So clean and well kept. Kids had a blast. Only change I would make is for blob and pool to stay open until 9. Especially during summer months.

2nd time going, this time brought more family and friends. Pool time was great, Ziplines were awesome. Very friendly and helpful staff. Kids can’t wait to go back next year!

the Cabin 15 have 2 AC but broken 1 AC by the Bedroom was not dickosed to us the ither AC but the living room seems to be just as bad .. very weak. 1 weak AC is not enough to cool a big cabin like this during summer time. It was umcomfortable and giving us 1 electric fan to replaced iwas not right to compensate. We loved the Obstacle/Zipline instructor, He was great with my little girl!

The wagon we stayed in was nice, there were so many camp kids that none of the kids activities were available to use, including the pool. There was no Covid protection even where it was stated masks must be worn. Multiple groups of people were screaming until midnight and playing on the playground right next to our wagon the first night.I complained, office said they’d handle it but didn’t, et

Our family had a fantastic time! The staff were all super friendly and helpful. Lots of fun activities to do with the kids. Cants wait for our next visit.

I was not given my access code to the cabin. I had to call and ask for it. I was only given the paper packet without a verbal instructions. I felt like another guest. Not very welcoming

Our stay was great!! Glad to have gotten a cabin. Family cane to join different days. The only bad thing was no hot water didn’t complain while there just dealed with it withe grandson’s sponged bathed���ϋ�Very nice people gal in office. We wanna come back next year same time again. We eould like to hold tgat same spot.

We had a great time. All the amenities were fun. We enjoyed the pool, bouncing pillow, crafts, labyrinth. The zipline/ropes course was great -though we had some family members who were too little to participate, so a kid's ropes/net course or mini zip area would be a great addition! Staff members were friendly and helpful. We will definitely come again when the weather cools down a bit.

Everything was great except the hot water wasn’t working. Maintenance came out twice but it wasn’t fixed. I figured it out that the propane was empty and let them know for the future guests. Other than that the stay was comfortable and fun for the kids.

We stayed at Studio Pine CP06 for 3 nights. We loved the cabin view, wild peacocks, jumping pillow, kids loft, and having campfire dinners. The general store was well stocked and the staff was friendly. The only negatives were the random sewer smell from our balcony (it would come and go), dirty floors in our cabin, and the loft cots didn’t have fitted sheets. Overall we had a spectacular time.

Our family had a wonderful time and my grandchildren enjoyed their camping experience. We enjoyed the pool and staying in a tipi was fun. The beds were very comfortable. I was glad we were allowed to have a campfire for roasting hot dogs and making s'mores. I think this just may become an annual tradition. I wish quiet time after 9:00 was enforced. The grounds are beautiful and staff was nice.

Missing screens on several windows. Fridge never got down to a safe temp (tested with an IR thermometer). The cabin we stayed in showed Wi-Fi as an amenity, but no signal at the cabin. The front desk said it was "camp wide" and the coverage was not guaranteed. It felt like false advertisement. Door code was broken and insecure. The Ropes course was great. Kids liked the pool and playground.

Staff is very friendly. Very disappointed with the state of the amenities. The pool was dirty. The slides were broken. The jumping pillow broke. I was told the rock wall would be use and it east not. The zip line course was self guided. That was not not made clear. Therefore, two of us were not able to participate. Some if the art classes that were on the schedule also did not happen.

Loved many things about my experience at KOA, however we had several spiders in our cabin. Had I known that would happen, we would've been best in a tent where it would be more expected. Best moment was having a peacock on my porch that wouldn't leave. Took a moment to admire the beauty of such a colorful animal.

Third year in a row, kids had a blast, the pool and jumping pillow were saviors. The teepees are so fun and we had a chance to relax and unplug.

Our families first time at the SP Koa and we loved it. Our kids 9 & 111 enjoyed the pool and outdoor activities. We stayed in stagecoach D, it was spacious and comfy! We will definitely be back!!

