyon surrounding the view. A peacock would come by to look at us and our RV. Facilities were nice and clean. We stayed in September so didn't use the pool

Always a very nice stay. I think my only complaint would be all of the big trucks going back and forth up and down the road.

2 night stay in a cabin close to pool. It was clean and spacious for the 3 of us. We enjoyed the plentiful peacocks �� and the quiet surroundings. Beautiful views and great hospitality. We got more than expected. Thank you!!!

We met with a group there and used the campground as a base camp for forays into Santa Paula and elsewhere. We had full hookups and wifi, which was great. Everything was very smooth with no problems.

We enjoyed our time camping with friends. It is too bad that trucks and traffic begin driving through the park at 6:00 am.

The camp site itself was great, shaded by beautiful mature oaks, and very spacious. The overall rating of 4 (3.5) stars is due to the lack of a cooking utensil washing station available to the tent campsites. Also there are no trash containers at the group sites and all of their trash ended up near my site. Great camping other than those 2 very important negatives.

Fantastic time! We plan on returning every October! We do want two sites Close to each other next Year and plan on calling directly because website booking is tricky

Our stay was wonderful. Beautiful site, kind people, very clean. The rope course really added to the trip! The Halloween activities were graat as well.

Tent camping this weekend was wonderful! The campsite was shaded and area is beautiful. The free and paid activities were so fun and with the creek near by the kids were never bored. We forgot our camp chairs and the staff was so helpful! While my son was zip lining, someone dropped off some chairs for us to borrow. THANK YOU!!!

Nice park, quiet and the staff were friendly. It’s outside the city limits of Santa Paula but still close to everything.

Such a fabulous place to stay! My kids had a blast at the blob, the pool and the epic Halloween weekend. We booked our next stay before we left!

Quiet campground easy to get to. A county road runs through middle of campground which had construction vehicle activity during the day. Featured kids activities are only open on weekends.

Great campground - with lots of activities for kids/families. It could however, use a better K-9 park.

A sizeable KOA with friendly staff and lots of amenities. Sadly, many, including the pool, mining center, and more, are seasonal. The large labyrinth is unique and jumping pillow and playground always a hit. Lots of camping options including cabins, hookups, teepees, even covered wagons. Did I mention peacocks who nest in the trees at night, calling to each other? Adventure awaits. Store with ice, firewood, and limited other sundries closes before 7pm. Dump station available.