We had a good time. couldn’t get hot water in the shower unless the sink was running the hot water also. The floors in the cabin were filthy but it is camping. The cabin could use a deep clean. the pool was murky and gross. The pool water actually made my Fitbit stop working and now I have to buy a new one. Couldn’t see the pool toys at the bottom.

Nice overall. A little loud, but it’s to be expected given all the activities available. Grounds could be maintained better, there was a fair amount of trash throughout the campground. Littering campers are the cause but a little more housekeeping would be nice. Also the fire pits had lots of ash, seems like they’re not cleaned out regularly.

The kids had a lot of fun there were a lot of things to do the swimming pool was great I did call about a plug toilet that didn't get fixed in the restroom by the swimming pool but the others worked fine. The flaps on the teepee do need to be maintained and replaced

Friendly staff. Always happy to help. Was very accommodating. Campground is always well maintained, clean, Beautiful & natural atmosphere. Great activities were provided. Loved the zip lining and obstacle course. Prices are competitive. Only one down side for me was that the office and store is newly built so the selections were limited. Unavailable items included are milk, juices, bottled water.

Although my sons cabin did not have hot water the whole time there. We made it work. Stevie and Bill were great, very helpful and courteous at all times. Planning on coming back.

The grounds are nice and everyone is very nice. The teepee that we had, the zipper was broken and the opening ripped, so in the evening it got a bit cold. For the amount that we paid, this should not be broken. The peacocks at night were pretty loud. Personally I like the cold and the peacock noise didn't other me. But my wife had a hard time sleeping.

Tipi 10 was extremely hot as it has no shade, the door does not close properly and the top is open making it easy for animals to get inside. We had to leave one day early because a big tarantula got inside our tipi, scary all the children. My daughter got hurt in the jumping pillow and I had to take her to the emergency hospital nearby.

Was super greattt. Only thing maybe another restroom close to playground. Other than that amazzzing. Kids had a blassst. We stayed in Wagon and it was really nice and roomy for us as a family of six.

Staff was very helpful. Accomodations were nice. The amenities were fully functioning. There are really no complaints. The one issue I'd correct would be ensuring that the doors to the Glamping tent closes properly without leaving a 2"- 3" opening around the top and sealing up the thumb-sized holes in the face of the door.

Stayed in cabin, was pretty nice, very clean. Lots of things were included, that super convenient. Only disappointment was the pool being closed for service most of our visit. That was one of the main reasons for choosing this KOA. We enjoyed ourselves, and will probably return.

Very clean and lots to do. I enjoyed walking into the cabin at check-in and it was already cool!! As if they were prepping it for my arrival! On a 90 degree humid day- it was a blessing to unpack in that!! :)

The ranch is beautiful and everyone is very friendly. However, my cabin 7 didn’t not have any hot water nor propane for the bbq and the bbq was filthy. In the master bedroom the painting on the wall fell on my fiancée head. He woke up startled and thought I wanted to kill him. Thank god I wasn’t present when it happened. Other than that it was a lovely stay.

Ventura knows how to make the most out of a vacation. The zip/rope course is in unbelievable! The kids loved it, and the staff is amazing. As a teacher, I would love to take my kids from work for an experience they have never had. Thank you!

Loved the teepees and the ropes course. The bathrooms were very unkept. They service too many people. For the price point of the teepees, there should be a bathroom for those people or the bathroom should be cleaned at least 2 times per day. The pool was also very dirty. While there my son got sick. We are now getting him tested for covid.

A sizeable KOA with friendly staff and lots of amenities. Sadly, many, including the pool, mining center, and more, are seasonal. The large labyrinth is unique and jumping pillow and playground always a hit. Lots of camping options including cabins, hookups, teepees, even covered wagons. Did I mention peacocks who nest in the trees at night, calling to each other? Adventure awaits. Store with ice, firewood, and limited other sundries closes before 7pm. Dump station available.
